Area has great fast food options. Convenient to Interstate 70. The bed was subpar. Not uncomfortable yet but could tell it was inexpensive and will wear out fast. Because of location area seemed a little dodgy with people wandering around. In an effort to be ecological, they only had housekeeping every three days. You could request more frequent housekeeping if you felt the room needed it and we did without a hitch.

Thank God I saved my receipts and had the person working contact the manager because I had paid 2 months before I was scheduled to arrive.

However, room was not great quality and we usually always stay at Holiday Inn (4th stay this year in different states) and this was the worst bed we've have slept in a Holiday Inn. The air conditioner would make loud noises even when off or not on fan. The sink made a mess when barely turned on.

Clean sheets, close to important places in Denver. Breakfast was good. Good price-quality. We had an issue with the sofa bed in one of the rooms. It is very old and not comfortable for sleeping; we had to use several blankets and covers to make it bearable.

• aschoono (6/5): Crazy Experience, Decent Hotel - My daughter and I were in Denver for a basketball tournament. We found this hotel as it was between downtown and the airport. When we arrived we had a 1 bedroom suite. The room was huge. Nice living area and a king size bed in the other room. It was one of the biggest rooms I have had at a Holiday Inn Express. Too bad we didn’t get to enjoy it. Our issue came in the first night. At 2 am I started hearing water dripping. I went into the bathroom to check and water was pouring from the ceiling into the bathroom. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. 10 minutes later security showed up and said he would look into it. It ends up that the person above us fell asleep with the water on in the tub. Now it has been around 20 minutes in the middle of the night. I called back to the front desk asking for a new room. I was told they were sold out and that they couldn’t help me. We couldn’t stay where we were. I was told to wait and she would get back to me. Finally 15 minutes later someone came up and they moved us to another room as someone didn’t show up. Good thing since I don’t know what we would have done without a room. This room was OK but not as nice and not what we paid for. Finally back to sleep. The next morning I went to speak to the front desk about the issue and to see what they would do for us due to the issue. The person working was not very helpful and said they could give us some IHG points. This was not acceptable. I asked for a manger and was told she was on maternity leave. I asked for someone that could help me. She said someone would be in later in the day. Finally I found someone to help. She said she couldn’t guarantee but she gave me her number and told me she would call me when she resolved the issue. Finally we were taken care of. Crazy experience.

• Won Sang (10/5): Warm and fresh breakfast and indoor pool - The room was spacious and we enjoyed hearty breakfast and the cool indoor pool with a hot tub.
• Breanna (8/5): Good for one night - This was a good on night stay on roadtrip. I don't think I'd want to stay multiple nights. The price was great and the breakfast wasn't bad. The area was okay, but there was some sketchy behavior.

• Monica (8/5): Comfortable and friendly! - The breakfast bar was really good for a hotel. Lots of options to choose from, and I loved that there was a dedicated room for it. The room was very clean and comfortable! Feather AND cotton pillows. One of the lights didn’t work but we didn’t care about that, otherwise I’m sure they would have fixed it if we asked. Haha. All of the employees we interacted with were all super friendly! I wish there were more options provided to get water (or fill water bottles) besides just the gym, but that’s just me being picky I guess cause I like having water with me 😂🙈 Would definitely stay here again!
• ITManager (6/5): Room OK; neighborhood dicey; no provisions to feed travelers leaving early - Stayed here because I had a 7 AM flight from nearby Denver International Airport. Room was reasonably clean; not great. Neighborhood was dicey, and the parking lot was not fenced, so I put a brake pedal lock on the car to increase the odds that it'd be there in the morning. Could have let all the defects slide except for one thing: I discovered that they started breakfast at 6:30 AM (long after I would have to be at the airport) and DID NOT HAVE ANY GRAB-AND-GO food for early travelers. I managed with a protein bar I'd brought, but frankly it isn't acceptable for an airport-adjacent hotel not to have SOME provision to feed early travelers. Will stay elsewhere next time.
• Elizabeth (2/5): - Breakfast selection was dismal. No milk of any kind, or yogurt, or fruit. Just bread, eggs, and gummy pancakes. The toilet was clogged so I went to the desk to get help at 6 am. The clerk went searching for a plunger but couldn’t find one and told me to wait til the shift changed at 8 am and maybe the next crew would know where it was. IT… as in ONE plunger for the entire hotel?! So much for getting on the road early. The beds were hard, the pillows were flat, and the AC unit sounded like a truck idling in the room. I’m done with Holiday Inn. This was no Holiday!
• Graham (2/5): Rubbish service from hotels.com! - No issues with the hotel, but it took over an hour to check in because hotels.com had not informed the hotel we were arriving. I spent over 40 minutes making an international mobile call, with an Autistic adult who was getting increasingly agitated,while reception were also taking to hotels.com. It was eventually sorted but it did not put hotels.com in a good light. The desk man at the hotel, Steven, was a star.

• Pedro (10/5): - 1St Time In Colorado, and loved the Hotel For all that it provided from access from the airport, and its proximity, to the great morning breakfast. Easy Access to highways to go beyond the Denver area, and the homely feel. Great Stay, I would stay again in a heartbeat!!
• Jason (6/5): - Pool/hot tub area had never been opened by 3:45 pm. Asked the front desk clerk to go down to open it. He wasn’t sure he had the key, but he was able to find it. He was a nice guy Saturday) No towels in the pool area. Sunday morning, we were eating in the breakfast area, and they ran out of coffee. I looked around for about 5 minutes and didn’t see any staff, so I walked out to the front desk and nicely told the clerk. He replied, “ I don’t work in there” I told him I know, but hoped you would let them know. Clerk was male, short dark brown hair, with at least 4 ear piercings and a black leather studded bracelet. Shower was only warm even with the knob turned all the way to the red (hot). Not a terrible stay, but definitely not up to Holiday Inn standards.
