Jojoba2k (8/5): Great price for a spacious apartment - The room itself was really spacious. I wasn't aware I'd booked a self-contained apartment when booking so was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. There was a decent amount of crockery for the two of us and plenty of space. The location was good, walking distance to the centre. 24 hour reception also a bonus. The stairs to the sleeping area were a little steep and I caught my hand on a loose piece of wood on the railings. The room did get quite stuffy during the day with the windows closed (couldn't leave them open in case it rained as we were in the roof). The cleaner didn't seem to do much and left us with no toilet roll, we also didn't have a tea towel and just a tiny drying rack. We had to speak to 2 separate receptionists to request a second key card for the room as the first wouldn't give us one saying they were 'too expensive'.

Cristian David (8/5): Beste Option für einen Familienurlaub - Wir haben ein relativ neues Apartment erhalten, das besser war als erwartet. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend und für unseren Aufenthalt völlig passend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Straßenbahn und U-Bahn sind schnell erreichbar. Auch die Altstadt bzw. das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück gab es leider nur wenig frisches Gemüse und Obst, ansonsten war die Auswahl aber ausreichend. Insgesamt eine gute Option für einen Familienurlaub.

al (7/5): Piacevole soggiorno a Praga - Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, la posizione dell albergo è comoda (in mezz oretta a piedi si raggiunge l orologio astronomico e tutte le principali attrazioni(al ritorno la strada però è in salita ma ben illuminata). Struttura pulita. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino italiano in regalo come benvenuto; non l abbiamo utilizzata ma abbiamo apprezzato. Di notte si sente un rumore costante di qualcosa che passa attraverso i tubi che stanno in basso proprio accanto al letto. Le tende non coprono per intero le finestre quindi, anche di notte, in stanza entrano le luci delle strada. La colazione è servita in una stanza ma le sale in cui sedersi per consumarla sono altre, adiacenti a quella. Prodotti colazione di media(dolci)-bassa (affettati) qualità. Letto scomodo, la moquette probabilmente era molto usurata perché faceva rumore quando la si calpestata camminando.

Mária (10/5): Z doterajšej skúsenosti s hotelmi v tejto kategórie rozhodne najlepší. - Hotel je situovaný v príjemnom prostredí cca 10 minút od stanice. Výborná dostupnosť na metro a električky. Raňajky boli chutné a dostatočný výber. Čerstvá zelenina a teplá kuchyňa. Všade veľká čistota. Som veľmi spokojná, Milý a ústretový personál. Pri najbližšej ceste si vyberiem tento hotel. Nemám pripomienky

Alex Hecht (6/5): Als Schlafplatz OK - Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen absolut nicht erfüllt. Das war ein totaler Reinfall. Kaum Auswahl...2 Sorten Wurst und Käse. Die Brötchen teilweise steinhart. Also für das Frühstück wurde ich nicht einmal einen Stern geben.

Appartamento carino ristrutturato da poco Colazione con poca scelta, era presente odore di umido nelle sale colazione. Il nostro appartamento non è stato pulito adeguatamente ogni mattina, si notava che non era stato passato nessun aspirapolvere o straccio in terra.

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z dwoma łóżkami, a dostaliśmy pokój z połączonymi łóżkami. Po ich rozdzieleniu zobaczylismy smieci/paprochy i pieniądze pod łóżkami. W pokoju był dostępny czajnik i uzupełniana była herbata/kawa ale brudne filiżanki musielismy myć sami ręką (brak gąbki i płynu) i wycierać ręcznikiem z łazienki. Serwis sprzątający jest najsłabszą tego hotelu.

Lžíce na obuv by se velice hodila. Hluk z ulice i když jsem měla okno do dvora, je nepříjemný. Za to ovšem nemůže hotel, že lidé jsou hluční. Přes zavřené okno není nic slyšet 😉. Děkuji celému personálu.

Emily (5/5): The staff were really friendly but we were disappointed with our overall stay. - Staff arranged a bottle of wine for two special occasions for us, they were really friendly and apologetic, offering us free breakfast and moving us into a new room as soon as they could. I booked the property in Oct 2025, but when arrived, the room we were meant to be staying in apparently had a bed that had been broken. We were put into a small room with only a skylight, no facilities & two single beds. The room was incredibly hot, although we were brought a fan. We understood the hotel was fully booked due to the marathon weekend but with it being a special stay for my partners birthday & later getting engaged during our stay, the room was disappointing, especially as I had booked the room so early in advance. Once moved into our new room, it was much better although it was incredibly hot, even with a fan. We also had builders wake us up in the morning on the scaffolding outside of our bedroom window.
