Je mag van de kaart één gerecht kiezen en dat wordt vers gemaakt, zeer smaakvol! ⁃ Fijn zwembad ⁃ Ruime kamer met groot en fijn bed. ⁃ Goed werkende airco ⁃ Grote koelkast ⁃ Waterdispensers bij receptie ⁃ Door de restauratiewerkzaamheden 15% bestedingsbudget gekregen als lunch en diner bij het hotel en restaurant tegenover. ⁃ Handdoeken voor het zwembad en strand (hier moest je wel een ID kaart voor afgeven) Minpunten: ⁃ Oude kamer ⁃ Zeer gehorig van alle muziek van de clubs ⁃ Slechte douche met slechte straal en duurt lang (5-10 min) tot dat water warm is. ⁃ Grote restauratiewerkzaamheden met veel geluid.

Pigeons using the top of the second pool to sip water and ... This can create health safety concerns. While washbasin was unique and beautiful, it was clumsy as the water spills outside. Some basic appliances like a kettle would be great.

Adi mismo por la noche el pasillo de nuestra habitacion estaba totalmente obscuro porque no servian las lamparas.

Breakfast was fantastic, it was available at a restaurant right across from the hotel, they gave you vouchers. The only reason I gave it a lower score was because it's under construction and we were 2 rooms away from it. It was super loud all day. I'm sure when they're done, it will be wonderful. - Jahn (8/5): - Die Lage war super und alles war ordentlich und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Durch ein vorangegangenes Erdbeben mussten Reparaturmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden, wodurch es tagsüber sehr laut war. Hier ist man uns aber mit einem Verzehrbudget entgegengekommen was fast für 3 Tage gereicht hat. Das Frühstück war zwar gut aber kein Buffet und fand auch nicht direkt in dem Hotel sondern ca 4min zu Fuß entfernt statt. Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter des Frühstücks Restaurants war unangenehm, da hier Trinkgeld erwartet wird. Gibt man keins, wird man unerwünscht behandelt.

The breakfast was located across the street so I had lovely view of the ocean. I enjoyed that a lot. I would return here. Staff was very helpful except on last day when they didn't want to call a taxi for me because I should flag down a taxi outside. Which was true.

- Michael (9/5): perfect spot in Zicatela - Friendly staff and delicious breakfast every day. Everyone was happy to help. The pool looked great even though I didn't use it myself. The pillows could be a bit firmer.

Que la limpieza se realice tan temprano. También, el desayuno incluido podría ser mejor; que incluyeran una bebida además del café.

Les chambres qui nous ont été allouées étaient vétustes, la piscine en travaux pendant notre séjour : pas possible de l'utiliser et du bruit jusque 19h. La boîte de nuit située à côté de l'hôtel prenait le relai pour le bruit, non stop jusque 4h du matin. Les fenêtres des chambres tremblaient tellement le bruit était fort. donc globalement hôtel à éviter!

Hotel provided beach towels for pool and beach. with a deposit Breakfast included and satifying. Got credit in their restaurant because construction was in progress Lots of comfortable seating outside Wi-fi was very spotty in rooms but it worked well in restaurant and in lobby. towels looked old but were clean. we were in the first floor, so it got loud when kids played in pool at night.

De não ser avisada de uma obra enorme na pousada que iniciava o barulho e sujeira antes das 8h da manhã e ficava até o final do dia. Pedi um quarto com cama King size e não obtive. A piscina é suja e não foi limpa nem um dia dos 4 que estivemos lá.

Recepção lenta com funcionários fazendo exigências e sem a menor paciência. Piscina turva e em 5 dias nao a limparam. Instalação do quarto antiga e chuveiro péssimo. Nao recomendo!

- Kirsten (7/5): Een fijn hotel op een goede locatie met vriendelijk personeel. - De kamer waarin ik was is gerenoveerd, dus het ziet er allemaal heel schoon en netjes uit. Het bed sliep heerlijk en het had een goede douche. Het ontbijt wordt gegeven op een locatie van ongeveer 5 minuten lopen, direct aan het strand. Het ontbijt is echt heel goed geregeld en voldoende keuze. Ze zijn nog een deel van het hotel aan het renoveren, waardoor twee zwembaden dicht waren en ook bouwvakkers elke dag (behalve zondag) van vroeg tot in de avond aan het werk zijn. Ik vond het zelf niet heel storend, omdat ik alleen reisde en daardoor ook wat entertainment had, maar je zit de hele dag in geluiden van werkzaamheden als je bij het zwembad ligt. Dat moet je fijn vinden. De wifi werkte nauwelijks, dus zorg voor een internet kaart als je graag online bent.

El desayuno se hace en el local de enfrente con vistas a la playa y está muy bueno. No me gustó la habitación que nos tocó. A pesar de ser tipo apartamento, con dos habitaciones, era bastante vieja, con mucha madera y la cocina ha visto tiempos mejores. Pero estaba limpia, ninguna queja con eso.

- Alexandra (8/5): Lovely place and staff but too close to music and nightclubs - The staff were very friendly and lovely to us. The breakfast was great value and delicious. Location and proximity to the beach was good if you want to surf or watch the waves. It’s very close to the nightclubs and raves. So unfortunately even if you have earplugs you can hear the music in your room until around 4am. We ended up having to leave due to the music noise, which obviously wasn’t the fault of the hotel or the staff. It was unfortunate because we enjoyed the place apart from the loud music.
- Paola Andrea (6/5): Estadía octubre 2025 - Las habitación son muy cómodas, aunque la medida de las camas que se mencionan como dobles en realidad son semidobles. La ubicación es muy buena si quieres estar de fiesta, si tu objetivo es descansar tal vez no sea el lugar. El lugar está en reconstrucción, con lo cual hubo mucho ruido por las obras realizadas que iniciaban desde muy temprano, además, dado que tiene 3 de los bares más importantes en frente, tendrá mucho ruido por la música, lo cual no te recomiendo las habitaciones con vista al mar.

- Diana Laura (7/5): - Todo bien con el lugar y atención Que las chicas de limpieza revisan las pertenencias, saben cuándo sales a tours y tienen tiempo de revisar, me hicieron cargos no reconocidos a unas tarjetas y no las roban, solo se llevan la información para que en el transcurso del día realicen los cargos

- christina (7/5): Nice place to stay would have been perfect if the water worked and not so much hammering right below the room we were in - It was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, great customer service, food was good at the restaurant. The pool was nice. They were working/remodeling/ plumbing in the room below us. We were told there was going to be noise but I thought it was going to be outside noise not hammers and saws, the water was turned off for most of the day, we were not told that. I’m a heavy sleeper so the noise wasn’t a big deal for me but I think it would have been nice to be told that was going to be an issue along with the water being shut off. No toilet water, no way to wash your hands and because we were not told the water was going to shut off it came as a surprise.
