- Christian (10/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zum Runterkommen und Entspannen einfach perfekt. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch, verschiedene Süßkram und Kekse und nen relativ kleiner Anteil an herzhaften Lebensmittel. Das ist aber üblich für die kleineren Hotels im Vergleich zu den Hotelketten.

He upgraded our booking to two rooms when there weren´t family room available that could fit 5 people.He also recommended a restaurant next to the hotel and it was one of the best meals we had in our trip. Village is quiet, pretty and lot of things in walking distance. Views are absolutely stunning. Rooms were very pretty and clean and we had own terracce. Only minus would have been that there was no small fridge in the room where to put drinks or food.
- Olaf (6/5): Ikke pengene værd - Havde en underlig oplevelse af opholdet. Startede med nul stjerner efter vi fik anvist et rum i kælderen, der var forfærdeligt. Vi brokkede os, og efter en diskussion, blev vi opgraderet til et dejligt værelse med balkon som reddede hele oplevelsen. Morgenmaden var ikke god og ikke tilstrækkelig. Men god kaffe som blev personlig serveret af værten.

This is more like a bed and breakfast, but the family room is more like a small apartment with two separate bed rooms. This is a little out of the way, but such a great place to stay.

Na een paar dagen herkende zij ons niet eens bij binnenkomst en vroeg of wij nieuwe gasten waren?? De eigenaar is wel vriendelijk en probeert zijn best te doen. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig met heel veel zoete dingen. Het incasseren van de nota 5 dagen voor aankomst is wel teveel van het goede. De eigenaar zei dat hij dit wel moest doen omdat hij nog een stapel niet betaalde rekeningen had.met name van mensen buiten Europa heb ik begrepen.en daarom angstig was dat wij dan ook niet de middelen hebben om te betalen..

- ivo (2/5): Beware - My complaint is in ref. to our Hotels.com reservation No. 8001520668846. We reserved a single room for one night in hotel Garni Biancavene in Ruffre outside of Bolzano, Italy on September 29th, 2014. Since we never received a confirmation from the Hotels.com, we called the hotel directly. The man at the hotels desk did not speak English. When we arrived in Bolzano, around 9pm, we called several times to confirm our reservation and to get the directions, but nobody from the hotel wanted to talk to us. Finally, after 2 hours we arrived at the hotel, which is at 1,350 meters above the sea level and 23km from Bolzano, not 12km as shown in your description. The hotel doors were shut, nobody unswered the door bell or phone calls, and we did not know the key pad code. When we returned to Bolzano all hotels we checked were booked or closed. We end up sleeping in our car. We were charged for one night, but after we filed this complain, Hotel.com never responded.
