• Ahmed (7/5): - It was next to Volks restaurant which was a great place to eat. They have a shuttle service that runs at certain times so check with the front desk. There is an old temple and a beautiful garden about 14 minutes walk from the hotel that you should visit if you like an evening walk. There were no English channels on the tv No closet to hang your clothes.

• Benjamin (1/5): - The room i got was very small and old. Immediately upon entering the musty room affected my asthma, making it difficult to breathe. Given the state of the room this was probably due to mold. The AC did not work causing it to be 26C° in the room while it was only 16C° outside. I asked the staff if i could get another room because of this. Someone went with me to the room and tried to get the AC to work, also acknowledging the temperature of the room. About the room affecting my breathing there was no comment and I "should open the window". A window that looks out on a completely blackened and moldy roof/balcony, so this was not an option. They also indicated no other room was available for me. Given the stains on the bed and the general state of the room i decided to get a different hotel for the night as i could not stay there. When I left they suddenly mentioned that they had another room available if I paid another 3000 yen. They also would not refund me the costs i already paid. I think this hotel is in the middle of renovations, as seen from other reviews. However, not every room has been renovated so that there is a chance you get a room that looks and feels like its from The Shining. So book here if you want a "fun" gamble on whether you get a normal room or a hazardous one!
• DeSaad (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Der kostenlose Flughafen-Shuttle war wirklich super. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war echt vielseitig und gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Zimmer standen Duschgel, Conditioner und Shampoo zur Verfügung, die alle sehr gut gerochen haben. Alles in allen war es sauber. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, die etwas abgewohnt waren. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und die Kissen sehr hart. An einigen Stellen gab es im Bad Schimmel.

• Burak (8/5): It’s nice for short stays. - Nice and warm hotel. The staff was helpful. Everything was so clean. There is a mini market in the hotel. Standard rooms are so small, so we changed with suit… Breakfast was standard, don’t expect much. Rooms were cleaning once in two days, it was unusual. It is a typical traveler’s lodge.

• Laitan (9/5): It was a great Hotel I highly recommend this place to everyone. - from the pick up and drop off shuttle service was smooth and easy, staff were super friendly, breakfast was a great deal, room was very clean and comfortable not a lot of room to move but this is expected in Japan. Its not about dislike its more like a suggestion to change menu for breakfast specially if guests staying for more than 5 days.

• Ritz QLD (9/5): Nice overnight stay - The Hedistar was within walking distance to a local mall and restaurants. It was nice to end our stay in a hotel room with more luxurious comforts. The staff were friendly and helpful and the convenience store near reception was convenient. It was great to get the free shuttle to the airport.

• Justine (7/5): Close to airport - Great hotel if you need a stay near the airport (with a great free shuttle). The staff was very helpful before we rrived so it would be easy to find the shuttle. The breakfast was great! As it is close to the airport, the location is not that great, I would recommend only if you need a short stay near after or before flying.

• Cordell (10/5): - This location was our introduction to Japan and it was lovely. The walks I took were filled with temples, local shopping, and busy Narita traffic. I loved it.

• HIROAKI (8/5): GOODです - 施設内容は特別他のビジネスホテルと変わりありませんがスタッフの対応もとても良いし朝食バイキングがとても良かったです 機会があればまたお願いしたいと思います 宿泊客が海外の方が多いせいか通路で大きな声で話すしドアを何度もノックしていたのが気になりました　　お国柄かな？

• Hinata (7/5): - 成田空港に行く際の前乗りとしてリピート利用です！無料で送迎バスが使えること、バスが簡単に予約できること、チェックインが自動精算機で簡単にできること、同じ建物内にコンビニがあること、などとても便利でした！ ないです！また成田空港使う時に来ます！
