• Manuela (9/5): A quiet and comfortable hotel overlooking a park. Staff are very helpful. Overall recommend. - Central location near all the great eateries. The most comfortable bed and lovely hot showers. A delicious omelette for breakfast and good coffee. A little tired. Had to change rooms as the aircon fan needed maintenance. Door to balcony needed fixing.

Das Frühstücksangebot war vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Die Schlüsselkarten haben nicht gut funktioniert. Die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück war nicht sehr gemütlich und die Zimmer recht hellhörig. Darum kein erstklassiges Hotel, aber ein gutes! :-)

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable beds. Rooms are on the small size but nothing to bother us. Pool is v small/same for the terrace.
• cmac-Decatur (10/5): Very well located with excellent park views. - Very good location with great views of the Parques Forestal and Metropolitano. Booked a king park view room but believe we we're in a park suite. This was a great place to end our trip to Chile - easy walk to the Plaza de Armas and the Museum of Precolumbian Art and a short metro ride to Parque Quinta Normal and the Museum of Memory & Human Rights. Breakfast was very good albeit a bit crowded at prime time of 8 - suggest eating a bit earlier or later. There are plenty of restaurant options a short walk away for dinner. Bed and room were very comfortable, though some of the room furniture was a bit oddly set-up.

Anything you need in Santiago is accessible either within walking distance or by easy transit connections nearby. The staff were exceptional and we loved the little rooftop pool with stunning views. We loved it all!

Fantastic location for the centre of town, lots of bars and resturants, and a really cool artesan market with all sorts on offer. Front desk staff were really helpful, even bringing me some cardboard to pack a couple of pictures Ibought at the market. Breakfast was great, rooms clean and comfortable, wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely on the list to return.

• advis0r28 (10/5): Excellent location and nice/modern hotel. - Good location and pleasant hotel , with fair prices. I’d definitely consider staying here again when in Santiago. The rooftop plunge pool was quite nice and boasted decent central city views. I felt safe here , room was clean and shower worked well. The breakfast was very impressive - delicious. Only downside to be aware of is the extra charge if you don’t have a credit card. They add a sum to your bill .

We located with minutes walk from top restaurants and the city attractions, clean room, nice breakfast and above all, amazing staff. The only it didn’t receive 5 stars was the noisy aircon. They were informative and made me feel comfortable and welcome after the upheaval I went through in another hotel. They took care of me with a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast. The facilities were of a very high standard. These were my last two days in Chile after a long trip and it was a pleasure to end them there. The room was huge and pleasent. It will be nice to have a kettle instead of the coffee machine.

• Fran (4/5): - Breakfast was very nice, good variety of food on offer, however, we had an early start one morning and the packed breakfast provided was disappointing. Rooms were pleasant and clean. We had booked a room with two single beds which had been confirmed by the hotel, however, on arrival the room had one double bed and we were told a twin bedded room wasn't available. The hotel staff were unhelpful in finding a solution and we were told the manager wasn't available to help resolve the situation. After much "discussion" it was agreed to give us separate rooms but an unauthorised charge was put on my credit card account for the second room followed by a further charge for which no explanation could be given. It was eventually cleared but the situation was time-consuming and stressful.

• Eileen (10/5): Incredible hotel for a very good price. - This is an Excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The desk clerks spoke English which made our stay much easier. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was ample and excellent including espresso drinks. The location was one block from the Lastarria neighborhood of great restaurants and cafes and pedestrian streets. Easy to walk to the Plaza de Armas and the mercado as well as on the park. Nothing. All was excellent. Best stay of our trip. We liked it so much we came back for two more nights before flying home.

And our room was quiet at night. Breakfast was very good. The location was very central. Easy to walk places and easy to get to the metro to get farther out. The room key cards were extremely finicky and needed to be reset daily. The pool was closed because there was some work going on up there. It’s supposed to reopen the day that we left. Sorry to miss out on that.

• tonysony (10/5): Excellent choice - It's a really friendly welcome in a modern hotel, with free coffee offered as we waited for our room. The room was on the top floor with a good view, lovely big bed, and the pool area just a few yards away. The pool is a great place to chill out with a view of the local mountain. Breakfast has lots of choice in a nice relaxed dining area. The staff were very helpful in getting the taxi to us for the bus station, assisting with luggage etc.

• monicekrem (10/5): Great staff, great location - Very nice location, across from a park and in close proximity to local points of interest. The room was well appointed with a refrigerator, comfortable bed, hot shower and a complimentary bottle of wine. We arrived early (like 8:00am) and our room was not ready but Diego 1 (there were two Diegos, so the other was Diego 2 - at their request) asked if we wanted to have breakfast, which was a buffet. It was well stocked with eggs, bacon/ sausage and a variety of fruits, pastries, breads, meats and cheese. We learned that we could order custom eggs, but we were happy with what was available - they also had a panini machine which we used once and were quite pleased. The staff was helpful and most spoke enough English for us to get by. Diego 1 deserves special note, as he helped us with a city tour and frequently checked on the needs of guests in the common areas. Another positive part about the location was its proximity to Barrio Lastarria, an artsy area with a lot of street vendors and restaurants. We found many delightful restaurants within walking distance. The roof pool was a nice feature but was small with limited seating. All in all it was a great hotel, nice and friendly staff and good value for money.

• Liubinskas (3/5): Not good. go elsewhere - Good location and good breakfast. I think the water bottle was refilled from the tap. I can in late so didn’t really notice it but later I felt it tasted odd. Then I got sick and spent hours on the toilet. The rooms were also very average. Air con didn’t work, lights flickered, bed lumpy. I changed rooms but still not good. Shower was nice but leaked water.

The fridge wasn’t cold and the help yourself coffee downstairs was often cold and we always had to ask for milk.

• Leisa (10/5): Surprise and delight! The hotel was so much better than we expected. Good n - The staff were excellent. Nothing’s too much trouble. The location was perfect opposite Beautiful Park, which was quiet and lovely in an excellent location to all the attractions of Santiago Nothing really.

• Silvana (10/5): Excelente!!! - O café da manhã era maravilhoso e apesar de ser localizado bem perto do centro, não tivemos nenhum problema Foi tudo Ótimo!!! Os rapazes da recepção sempre muito solícitos, gentis e prestativos. Só temos a agradecer.

Jorge, Diego, Marcelo, Gabriel, pessoal da limpeza, pessoal que nos preparou um café delicioso para levarmos, por termos saído muito cedo para o Vale Nevado: VOCÉS SÃO INCRÍVEIS!!!!
• Patrick (7/5): - Het hotel is duidelijk verouderd. De vloerbedekking ligt er waarschijnlijk al sinds de jaren 70. Voor de prijs mag je meer verwachten.
• Debbie (10/5): Exceptional stay with lovely staff - Exceptional staff ! So friendly. Great spacious room with comfortable beds. The pool area was relaxing. Breakfast was very good too. Location was perfect ! Beautiful park views and close up everything. I’m not sure the hotel can control this but tourists should be able to pay in pesos NOT US DOLLARS without incurring the extra Tax. As Australians the exchange to US dollars was expensive and if we payed in pesos it would have cost an extra 100 AUD due the tax. Again staff were exceptional working out the costs for me.

• Robert (8/5): Gutes Hotel, um Santiago zu entdecken - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es grenzt an einen Park und ist daher auf einer Seite sehr ruhig. Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend.

• Julie (5/5): It was satisfactory but could have been worse if the staff had not been so helpful and accommodating. - The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and looked aesthetically pleasing. It was clean and check in/out was efficient and quick. The hotel staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They were readily available to offer assistance. The rooms are basic and needed some renovating. They were comfortable but dated with fraying carpet. Our room was facing a busy street and the windows did little to cut the outside traffic noise, people talking and dogs barking.
