• Thomas (10/5): its the best quality price ratio you can find in Saigon. - breakfast is generous with a big diversity of choices and food of all origins. The room has a great view on the city. The swimming pool is great and the gym is good too.

Swimming pool was refreshing. All staff tried hard to be helpful. They were all friendly. The really poor communication between Reception & all other facilities in the hotel. For E.G. they offered a voucher for a 2 for 1 drink at their roof top bar, the bar would not honour it. Their wine list had not been updated, many wines were unavailable. Their advertised daily afternoon tea was not available even though Reception confirmed it was.

The service is very efficient and fast, wonderful rooftop bar and excellent location. By far the best thing was their breakfast buffet and outdoor 20m long swimming pool. I would definitely stay again, even though the TV speaker in the room was very low and crackling with the sound, however, the staff were very quick to try to rectify this immediately which was impressive customer service. A very special thank you to Gia on the Front Desk who was extremely helpful and courteous. It's hard to find any fault with this Hotel. Definitely a 5 star stay. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment you are greeted at the door by so many friendly and helpful faces, provided lovely room service by Hung, a wide selection of delicious food at buffet breakfast with great attention to detail by Ha and Kha, to a relaxed environment and tasty dishes for dinner in the Urban Lounge Bar. Our stay has been very enjoyable. Highly recommend.
• Nicola (7/5): Next time I will stay in the center of District 1, bars and restaurants in the area are not great - Staff were absolutely lovely, without exception, could not do enough to help us Room was a good size but the oversized useless couch took up so much space there wasn't much room to move. I cannot understand why hotels need to use up every available surface to place useless ads and items, I actually need that space for my toiletries and personal items. The bathroom doors are not full size so you can't seal off the bathroom area and the smell from the shower at night was unpleasant. When we checked in we were given 2 for 1 cocktail/drink vouchers for the rooftop bar but when we went to the bar they told us the offer had changed and it was now buy 2 get 1. It is the misleading information and mismatched offers that I am objecting to, it's not that hard to get the offer right in the beginning and not subject the bar staff to explaining the changes, pretty poor process for a 5 star hotel
• jokl78 (4/5): Good but requires improvements - Stayed here for 3d2n at one of the executive rooms. No welcome drink as mentioned at all. This is the 2nd time i stayed here and both times are the same. I saw them serving other guests that check in at the lobby but since i'm staying at the executive room i was directed to the executive for check in but like i said, no welcome drinks available. Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome. So many choices and don't know which to choose. Service and coffee were good and amazing. Had breakfast at the lounge on the 2nd day and it's a letdown. Tea served was not hot and not even warm but room temperature. They should have known the water temperature before serving. No people serve room temperature tea. Evening cocktail selection was ok but the food selection, OMG. It's truly a joke. Made same comment last year and as expected, comments from guest is useless. Nothing changes. Applied double standard at the gym. There is one day in the morning where i took off my tshirt when working out but was told by staff that i can't do that but must be clothes on which i fully respect their rules and regulation. I put it back and apologizes to the staff. The same day in the evening i saw a local guy that is shirtless working out at the gym and the staff did not told him to put his clothes back on. i saw the same guy last year doing same thing and this is not his first time. seems like they are applying double standard. ok to a local guest but not ok to foreign guest. really sad to went thru such experience that is not consistent.
• premjithp2016 (8/5): if location and comfort is key - Absolute city centre. Lovely view, especially from terrace dining. Staff do not go extra mile for guest comfort. And if you book via agent, hotel denies points. This in my book is not fair. But to each their own. Maybe Accor is more strict.

• Harplo (10/5): Excellent first stay - My first visit to Vietnam for work and I am impressed by this hotel. The club lounge offers three meals a day which is sufficient if you are not a fussy eater. The room is great and the location whilst it is not city center is still great for exploring areas around.

• jmN2120EU (10/5): We loved our time at the Pullman Saigon! - We really loved this hotel. Located in a central location that was in walking distance to great places to eat, drink and shop. Our Executive Suite was fantastic! Was better than expected with 2 toilets (one with all the mod cons - quite the novelty), massive comfy king bed and a well appointed living area. Access to the Executive Lounge was part of our room booking, and offered breakfast, snacks and free alcoholic drinks / light meal options between 5.30-7.30 nightly, which we definitely enjoyed. Mad Cow restaurant onsite was outstanding and they spoiled our child after he devoured a delicious steak. Room Service was on point - with thanks to Hung for providing quality service. Buffet Breakfast was ample and we enjoyed the various Vietnamese coffees! We would recommend the Pullman Saigon to anyone and will certainly book again when we come back to Ho Chi Minh City (which we can’t wait to do!). And shout out to Khanh and Huang at Concierge Servives - they assisted with tours and transport which made our family holiday fab! X

Ich würde euch es euch empfehlen Die Preise im Pullman Saigon sind für das, was geboten wird, deutlich zu hoch. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten für eine erwachsene Person und ein Kind gebucht. Beim Check-in wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Kinder unter 12 Jahren kostenlos übernachten. Trotzdem musste ich zusätzlich 300 € bezahlen. Diese Situation finde ich nicht in Ordnung, da die Preisgestaltung und die Richtlinien weder transparent noch fair angewendet wurden.

• rintonb (10/5): Great food for sensitive tourist! - I’ve spend the night and didn’t go out because I have sensitive stomach and throat. I usually get an angry stomach and sore throat if I just randomly eat outside. That’s why I only eat in the hotel. And the food at Pullman Saigon Centre was phenomenal! I spend a good 2 hours for breakfast with my friend at Food Connexion Restaurant here and I really enjoyed it! The vibes, the variety of the food and the super helpful staff! And I am enjoying it because I know the food is amazing and the hygiene is guaranteed! The creamy salt cream coffee is just monumental! I order Tiramisu and fried rice too for room service, they told me it will take 30 minutes on the phone but the food is ready in just 15 minutes! The food is good and the staff is Mr. Hung is so helpful with my food and the payment too. Thank you so much!

Nobody came so I needed to do it myself, it would be alright if it was a 4 stars hotel but with a hotel with Pullman standard, it left me quite disappointed.

• Al Bulushi (9/5): - Excellent stay overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of most major city attractions. Although the city itself is not particularly walkable, the hotel’s location makes exploring much easier and saves time on transportation. Unfortunately, one major issue during our stay was the bathroom design. The toilet had an open slit at the top, which made it uncomfortable and lacked privacy. It felt poorly designed and not very practical. Additionally, there was no bidet provided, which was inconvenient and below the standard we expected.

• 256santia (10/5): An pleasant stay - Have a great stay with pullman saigon. They has been really helpful during my stay and after my stay. I left my jacket after checkout. And got it back with the helpful of the staff. Will be back to say at pullma Saigon.

• aikhengc (10/5): Platinum recognition, stellar lounge & service — minor hiccups - Stayed at Pullman Saigon Centre and left very happy overall. As an Accor ALL Platinum member, I received a corner-room upgrade with a bathtub and great city view, plus access to the Executive Lounge (which includes lunch and cocktail dinner). Being able to settle work over lunch/dinner in the lounge with that view was a real highlight. Service was excellent across the board. Breakfast was strong with lots of choice, and the crew were remarkably attentive—they addressed me by name and proactively checked what I needed, which felt outstanding. Two small notes: 1. I didn’t receive the in-room benefits letter outlining Platinum perks (reception mentioned there should be one). It would help to have a printed list, as benefits differ by property. 2. The main gym is under renovation and a temporary gym was set up in a kids’ playroom. It’s a good stopgap, but as a frequent gym user I can’t fairly review the usual facilities. Location is convenient for exploring HCMC, staff are warm and professional, and the Executive Lounge benefits make this a great choice. With the benefits letter provided and the gym back online, it’s close to perfect. I’ll gladly return.

• Roam813011 (10/5): A most enjoyable hotel - Hotel in a great location, the staff highly recommends it, everything is excellent in the hotel, I will stay again when I return to Ho Chi Minh City. Especially the hotel staff at the entrance, always with a smile and willingness to help and direct. Their names: Hcu, Hung, Khang., really dedicated, and kind. The service I received from them was exceptional.

• Mutty0511 (10/5): Great city hotel - This is a lively centrally based city hotel in what is a must see city .. the staff were obliging and so very helpful going out of their way to be of service which is what we have found in Vietnam so far.. the rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed with amenities would expect. Breakfast was beyond what we expected and again staff polite and attentive. Would recommend for a city stay in this crazy vibrant city which we loved and in District 1 being centrally located for the sights

• bambangekasurya (10/5): Visiting Chico thunnel - We were stay there around 2 night 13 to 15 July 2025. We were very impressive to stay there , I forgot which floor we have stayed. Service was good and cozy, I got surprised and delighted when I was going back to the room there are ballon's with word happy birthday to me and giving some birthday cake which was u expected. Even lobby hotel not to big but an ambience when we came it is instagram able
• sawitreec2026 (10/5): Refreshing meal - Vietnamese taste very good here, we try something new from the suggestion of lovely staff Mr.Si and Mr. Anh. The taste of the food went well with special cocktail. The music at the restaurant is cool and easy listening.
