• Assyl (9/5): - Возле отеля близкое расположение достопремичательностей, садитесь на трамвай Т1 и доезжаете до Султанахмета ( все мечети там), рядом много кафе, магазины, мини базарчики, и тд. По отелю: если прям зависите от чистоты, то на 8 по 10 бальной шкале, главное чистый санузел и каждый день меняют постельное белье. Завтрак достаточно сытный, свежие продукты, кофе/ чай 24/7. Персонал вежливый, помогут везде и во всем. Очень милый дворик отеля.

Dziękujemy. Śniadania były smaczne a pani która je przygotowywała (niestety nie znam imienia) zawsze uśmiechnięta i sympatyczna. W łazience wyziewy z kanalizacji. Okolica nieciekawa.

The staff (including the front managers Osman and his colleguae Baran are very helpful, kind and polite. I recommended this hotel for them who like the real local feeling.

• Rachel (9/5): Excellent staff working had to manage an older hotel in the wholesale/industrial district - The staff was great! Osman and Baran were always helpful and hospitable. They are excellent and helped us find a good restaurant and transportation to and from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to sleep well after long days of walking. The hotel is very clean, even though it is an older building. It is evident that the staff works hard to provide a clean hotel and comfortable beds for the guests. The location is in a wholesale/industrial part of the old town, so the atmosphere around the hotel is not very nice. We made sure to be back at the hotel before dark. There was a lot of construction going on right behind the hotel, so there was much noise all the time. This is NOT the fault of the hotel. It just made our stay less desirable at this time.

I přes náročnou údržbu historizujícího stylu bylo vše v dokonalém pořádku a čistotě. Vynikající snídaně, profesionální a velmi ochotný tým personálu. Recepční Osman mi velmi ochotně a dobře radil, zejména pokud šlo o otázky dopravy v obrovském městě.

Le personnel est très soigné, élégant et professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant. • RAFAEL (8/5): - La ubicación esta en el barrio fatih,a 4 minutos andando del Gran bazar,y a 2 minutos andando de una parada de tranvía que te lleva a todo los monumentos y parques,tienes alado también muchos sitios para comer tomar te ,tiendas pequeñas para comprar agua algo para picar,rl hotel es una antigua casa turca de 4 planta con muebles antiguos ,muy típico, y el desayuno se sirve en un carpa cerrada en frente de un jardín. El hotel desde mi punto de vista le falta mantenimiento, nada mas llegar la habitación olía a humedad, el barrio al rededor es un poco oscuro por la noche a parte que un barrio donde se fabrican mucha emitaciones ,hay mucha tiendas mucho movimiento temprano ,un poco sucio .el desayuno le falta fruta y mas variedades . Y las fotos no son como la realidad.

• Buda (2/5): UN DRAMMA SFIORATO - Arredamenti e colazione La disposizione e collocazione della camera non ha coinciso con quanto richiesto, ma si trattava di una camera tappabuchi posizionata a piano terra, soggetta a rumori stradali senza possibilità di dormire con tranquillità. Ma la cosa brutta è stato il giorno finale in cui partire per tornare in Italia. L'autista dell'albergo, lo stesso che ci aveva prelevato al primo giorno, ci ha portato all Aereoporto sbagliato ( non quello di SAW). Pertanto , questo disguido, ci ha fatto perdere il volo con pagamento di altro volo in giornata ( non più con la PEGASuS ma con la Turkish Ailines). SITUAZIONE DRAMMTICA
• Andrea (9/5): - Struttura molto bella in pieno centro a 2 minuti dal gran bazar, dalla fermata del tram. Rifinita nel dettagli. Bagno piccolo incastrato nella stanza “tripla”. Si sentono troppo i rumori della strada e quelli del vano scala.
• Francesco (8/5): - Offrono una vasta colazione a buffet con tutto il necessario in un bell'ambiente e sono stati molto efficienti a soddisfare l'esigenza di uno del gruppo di avere prodotti senza glutine. La posizione è buona per raggiungere i principali monumenti di Sultanhamet, il tram T1 ed è vicinissima al Gran Bazaar. Le camere sono ben arredate e luminose. Il servizio è stato buono e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. L'edificio è d'epoca e ben ristrutturato. Non abbiamo provato la zona wellness (per mancanza di tempo). Avremmo dovuto avere 3 camere De Luxe, ma una era una standard con un ampliamento di una singola e non è stato possibile cambiarla. Forse lo spazio complessivo c'era, ma le altre due camere erano decisamente più confortevoli. Questa differenza ci ha creato qualche disagio. Comunque anche le camere de luxe hanno capienza limitata. Sconsiglio quindi la camera standard. Per la colazione suggerirei di togliere un po' del tanto cibo salato e aggiungere un po' di frutta fresca (praticamente assente) e di cambiare le sedie, che sono veramente ingombranti e creano problemi di seduta e movimento fra i tavoli. La zona attorno all'hotel è un po' dimessa e un po' rumorosa. In particolare per un cantiere che lavorava anche di notte.

Desde que entras te envuelve una atmósfera súper acogedora que te hace sentir como en casa de inmediato. Las instalaciones son impecables, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el factor humano. Mención especial para Osman, cuya atención fue increíble. Su amabilidad y disposición hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir y recomendar a cualquiera que busque un trato de diez. La ubicación es perfecta. Te encuentras a pocos minutos del gran bazas y a 10 minutos de las principales mezquitas.
