• Dave (2/5): - This was by far the worst property I have ever stayed out. I made a reservation the night before on Expedia. When I got there, the rude lady that answered the door and I asked about our room. She looked it up and couldn't find our reservation. I gave her the reservation number from Expedia and their partner site said Reconciled - Reservation Cancelled. She had no idea so called her bookkeeper. Of course, they didn't have that room so I had to pay $45 for the next size room. The owner, who is 8 time zones away, literally, was the only one in their system at the time the reservation was cancelled. I spoke with Expedia and they didn't cancel it. I think they cancelled because they oversold the room. The whole process was VERY, VERY SHADY. I asked for the owner's phone but she wouldn't give it to me and said even if I called, it wouldn't do any good. The lady asked me how I knew their address; I told her it was on the Expedia reservation confirmation. She said they don't give out the address. DO NOT STAY HERE!
• Nocole (10/5): - Check in was a breeze, no one bothers you. You call or text the staff when you need something and they are quick to respond and are very friendly! The outside was a little odd but the rooms are so cute and clean and have everything you need. We just hated the parking, very narrow alley where you have to parallel park. We would definitely book here again!!
• Vernon (10/5): - Our studio was lovely. Very neat and clean, cozy!! We were quite impressed. The manager kept in contact to make sure all was good.
• terry (10/5): - Don’t be fooled by the look of the outside. I had a great stay in a very nice two bedroom trailer with a small kitchen and nice living room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very modern and clean. The manager even happily helped me when my vehicle needed a battery jump. I’ll stay here again next time we come to Yellowstone!
• Loren (8/5): - The room itself was charming but tight for 2 people because of kitchenette and gas fireplace. The sign was not well lit making it difficult to see. Biggest problem was the address listed on Expedia was wrong, so our GPS took us to a spot about 7 miles outside of town with nothing there. A clerk at a store going to town said it had happened before. For the price the room was great. Getting to it was a different story.

• Joni (10/5): - Very charming place and lots of helpful information allowing us to check ourselves in and out. I appreciated the quiet hours, though I thought a requirement of having the TV off at 9:00 PM for quiet hours was a bit excessive. The TV volume can be kept low and I think an 11:00 start for quiet hours would be more reasonable. The kitchenette was well stocked (although drinking glasses sere lacking) and the bathroom was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

• Patricia (10/5): Fabulous 1 night stay. - Small cabin, but clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Only suggestion I would make is to leave enough coffee for the small brewer provided. 1 night guests normally don’t carry coffee with them.
• Timothy (10/5): - This place was great. Very funky and appropriate thematic decor. Someone has obviously maintained these units as a labor of love. Each unit is different but all seem to have the complete set of amenities. Not sure how to feel about he complete "non-contact" method of check in/check out. It worked fine, but post covid I'm ready for a bit more human touch.

The outside of the building is less than appealing. Gave us a bad first impression but overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was Very clean and we felt like we got a great value.
• Summer (10/5): - Definitely don’t judge a book by it’s cover on this one! The inside is AMAZING! It’s pretty much a tiny home, kitchen included. Bed is comfy and staff is friendly.

• Cody (10/5): Good stay in West Yellowstone - We had a really nice stay here. We were supposed to camp, but the cold and snow forced us to find a hotel last minute so we opted for this one. It was just what we needed. I’ll piggy back off other reviews and don’t judge the place by the look outside or location. We had the 2 bedroom cabin and it was very cozy, although the upstairs was closed so really it was 1 bedroom. There were 3 of us so 2 stayed in the 2 beds in the bedroom and 1 took the couch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked for ourselves for 2 nights. We stayed plenty warm, had really comfy beds and a hot shower. This was an excellent place to stay for the price. I would recommend and stay again!
• Bruce (10/5): A nice place to stay ! - The directions were a little confusing to find the place & we were surprised how narrow the driveway was, but they had a lot of snow to deal with. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The price was affordable. The staff was very friendly & helpful. It was relaxing & just what we were looking for. We would like to go back again. :)

• Dawn (4/5): - Very cute idea of small cabin for two. Everything provided just like home! The text messaging of directions/instructions was very helpful. We only had two negative things to say about our stay: 1) PARKING….curbside parking right outside your unit, BUT it was parallel and not enough room to leave space between cars - we are early risers and certainly didn’t want to wake neighbors to move cars, so we spent 20 minutes “wiggling” out of space. (There was additional parking around the building, but you had to walk a distance.) 2) MATTRESS…it was extremely soft and sagged to the middle -the worst mattress we had slept on during our 2-week vacation

We were here for a week and having the kitchen was very handy so we did not have to go out to a restaurant for every meal. Very nice.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The room #5 was very small and cramped. The stovetop was feet from the bed. The room has everything you need but small. The floor was dirty and sandy. The bed sheets/pillows smells like it has not been changed. For the price we paid I was expecting a little more. On the good side it was close to yellow stone.
• Emily (10/5): Lovely - I read a lot of reviews about how small the bedroom was, so I was very surprised and pleased to see that while there wasn't a ton of extra room in the bedroom, there was a whole living room and kitchen area that left plenty of room to spread out in. For scale, my husband and I are moving cross country, and so the car (Honda Fit) was packed with stuff. We had plenty of space to empty the whole car into the living room and still sit on the couch comfortably in the evenings. The bathroom was huge, everything was clean, parking was easy, and it was a convenient very short drive to the main street of West Yellowstone, where we would go for dinner. If you wanted to cook yourself, pots and pans and such were all in the kitchen there. Also obviously very close and convenient to Yellowstone Nat Park. I was a little nervous about the self check in, but it was seamless. My only complaint was that the wifi cut in and out a lot.

• Ronald (4/5): Crazy short sloped ceiling, not for adults. - The room was just like the pictures but you don’t know the scale. My wife slept on the far side of the bed and had to crawl out on her hands and knees to go the the bathroom at night. If there had been 3 people in the room you would have to pull the dining room table out for the 3rd person to sit. The mattress was rock hard and bad for her hips and shoulders. We only used the room to sleep because we were in the park all day but I cannot recommend this room to anyone. They have several other choices and I would definitely recommend try the others out. The room was extremely clean and neat and just what you would hope for but the ceiling slope is just not made for 2 adults.

• Francisco (2/5): - s was our 3rd day in Yellowstone park and before checking in we explored parts of Yellowstone. As we were heading back to the west entrance towards the hotel, the main road getting towards the west, north, and east entrances were blocked due to a fire. We were directed towards the south entrance and were informed by the park rangers that “there is another way to get to the west entrance but you have to go through Idaho and it’s about a 4 hr drive and might be longer due to traffic.” Of course, traffic was bumper to bumper and so we were sitting in traffic for hours already. Since there is extremely limited cell reception in the park, we stopped at the first gas station we saw and used their phone to try to contact the hotel directly. As you can imagine, we were sitting in traffic for a couple hours already and it was past 4:30 pm (the start of check in). Using the gas station phone, we were able to reach the hotel. I explained the situation and explained how the fire blocked our way to get into the west entrance and if we drove the alternate route we would not be able to make it by the 9:30 cut off for check in. He rudely said, “well use the road through Idaho, it only takes 2 hours.” I am glad the park ranger told us a more accurate length of travel because obviously this guy didn’t care if we got there on time or not. At this point, I kindly asked for a refund and cancel our 2 night stay because regardless of the situation we would not be able to make it for the night. He j
• Julie (10/5): - Don’t let the unassuming first glance exterior of these units make you doubt your decision to book. These are beautifully appointed comfortable charming rooms with very responsive hosts. The rooms are exactly as pictured on their site. The furniture is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom towels are plush. Excellent value!

There was food still stuck on the counter. Half of the utensils still had food on them from the previous travelers. The television did not work. Basically it is a trailer home and a bit run down. Nothing a little TLC can't fix The amenities were ok, including dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, TV. Wifi...but i did not want to spend time there. No view. No frills. Would not stay here again.

We came during covid epidemic and had no issues or concerns about cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable. Location was conveniently located in West Yellowstone. Perfect place for 2 ppl!

• William (6/5): If you're desperate ... - While the listing is accurate, make no mistake. It's a trailer. $240 for a trailer. We were desperate for a way to cut our ridiculous commute in and out from East Yellowstone, and grabbed this place with open eyes and low expectations. Expectations fully met.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Check in was easy and the owner/manager (?) was very friendly and helpful. Don't judge this property from the outside. It needs major work on the outside but the room was nice. Obvious efforts were made to provide a cozy room with extras. It was mostly clean, although there was hair in the shower and our bed was missing a top sheet. Old soap and an old shampoo bottle were down between the bathroom sink and shower. A little more attention to housekeeping would quickly solve these issues. It was an acceptable place to stay for one night, although there may have been a mold problem or something in the room, both my husband and I were bothered by something that kept making us cough. We kept the window open at night (it didn't get too cold) and that helped, and we were fine once we left the room, but if you are very sensitive to molds you may have a problem with the room we were in.
• Stephen (6/5): Beggars can't be choosers - We could not find accommodation anywhere in the park, this was the only vacancy available. The rooms are about 1/2 mile from the hotel, there is no refrigerator and no cooking appliances. Overall we were happy to have found a bed for the night. The room was clean and comfortable. It would not be our 1st choice and it was very expensive for what it offered.
• Trish (6/5): You gotta be kiddin me! - Room was nicer than we anticipated and we were pleasantly surprised, until our last night when I decided to straighten the bedding and was horrified when I saw a disgusting stain on the bottom sheet that I knew could not have been since my stay. It was too late to call the office as their hours are limited.
• Daniel (8/5): Pleasantly surprised - The outside condition of the motel gave me pause. I started scrolling for another location because of my concerns. Site manager was warm and welcoming. Room was clean and homey. I was pleasantly surprised and ended up spending a second night.

Basically an ok place to sleep a night if you don't care about anything outside your fairly cozy although wornout room. Astonishing looking shack of a building. Way overpriced at $159 vs 199 for nearby individual cabins or 200 to 250 for Days Inn and other similar places. But again, ok if only want basic place to sleep. 10 minute walk to main street and shops.

Not a big deal, just was surprised for the price we were paying. But overall a quaint place and would likely stay again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Don’t Judge This Book By Its Cover - I’m a Yellowstone tour guide and love staying here. It’s conveniently located and a great place to work (base operations) from. It’s not quite home, but it’s felt like it could be.

• STEVEN (8/5): A nice place to stay. - Easy place to find. Lack of parking & narrow access by apartment a bit of an issue. Very helpful & informative check in. Shower okay if you're under 5ft. Wifi was always reliable. Bed was very comfortable. Extra large bath towels. Old used trays under cooker hobs needed changing. Nice to have a full size fridge in the kitchenette. Convenient location for park & local stores.
• Antonio (8/5): - Totally out of my expectation for this price, we stay just like at home, nothing can be complain, wishing come back again next time when I visit Yellowstone.

• V D (6/5): 1-10....I give it a 3. - When I finally found the place, it scared me to death! The adjacent property was a house in disrepair, with junk in the yard. The space next to the house looked like a junk yard! Old tuck. Old boat. Junky. The check-in desk was the shelf on a dutch door, the office was unkempt....looked like a broom closet, there was a vacuum cleaner on the front stoop. Once inside, the room itself was acceptable. I did note however, construction must be going on, and the materials were stored under tarps in the adjacent yard. I would not stay again. That being said, the staff gentleman was very nice and kind. He left at 930pm and there was no one on duty till the next day. I found that disconcerting in case I or my husband had an emergency in the middle of the night. No one to call.

• Matti (6/5): Passing by - Clean and nice room. Parking was very difficult, too little space. The area outside was not attractive. The hotel was a little bit far away from the center.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Looks are deceiving, looks bad from the outside and worse inside. Rooms are tiny not at all like the pics make them appear. They are not big enough for even 2 people. Rooms look out on alley and it is not wide enough for 2 cars to pass. We parked by the office. The kitchenette reminded me of a tiny kitchen in a Mexican Casita. The bathroom vanity was about 20" wide not big enough for toiletries. Would not stay there again. Stayed 3 nights the price per night was 202.00 and it would have been a gross overcharge for just 1 night.
• William (2/5): Didn't bother to stop, just kept going - We had a reservation, but upon pulling into the parking lot, just kept going. The place looks like a collection of used FEMA trailers in a gravel parking lot. The "clubhouse" looked like a run down old log house. It is no wonder this place offers no refunds under ANY circumstances. If you are considering this place, pull up a google street view first! It may be the cheapest place in West Yellowstone, but save yourself the money and stay elsewhere.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved the room. Clean and well kept. A nice surprise given the location of the motel. Safe location but did not look like a hotel would be situated there. The inside was precious and well presented. Clean
• Neil (2/5): Better accommodation nearby at a better price - As a rule, our Hotel.com bookings meet or exceed our expectations. This is by far not one of them. So-much-so that we contacted the hotel about our experience during our stay, but they did not respond. On arriving at their office to check in, we were horrified by its chaotic state. Objects were piled everywhere, leaving little room to move around. Nobody among the staff seemed to care or notice. Though we didn’t know it at the time, that experience offered a small sample of what was to come. As we were escorted to our unit, we were equally horrified by the surrounding grounds. The unpaved parking lot offered a challenge for all but high-clearance SUVs, the view from the window was that of a junk yard (see photo), and the front doors were located down a narrow lane. The free wi-fi was almost useless, and you had to be a gymnast to get up from the toilet (see photo) in our unit. Using the shower offered its own challenges. We were so disgruntled with the 4-night stay that we looked in the area to find comparisons. It did not take long to find something far superior a few blocks away for $100 less per night. Not only were the accommodations sub-standard, they were far overpriced.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Although a little bit crowded, we have everything we need in the lodge. Its location is just outside the west entrance of Yellowstone, the most convenient place with a reasonable price. Simply do not miss the check in time, you will have a nice stay there.
• PaulV. (6/5): - Self-Catering means a small apartment. Fend for yourself on food. The mattress was like a Hammock--sagging in the middle a lot.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible Place. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - This is a bait and switch!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this "Hotel" based on the photos and reviews. What a crock. This is a run down, dirty, disgusting trailer court. The "cabins" are nothing but nasty trailers that look like they came from construction sites. We gave this place the benefit of the doubt, and went in. I asked to see our "cabin" but they wanted take an imprint of our card. Should have left then. We then inspected our cabin. Where to begin...The floors were warped, the place was filthy, the shower had mold in it. The beds were wedged into tiny closet sized rooms with no windows. The washer and dryer were smack in the middle of the living room, and I use that term lightly. We decided not to stay and immediately went back to the registration office. It was locked, the lights were out and no one answered the door or phone. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon, and less than 5 minutes after the "manager" showed us to the place. Hotels.com tried calling several times with no answer. I cancelled my card and am disputing the charges for the 1 night stay. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

• Verified traveler (2/5): - They said the latest check-in time is 9:30 pm, but they don't provide a backup solution such as leaving the key on the door or an instruction to locate the key like any other lodgings/hotels in West Yellowstone who close early. We could arrive by 9:30 pm if everything went well. However, when we headed back from the Yellowstone Park, the road of Lama Valley inside the park was jammed due to a toeing truck and stopped by transportation control for almost 1 hour. We made phone call attempt to both numbers 1 435 658 2227 x 11 and 1 800 724 7767 x 11 given by this lodging with the light signal barely received in the park. The first number didn't say it is Yellowstone self catering lodging, but some transportation, we thought the number was wrong. The second number is a hot girl hotline!? With that signal, we couldn't make more call attempts nor email them. We arrived at 10:15pm. We made several phone calls and emails to them, but no responses. We expected to come back in the early morning to grab some nap. But the note on their front door says they are absent before 4pm the next day! Being located near the park, they must be familiar with the common situations of expected traffic jams and no signals inside the Park. But they don't even provide a backup solution, and just let those who have paid and arrived a bit late find no place to stay for a whold day, which is outrageous and ridiculous!
• Shorty (8/5): - Outside appearance and location looks a little scary. But once inside room, nice, clean and cozy.
• Caroline l (10/5): Yellowstone Yea! - What a terrific find, a real diamond in the rough, not much to look at from the outside but gorious ans very comfortable to stay in, really neat local gentleman checked us in and was very helpful, great town to go exploring in before going into Yellowstone Park

• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful Interior - Don't judge the place from the outside, inside was quite a surprise and I would go back in a heartbeat! Had a full kitchen and everything you could ask for, extremely nice decorations
