Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.

Purtroppo ho avuto un problema con la doccia. L'ho trovata con lo scarico totalmente otturato (risolto) ed era impossibile regolare la temperatura (non risolto).

Op de booking stond duidelijk aangegeven dat inchecken mogelijk was vanaf 15:00 uur, maar uiteindelijk moesten we nog 45 minuten wachten voordat we onze kamer in konden. Dat is niet acceptabel als je na een reis gewoon je kamer wilt kunnen gebruiken. Daarnaast moet je voor werkelijk iedere extra optie bijbetalen, terwijl de prijs van tevoren al hoog genoeg is. Het ergste is nog dat er totaal geen compensatie of excuses werden aangeboden voor het lange wachten. Slechte service en absoluut niet klantvriendelijk. Ik zou hier niet snel opnieuw boeken.

I met a few staffs who did not really focus on the giving services, or answering the questions.

It was uncomfortable, durty, I am quite surprised by myself using this word, but even the room was worn and old, could have been clean. It wasn't. It was dusty and the shower glass only wiped, mirror in the bathroom with drops of water and spots everywhere - total disappointment. Uncomfortable.

- Gabriel (8/5): Rapide, simple et efficace - Il n'y avait malheureusement pas de déjeuner... mais j'ai aimé le côté pratique de l'emplacement. Indications pas très claires pour l'équipement et dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'espace plus grand pour se restaurer et utiliser les WC (en dehors de la chambre).

- Ian (4/5): It's cheap, but is it worth it? - This hotel is cheap compared to other hotels in this area and it is in an excellent location. The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable Whilst the rooms were nice and clean the lobby areas were not, smelling quite damp. The price is not as cheap as it may appear when you factor in the easyjet pricing policy of everything including left luggage being an extra cost. The sink was too small to fill a water bottle from the tap. However the most off putting thing was that the hotel always seemed to have a number of guests who hung around outside the front door wearing lounge wear and sliders, inhaling vapes looking quite untidy and giving the place the feel of a bunkhouse rather than a hotel.

- Bo (6/5): Betaalbaar verblijf in Rotterdam - Eenvoudig hotel aan goede prijs in Rotterdam, dichtbij het centrum en openbaar vervoer. Onthaalmedewerkers waren erg vriendelijk. Leuk extra'tje: gratis 'koud water' tap aan de inkom. Verwacht geen luxueuze poespas, bij Easyhotel betaal je minder doordat je bespaart op 'onnodige' extra's. Dus indien je graag je bagage stockeert voor of na het in/uitchecken, betaal je hier een bedrag voor. Doordat wijzelf het meeste van de tijd buiten op ontdekking waren, was dit hotel voor ons zeker voldoende. Verwacht je meer gezelligheid of faciliteiten om slecht weer te overbruggen - dan zoek je best iets anders.
