• Frédéric (8/5): Un séjour agréable au cœur d’une marina - La terrasse et la piscine. La disposition des chambres, idéale avec deux couples. La place de parking devant le logement. La proximité de Key West (1/4 heure en voiture). Malgré les explications fournies, nous avons dû chercher la maison un moment avant de la trouver. En plaçant l’adresse sur Car play nous sommes arrivés de l’autre côté du bassin de la marina. Un plan d’accès serait utile. Un safe pourrait également être fourni dans l’appartement

The sofabed is terrible. Don’t count on it to sleep. If you need and extra bed, talk to the owner before about this situation. It’s terrible, terrible, trust me.

• Lakshmi (1/5): Would love to book accommodation managed by Bright wild - What I like was the customer service. Once we reached the apartment, it had a moldy smell and also the beds were super creaky. I was having issues with breathing, we reached out they moved us to a their sister property Beachside resorts and were very accommodative with our needs. This property was very clean and well kept. I would definitely book accommodations managed by Brightwild, because of their customer service and friendliness. There service was exceptional I would give them a 5 star. There was mold everywhere, beds were super creaky.

• Ferra (9/5): Quiet and private get away - This was a quiet oasis away from the downtown area of the keys, yet easily accessible by a 15 minute drive. You are close to grocery stores and other amenities, but the location feels very private. We spent our time lounging at the pool, getting a drink from the bar, and hanging on the small private beach area. We also loved having our own patio area in French doors with chairs that we could sip a cocktail in the evening and watch the sunset. The management is changing hands and they no longer have a restaurant option on the property. However, since we had our own kitchen, we spent most of our time making our own food when we were not downtown. I will also say that if you are planning on spending a good amount of time downtown, you may want to consider staying downtown if that is the case or taking an Uber into town. Parking is extremely difficult.

• Sriram (5/5): - Rooms were very spacious. This property was half way between a hotel and an air BnB. There was no room service or dining options of a hotel. And the kitchen was missing many of the basics we'd have in an air BnB like salt, pepper, oil, etc. The rll.s were also strange. The bathroom was fully open to the bedroom and the shower stall was clear glass. And worse the bedroom door could not be locked. Traveling with another family and with young children it was extremely annoying to use. This was terrible.

• Stephen & Diane (6/5): This was a very nice place to stay at, but could use some general upkeep. - You can tell that this condo cost a lot to build. It has a lot of luxury items and designed in a very thoughtful way. For instance, the materials used at the place were top-notch (Viking commercial range and refrigerator, granite countertops, wooden plantation shutters, windows situated for waterfront views, etc.). The location was right by the water inside a marina (and there were some very expensive yachts docked here). This place is situated close to the Key West action, but not in Key West, which is perfect for us. Communication with the owners were relatively fast and easy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Despite such a beautiful place, I feel that the owners may have saved some costs on proper property maintenance. Having rented out my place at another beach, I get it as it costs a lot to maintain. Some renters may damage things and you have to replace/repair them frequently. However, for the rent you pay at this condo, I'd expect better maintenance and attention to detail. Here are some items that would have improved our stay there: missing plantation shutter, so people outside could see someone sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed at night (see attached pic); front door had a gap in the weatherstripping (see attached pic); main door lock is misaligned, so it required some pulling/pushing to properly lock/unlock it; some ants/bugs inside (also mentioned by another reviewer), and poor lighting overall, especially in the kitchen/main entrance area (see attached pic). The other big thing was a poor internet connection (also mentioned by another reviewer). I don't think the condo's Wi-Fi worked correctly, because you could not get a consistent/good signal anywhere inside the condo. If the cell tower reception was better than 1-bar (Verizon) then we would have been fine. Once we drove to other places, we were able to get a signal to send pics, catch-up on emails/texts, look for restaurants/activities, etc. Finally, it was very hard to find this place (especially when it was dark on the evening we arrived). They sent directions a day or two before our check-in, but it only helped a little bit. Basically, you'll travel through an area that makes you wonder if you're going the correct way. Once you get to the marina, it takes a little bit of navigating inside there to find the right condo. The signage for the condo is a small plaque by the front door, so you'll randomly walk to several doors to find the correct one.

• Christian (4/5): Preis passt nicht zur Leistung - Kurz vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir eine E-Mail, dass auf dem Gelände eine private Feier stattfinden würde. Diese Information kam so spät, dass wir keine Möglichkeit mehr hatten, umzubuchen. In dieser E-Mail fehlte die Information darüber, dass der beworbene Pool und die Terrasse der Unterkunft nicht verfügbar waren. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Auch der Strand hinter dem Gebäude war nicht verfügbar. Die Toilette im Hauptschlafzimmer wurde zudem nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Viele Bereiche der Anlage sind renovierungsbedürftig. Auf unsere Anfrage nach einem Rabatt für den nicht verfügbaren Pool wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Unsere Anfrage nach einem Late Checkout wurde am Abreisetag um 9:59 Uhr mit einem Ja bestätigt. Somit hätten wir statt bis 10:00 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr bleiben können. Leider kam die Information um 9:59 Uhr zu spät, da wir bereits gepackt hatten und alles zur Abreise bereit stand. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation etwas schleppend. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen! We received an email shortly before our arrival informing us that a private celebration would be taking place on the premises. This information arrived so late that we had no opportunity to rebook. This email did not inform us that the advertised pool and terrace at the property were unavailable. This was very frustrating. Furthermore, the beach behind the building was also unavailable. Furthermore, the toilet in the main bedroom was not cleaned sufficiently. Many parts of the facilities are in need of renovation. When we inquired about a discount for the unavailable pool, we were told that this was not possible. Our inquiry about a late checkout was confirmed with a yes at 9:59 a.m. on our day of departure. This meant we could have stayed until 11:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the information at 9:59 a.m. was too late, as we had already packed and everything was ready for departure. Overall, communication was a bit slow.

Loved it 😍 The TVs were a little difficult to manage and the second room’s shower had low water pressure. But the place is absolutely stunning and the amenities too. I can’t wait to stay there again. The hosts are the best !

• Hilary (9/5): We had a lovely stay here. - Relatively secluded on a quiet little Marina. Nice beach and pool area. Pretty views. Spacious accommodations. Well equipped kitchen. Easy check-in. Free on-site parking. Not located in a very walkable area. A car is pretty much required to access food, shopping and downtown KW.

TONS of space in the condo (both bedrooms and bathrooms are large with more than amble floor space), and had everything we needed. Pool was awesome, the workout facility was adequate for it's size and my husband enjoyed the sauna. We liked the location, it is about a 20 minute drive to Duval Street but it was quiet in our area. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, which overlooked the pool and marina, and watching the boats (yachts!) come into the marina (and watched a storm rolling in one evening). Both bedrooms are considered Master Suites and both had French Door access to a patio; so this setup would work great for two couples traveling together. There are two assigned parking spaces. Plenty of towels, including pool towels plus washer and dryer. Sofa sleeper in living room. The laminate flooring in both bedrooms have had water damage (guessing from a recent storm surge), so somewhat uneven and creaking walking (rest of the condo is tiled). The plantation shutters on the French Doors in the living / dinning area are missing, so there was no way to ensure privacy after dark (though that wasn't a problem for us since the area wasn't crowded during our stay). I am assuming both items are being addressed since rest of the property was in excellent shape.

Also called to report obnoxious loud neighbors with kids in the pool until after 11pm. No one came to take care of that either. We could not get to sleep until 3:00 am when the neighbors were finally done banging doors and walls and moving furniture around in their condo!

Loved the little beach area and the pool. Top on the list the floor in bedroom was coming up and very bad. The couch was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. There was no welcome book or info about the area. No extra amenities there. Dirty pot holders in kitchen. Had to text the office to see how to get into the pool area. No info on getting into the gym or sauna area. Could have used some fluffy blankets also.

Strange sofabed, not very comfortable. Needs screen for patio doors to better enjoy terrace. No-see-ums were terrible. No way to appreciate the location with the condo all sealed up.

Pool Is conveniently located just outside of condo. Assigned parking is just in front. We actually loved location and prefer to be slightly outside of all crowd. Breakfast place is walking distance in near by resort.

• Bradley (7/5): Nice place to stay but didn't find it great value for the money. - It was large condo and suited our family. The pool was handy. The place was clean and the kitchen was good. We arrived at night and couldn't see the numbers on the buildings. Had no idea which building was ours. Luckily a security person helped us. We didn't know there was an airforce base very close so the noise of the planes was very loud during the day. Very expensive stay for what we got. As we didn't get there till late on the 1st night.

The “beach” was unkept and dirty and the pool was just OK. NOT a good neighborhood- the area is full of warehouses and storage docks. The pictures on booking.com are very deceiving.

Set back away from a lot of people, beautiful view of the water and boats, parking was close, the residence was so comfortable and clean! The pool and pool area wasn’t very clean some of the days.

• Visher (7/5): Appreciated the courtesy, cleanliness and comfort. - The unit was clean and comfortable. Had everything one could need for their short stay. The location of the unit is strange. It is located behind an industrial site with boat storage and a boat graveyard. The roads leading to the unit were a bit intimidating, especially at night. Unless you get very specific directions it can be difficult to find.

It is not worth the price. - The maintenance staff was top notch and we appreciated their help in troubleshooting issues. The pool was decent and pretty empty. It was not as represented in the listing. The following were issues: the condition of the patio furniture (cushions were torn and in disrepair), the water ( water leak in bedroom, water seeping as you stepped on the floor, hot water turned off in kitchen, no water pressure in one bedroom), the dishwasher did not work and we had to report it for repair, the front door does not shut properly. My mom spent part of our days there in the room during maintenance repairs. The pool was nice and quiet with a good view… though always disrupted by the large number of iguanas that can be a bit too eager and a little scary. Last, it’s pretty out of the way and about a 20 min drive to the main part of Key West. I will say that maintenance was on the spot and worked to fix water and dishwasher, but for that price- the management should be doing some walkthroughs and checking on things.
• Dawn (10/5): A great property located off the beaten path. - A very nice property located a little off the beaten path. Upon arrival we were rewarded with a great unit. Spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Our bed was awesome. Unfortunately we were not provided a key card to the pool area, therefore we were unable to enjoy a relaxing pool day. But the large and very loud group of young parents(?) and their very energetic kids who arrived and ultimately took over the pool seemed to have a lot of fun. Not certain these were registered guests.

• Emme (10/5): Last minute changes - We originally booked one location for 6 people but the people that booked the night before and was supposed to leave did not. Which ultimately left us (traveling for 8 hours on the road) stranded. The company came through and found us spots. The downfall was that our family of 6 was separated in 3 locations. Granted they were close together but it was an inconvenience. Our family being separated.
