Kulttuuria, ruokaa! - Buffet-aamiainen oli riittävän monipuolinen ja keittiöstä sai tilattua erilaisia munakkaita yms. Sijainti aivan vanhan keskustan ytimessä, mutta rauhallisen kadun varrella oli parempi, kuin olin kuvitellutkaan! Huone oli rauhallisen kadun varrella, mutta muista huoneista kuului esim. vauvan itku aika hyvin. Onneksi vasta aamulla :)

Sabine (6/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Man wurde auch sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war auch gut. Es wurde sogar abends noch einmal das Bett gemacht (wir lagen mittags kurz drin) Leider war das frühstücken der Oberknaller. Den Kaffee musste man bei den Damen bestellen. Er dauerte so lange, dass wir schon halb mit dem Frühstück fertig waren. Das Omelette war gut. Auswahl gab es nicht so viel. Es hatte aber gereicht. Samstags waren es drei Bedienungen. Zwei waren in der Küche verschwunden und eine stand bei einem anderen Pärchen am Tisch und hat erzählt. Ich stand dann irgendwann auf und lief zu ihr hin. Habe dann noch Kaffee nach bestellt. Die Aufmerksamkeit war nicht gegeben. Sonntags war es auch nicht gerade prickelnd. Am Anfang war es genauso. Und es waren vielleicht drei Tische besetzt. Was machen die bei Betrieb!?! Jedenfalls gehen wir nicht mehr in dieses Hotel. Ach, und unter den Frühstückstischen lag Dreck. Brosamen vom Vortag. An dem zweiten Tag haben wir uns an einen anderen Tisch gesetzt. Unserer war unten rum immer noch dreckig und der neue Tisch genauso.

Milan (9/5): Definitely worth the stay! - We arrived into PRG very early on Thursday. Arrived at around 9:15am and the staff received us very nicely. We were welcomed into the stunning looking and peaceful lounge and got the great news our room was already available. The room itself was modern, nice and very clean & even came with a small balcony. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and also checking in if any help could be provided. Being located in the middle of the city adjecent to the town square and boutique shops I dont think any hotel of this quality is located any better. This is not a negative but a point of improvement if possible. Since I’m sure the actual breakfast would have been lovely. Unfortunately we had to opt for the “take-away” breakfast since we only stayed in PRG for a day. The breakfast was ready when we checked out at 6am the next day but consisted of 2 pretty dry sandwiches and some fruit. I sincerely appreciate the effort but some croissants with some confectionary would have been a better option maybe.

Judith (8/5): - Selected this hotel because of its location and it didn’t disappoint. You are literally walking distance from everything. Some highlights from the hotel were the reception desk and one bartender (can’t remember his name), he was from Slovakia. They all provided excellent service. Now, the area for improvement was housekeeping. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking and our king size bed had a queen comforter. The bathroom floor was consistently dirty and there was mold in the shower. I didn’t complain because the housekeepers were nice, but something for the hotel to be made aware of. Overall I would give this place a 4/5 stars.

Richard (6/5): Still good but was previously great - I’ve stayed at the Emblem Hotel Prague before and returned this time to a warm welcome with a handwritten note and chocolates – a lovely touch that I really appreciated. The staff are friendly and the location is absolutely the hotel’s best feature, right in the heart of the city. The spa and massage are a nice addition, though even with the massage discount the price feels very premium. Compared to my last stay about a year ago, the hotel seems a little tired – or perhaps I was unlucky with my room. On arrival, the room had a faint sweaty smell, and the shower dripped through the night. The hairdryer didn’t work either; I requested a replacement and reception noted it down, but unfortunately it was never delivered. On the positive side, the bar remains a very nice spot to unwind. Overall, I would consider returning, but at £350 a night I felt the value didn’t quite match the price this time around.
