Lots of places to eat gad station and other things near by the place was free parking constantly packed with cars though hard to get a parking spot. Well shower head was not really spraying water put its was in need of a new one. Need new paint job cracking for sure and toilet dont flush very good.

Aryana (7/5): My stay was good besides the fridge not working. - I liked how it was quiet and was around a lot of things to do. The room was very clean The staff was very professional. I didn’t like that the mini fridge in our room didn’t work. It wouldn’t keep our things cold.

Gonzalez (8/5): Good stay - I liked how close the hotel was to Knotts Berry Farm. I liked the friendliness of the staff. I liked how big the room was. That the only ice machine was in the lobby. There wasn’t a jacuzzi. I thought that some things needed an upgrade, like the bathroom faucets in the shower section. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any way for me to watch baseball or Netflix, etc. it was the basic channels. Just a minor inconvenience, no big deal.

Everything is very dated and non cohesive. The room we were given had a broken down refrigerator, slow draining bath drain. Room had to be changed for us. Swimming pool, very uninviting. Guests allowed to smoke (all things) outside their rooms while the air conditioner was going pulling in all the stink.

Rocky (3/5): I would give this place an overall rating of 3/10. - Location as it’s right across the street from Knotts Berry Farm Cleanliness! I feel like they can clean a little bit better, especially when peak season comes around and you know your facility is going to be fully booked at times. The bathroom was pretty dirty which prompted us not to use the shower while we stayed there, along with the air conditioning unit, when I turned on the AC dust and dirt started blowing out, which would indicate that it hasn’t been turned on in a while. We heard other guests complaining at the pool on how their rooms were also dirty. They claim that they also serve breakfast, but they do not so do not let the booking fool you.

Rebekah (3/5): Dirty and falling apart - The front desk guy was kind and accommodating he got us two rooms next to each other. The room smelled super strong of fabuloso and the floor had a sticky residue like they used too much cleaning product or had dirty mop water. Our showers tiles were all cracked and the shower curtain rod was broken and held up with black trash bag. The door seemed like it wasn’t sealed, you could see light coming in all around it and hear every sound from the parking lot. The curtains were too long and covered the AC so the air was just blowing behind the curtains and we had to lean a lamp on it to keep the curtains back so we could get air. The room just felt dirty

The smell of cleaning chemicals was so strong that we had to leave the door open to try and air it out. By the morning, I had a splitting headache, I think due to the smell of the room.

Sonthaya (7/5): great location and service, and a good bang for your buck if you're ok with somewhat rundown rooms - the service here was good, and they held our bags after checkout for the whole day so we could visit knotts berry farm. there was cutlery, a mini fridge and a microwave in the room so you could have leftovers too. location was good, and parking was free. the guy who checked us in gave us a room with good wifi cause we said we'd need one! and the room was quite a decent size for the price. as expected of a motel, the place wasn't necessarily the nicest. pillows were rather lumpy and the sheets had some old stains on them. the bathroom was old and didn't seem that clean.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, making the ceramic tile on the floor was extremely slippery all the time. There were dishes for eating, and spoons but no forks at all.

Marq (2/5): Don't stay here. - The location is the best part. It is literally across the street from Knotts Berry Farm and is walkable. That's about the best that I can write. The rest is downhill from there. The staff was nice but the room was a bit of a joke. It was very run down and really shouldn't be in operation at all. First off, upon entering the rom, we noticed a giant gray/black marking on one of the pillows. It was a dirty footprint! it was dirt and it literally brushed right off. Who had stepped on the pillow? the cleaning crew? The room was run down and a bit smelly and moldy. The bathroom was no better. I know i will never be staying here again. EVERYTHING. The bathroom. The bedding. The bed. The lights. The for was unsafe. The railing was loose walking upstairs. There was no parking. The amenities were almost non existent.
Tackett (3/5): - The room was clean and big enough for my family. House keeping did a great job. I don't like the attitude of the person in charge Friday 26th - Sunday 27th. He was rude. I don't like that there isn't enough parking spaces and he just makes everyone park everywhere even if it blocks other cars. Then he has to be knocking on the door early in the morning for us to move our car, when we were sleeping. Even if our sign said do not disturb.

Ramiro (1/5): The proximity to knotts is not worth staying here. - It’s really close to knotts berry farm. That’s it. The ironing board cover was stained. I had to take it off and iron my clothes on top of a towel. There was a live cockroach inside the light cover in the bathroom. Black Stains in the bathtub.
Cruz (5/5): - Location was good. Close to Knotts Berry Farm, drug store and restaurants. Not as close as the picture shows. It had lots of mold in the bathroom shower ( the only place I was actually able to see it, but smelled it all over). I am highly allergic to mold. And they locked the room door before the check out time and would not let us back in to make sure we got everything. If they did I would not have accidentally lost my Jordan shoes. Expensive!!!! Would not recommend or stay again.

The bathroom had many broken, unfixed thing in, the grout in the shower was dirty, the mirror was dirty. The one and only elevator was super far from room and damaged and filthy. My kids did not feel safe.
