- Roxana (10/5): Excellent - The hotel was clean and bright. The location was excellent, a minute from the dancing fountain, and 8 minutes walk to the black church. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We were 4 adults and had 2 rooms. The beds were a bit hard and it was more on the pricey side.

- Szilárd (9/5): - Minden tökéletes, kár a hideg szobákért. Hideg volt a szobában, az étkezőben pedig kimondottan. Az autómata fütés beállításán én változtatnék. Ez ront az értékelésen egyedül.

- octavian (7/5): Dezamagit - Locatia este buna pentru cei care isi doresc sa ajunga rapid in centrul Brasovului si Poiana Brasov. 1. Saltele inconfortabile. 2. Caldura poate fi maximum la 23 de grade. 3. Sistemul de caldura este prin ventilatie , ventilatie care produce zgomot . Clar disconfort in timpul somnului. PS. Exista si sisteme de ventilatie care nu fac zgomot , dar nu la acest hotel. Deci noaptea trebuie sa alegi intre a avea caldura sau a dormi linistit. 4. Parcarea mi-a fost taxata pe 3 zile , in loc de 2 cat a fost rezervarea. Si nu este vorba de 50 de lei , este vorba de principii. Cum sa incasezi pe 3 zile , din moment ce eu am ajuns vineri seara la ora 18.00 check in si am facut check out duminica ora 9.00 AM ? Deci pentru ziua de duminica, check in ul urmator pe aceeasi camera, ar fi platit si el 50 de lei , pentru acelasi loc de parcare. Nu ai cum sa nu observi intentia de a mai castiga 50 de lei … 5. Paturile single mici ca latime. Sper ca acest review sa ajute atat clientul cat si management ul hotelului.

It’s really good value for money (: Staff were so helpful and friendly! There was a young lady on reception during the night and she was absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful and a real credit to the hotel. She made me feel so welcome as a guest and I can’t thank you enough for making me feel welcomed in Romania. Thank you ! - Ali (9/5): Ausser Frühstück alles ok - Nettes Personal, Zentral gelegen, grosses sauberes Zimmer Frühstückauswahl sehr sehr mager. Für 90 Euro für ein Einzelzimmer sollte man was vernünftiges für den Morgen zur Verfügung stellen. Die freundlichen Damen im Frühstücksraum waren sehr hilfsbereit. Sie konnten auch nichts dagegen tun, wenn die Geschäftsleitung ein Frühstück wie im Asylantenheim anbietet. Das ist nicht schön. Die hatten nicht mal Schwarztee im Sortiment. Brotauswahl sehr schlecht, nur 2 Sorten vom billigsten Grad. Wie gesagt, für 90 Euro die Nacht sollte man anständiges Frühstück anbieten.

- Chou Yihui (10/5): Excellent - The hotel has a great location with private parking. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast is good, it would be better if add spoke fruit. None.

Vous passez le porche de l’hôtel et le réceptionniste vous aidera à garer votre voiture dans une cour tout en longueur. Notre chambre donnant sur la ville était très claire et moderne. Le petit déjeuner paraît plus succinct que dans d’autres établissements mais on y trouve son compte. Superbe chambre avec une superbe machine à café et … aucune capsule ! Pas de croissants au petit déjeuner, enfin si, sous emballage plastique et fourrés au chocolat : on n’a pas osé tester.

- M-I-B (6/5): Too expensive to be cold at night - The location is good as it is very close to the city center. The room was clean and large enough. Not noisy even if it is close to the city center. The temperature in the room barely reached 20 degrees at night, in mid February. I asked in the middle of the night at the reception to increase the temperature, they said they will do it from the automatic system, but nothing happened. It was warmer in the bathroom than in the room. If it is cold outside, don't risk booking a room if you have kids or you are not comfortable to sleep at around 20 degrees Celsius. The staff didn't show any surprise or regret that it was uncomfortable cold and seemed not surprised that it was so and you could not raise the temperature in the room by yourself, even if the system permitted it.

- Radu (8/5): - Un hotel poziționat foarte bine în zona centrală, aproape de centrul vechi. Camerele sunt noi, spațioase și frumos amenajate. Micul dejun este ridicol de scump având în vedere faptul ca practic nu oferă nimic!
