The tv was about a 15 year old 32 inch! I could barely get the remote to change channels. The shower in the bathroom had mold all around the edges and cracked tiles. I would not recommend for this price. Cleanliness and age.

Booking indicated a pull out sofa. There wasn’t one. It really didn’t matter for our purposes, though someone may need to edit the booking.com information.

The room was dirty: toenails were everywhere, the dishes smelled horrible, the hard floor was sticky, garbage littered the floor. The customer service: they refused to give me my invoice with a full price breakdown, which I need to get reimbursed by my company. It's a simple ask, but they refuse to disclose any payment information.

Also, TV remote in the main room was not working properly, it was very difficult to change channels - perhaps it was the battery in the remote as well.

Certainly not the most immaculate or updated, but for this price and the extremely reasonable pet fee, I would say it met all of my expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some nice other bonuses like a book and dvd lending library, pool, gazebo. My Room was right by the lobby and it was a little loud but quieted down by bed time which I appreciate. A nice desk/working space provided as well which was a good bonus for a short business trip. If I had to return for a short stay with my dog, I would return. Thank you!

I'm planning to come back when my family does this trip again. The only issue I had was that I had issues getting into the room and had to go back to the front desk twice to get into the room.

The constant outside noise at plant next door made sleeping at night impossible. Pull out sofa was nasty dirty. We cleaned it up. Found toothbrush and food in it.

106denisej (8/5): Candlewood dog friendly great location - We arrived early evening checking in went and desk clerk was very. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and a kitchen full freezer and refrigerator. The bed was a king and most comfortable. A large tv in the bedroom and smaller one in living room. We were able to use our Amazon fire stick in the living room tv. The hotel is pet friendly which is why we chose it. Also it is a straight shot across at red light to many shops and restaurants. This is convenient because the woodruff rd area can be very heavy traffic. The only negatives were the tile part of the room flooring was apparently mopped with a dirty mop or water because it was extremely slick and appeared to have residue on it. The second thing is requested an hour later check out but we told no. We would stay here again for the comfortable bed !

Walked in the room and it smelled like urine and wasn't cleaned at all. Bought cleaning products to sanitize and clean the room. When I say everything was wrong it was wrong down to the staff. Bugs in the room, torn comforter etc.

Brook (10/5): Relax and take in the area - We had an issue getting into our room. Not only did they give me new room keys, they escorted me back to our room to make sure it opened and he inspected the door and saw the problem. The bed was so comfortable. I don't sleep very well, but here I was able to get a little more than 4 straight hours. It was so peaceful and pleasant. I wish we could have stayed another night to really explore the beautiful area and all there is to see.

The shower pressure was very weak. The TV was around the size of a computer monitor. All this, but the price was on par with some of the more expensive hotels in the area.
