Fiyat performans deseniz İstanbul’da oda fiyatları üç aşağı beş yukarı genelde aynı o yüzden tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer değil.

• Ahmet (2/5): - Leider hat dieses Hotel die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Bei Buchung einer Deluxe Suite habe ich eine mindestens gute Leistung erwartet. Die angegebene Parkmöglichkeiten waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Haben wir veraltete Möbel, Böden, und Handtücher angetroffen. Gewünscht war. Ein Nichtraucherzimmer jedoch waren überall Zigarettenflecken und Asche zu finden. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, den Raum vor der morgendlichen Sonne zu schützen sowie sich vom lauten Klimaanlage zu entziehen. Das Frühstück war nicht wie angegeben vorbereitet, so dass für uns von einer freundlichen Dame erst ein Frühstück zubereitet wurde. Fazit : kein gepflegtes Haus, keine gepflegten Handtücher, keine gepflegte Ausstattung und auch nicht Deluxe.

All fire exits are wide open on each floor you may find some stray cats inside the hotels careful not to trip over but one thing to remember scabbies in Turkey a big problem so make sure to not touch any stray animal in Turkey. Checked in to room , there is a massive electric cable sticking out! Went down to switch room as it is unsafe as middle of night I go to toilet as everyone else.The room they gave me stank of cigarettes yellow stained bathroom area seats shower area. Most of the Bulbs inside the rooms are missing .TV Cabinet is shaking near to crumble.... Will I come back again? Big NO!

Nous avions réservés 2 chambres et aucune n’était potable : odeur d’humidité extrêmement forte , fenêtre cassée , poils sur le lit , draps taches , plafond qui se décollait moquette sale , tache de moisissure, paquet de cigarette qui trainait par terre , nous avons de suite fait appel aux réceptionnistes , ces derniers ne trouvaient rien d’anormal ils nous ont proposés d’autres chambres qui étaient aussi sales , à nos côtés il y’avait aussi d’autres clients qui se plaignaient de l’hygiène , à se demander pourquoi 🤔 nous avions réservés pour 7 jours mais nous sommes partis au bout de quelques heures en y laissant la somme car les membres du personnel ne voulaient rien savoir , nous avons même fait appel au directeur qui lui aussi n’as pas voulu nous rembourser même en lui prouvant par A+B , quelle honte ! Et dire que c’est censé être un hôtel 4 étoiles ..

• SERKAN (2/5): - Classé 4* mais plus proche du 0. Moquette des parties communes sale. Impression qu’aucun nettoyage n’a été effectué. Des mégots qui traîne au sol. Chambre avec pas mal de chose cassé (cuvette qui ne tiens pas, porte de la salle de bain cassé, etc…) Lit très sale sous les draps avec des taches jaunâtre. Nous avons demandé un service pour réparer la porte de la salle de bain. Personne a l’horizon. Nous avons du faire une relance pour qu’il intervienne. Intervention non concluante. Heureusement que nous avons simplement pris cette hôtel uniquement pour dormir. Ps : personnel non agréable et non courtois sauf la personne du soir. Je déconseille vraiment.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Ein sehr hübsches Hotel in der Nähe von der Strandpromenade, so wie zur Stadt. Restaurants, Bäckerrei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Straße gegenüber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer bestellt, das nicht direkt zur Strasse ist, weil es sonst schon sehr laut werden kann, wegen regen Autoverkehr. Es wurde jeden Tag das Zimmer sauber gemacht, und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett! Das Hotel ist 20 Km von Sabiha Gökçen Flughafen entfernt, Frühstück hatten wir nicht bestellt, weil wir in der Nähe Familie hatten mit denen wir die Zeit verbracht haben, daher wissen wir leider nicht wie das Frühstück ist. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel gerne weiter.
• 238bluej (8/5): Another pleasant time in a good place - It was our fourth stay at this hotel. They gave us our favorite room again. The room was cozy, the bed comfortable, the view quiet; we especially like the oriental-style outfit of the rooms and especially the bright bathroom with spacious shower. Only the damaged toilet brushes cannot be used in all rooms we know. The owner is very friendly and helpful, but he is not often there and he is the only one who speaks English well. The cleaning women nice, the receptionists prepared to help, but the staff of the newly opened restaurant unwilling and not hospitable during the daytime. The surroundings good for daily life business and a short walk to the sea. We will like to come back again whenever we will use the SAW airport.
• Mark (8/5): My short stay in Pendik - I chose the hotel because it was very close to Sabiha Gocken International Airport. The hotel was generally quite clean and it was quiet. The hotel is also located close to shops and restaurants for convienience. However, the room could have been supplied with a douvet cover for the bed and the breakfast could have been improved. Apart from that my stay was quite pleasant.
• 513eminea (2/5): Extremely unhygienic, waste of money - Large yellow dried urine stains on the toilet seat and the ground around it. Dirty grounds in the whole suite. Cigarette smell. Phone did not work and was not replaced/repaired despite request. Had to walk downstairs to indicate these things. The urine stains were removed by the unfriendly cleaner, who indicated that this room was used by staff. After seeing the dirty room, the manager promised to clean this up, but no action was taken. Large brown and yellow spots on the chairs (possibly again body saps), nauseating. Great pillar in the middle of the suite, which limits the view and sunlight. The meager breakfast consisted of a half-filled plate, coffee was not available. They don't take dietary requirements into account. Parking options are indicated on their site and booking.com, which is incorrect. They don't have a shuttle service. The shower cabine is fine, but towels were missing, and were not delivered despite request. I leave this hotel today, it is a big nightmare, and not even worth one of their four stars and a waste of money.
• 209celilk (8/5): Thanks for early check-in - We did early check-in thanks for that.overall quality of furniture and mattress was good. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. My only concern about this hotel was their housekeeping department cuz they did not even made our bed and did not pick up dirty towels. Breakfast was not fancy

• Mohammad Awais (2/5): Litterally pathetic to stay in this hotel - Breakfast was pathetic, a pub annexed to hotel Named Big yellow Taxi was given responsibility to give breakfast, they just give us what they want to give you breakfast. No juices, bread was so hard to chew, no fruits, no yougart, no fried eggs, they make one plate as per what they have, and get lost. There must be buffet breakfast, if you charge 45-65 Euro for a room. Literally pathetic, room was not cleaned, kettle was used, glasses were already consumed. Water bottle given was already opened. There was a wedding at top floor 5th , and music was on our head even on 3rd floor

Water at restaurant gave me refilled bottle of water, I would have preferred it have blatantly come from the tap rather than have sudo tap water. Coffee in morning was instant coffee. • FineLadyJana (10/5): Elegant hotel&fond memories - Stayed in this hotel more than 3 times and everything was wonderful! The design of the rooms and hotel in general is very exquisite. It is very close to the ISG airport, one can get there by a E09 bus from the airport, although its route is only to the main street. The hotel used to have a wonderful restaurant downstairs with a great chef, which was an important reason for us to choose this hotel. Sadly enough, now it has only drinks menu. The staff offered to make a delivery for us, but of course it's not worth it. The first time we stayed in this hotel it was my birthday and they got us two cakes instead of just one requested. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that once we were late for breakfast 10 minutes only, people were still there and the hotel employee said to us that the breakfast was closed then. I understand that it's the policy of this hotel, but we could have been offered at least a cup of coffee instead of getting such a refusal. Given that we come to this hotel that often, this situation shouldn't have taken place in my opinion.

It's not only beautiful and well located, but also clean and the staff members were all the time willing to help us with every little thing we asked, including things that had to do with the local currency or the city transport. Breakfast was included and it was balanced and delicious. We left with the desire to come back.
