- Stacy (4/5): -
- Sandra (7/5): Great quiet place to stay. - The pool area is amazing. Although the place is big, it feels very private. Lots of trees and managent is friendly. The unit was not fully cleaned. i.e, found couch covers in washing machine, bins not emptied. Couches need to be cleaned/ replaced.
- Alyshia (10/5): Thank you for making our stay so welcoming and inviting. It was the perfect place to be for a long weekend away to unwin - It was lovely warm and inviting and all the new staff were very accommodating There was no shelf milk in the units and the coffee pods were terrible.
- Matthew (10/5): We will be back for more great adventures and memories to be made. The beach was so lovely and our family enjoyed our st - The location was just perfect and the staff were very kind No cafe open on public holiday for the delicious coffee we had previously.

- Holmes (10/5): A quiet peaceful stay with a walk to the pool every day. - We went during a quiet period so there wasn’t much happening but it was very pleasant that it was so peaceful. Except for weekend evenings when the restaurant was open there wasn’t much in the way of food options except traveling half an hour or the normal groceries option.

- Jalin (7/5): I still was happy with the stay overall 😊 - The cabins and property were clean and maintained great!
The food was great
Nice cabins There were no instructions on how to use coffee machine and couldn’t figure it out
There were no milks given.
And the cafe restaurant was not open enough hrs considering there’s no where else to eat I thought this was bad!
- Andras (8/5): -
- maggie (10/5): - Very nice grounds Maybe have a file in rooms of places to see, things to do and the WiFi details for the resort. 👍
- debbie (7/5): Good value - Very quiet relaxing great beds Bbq wasn’t clean didn’t like stairs hot plates could have been big no saucepans needed down stairs showers
- Aaron (8/5): -
- Marie (7/5): Great location, good with kids - Very convenient with children. The beach shacks have bunk beds downstairs and a main queen bed upstairs. Washing machine, dish washer, stove, bbq, microwave. Everything you need to be self sufficient. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The pool is lovely and clean. It needs a bit of a Reno. Accommodation is a little tired to be honest however it does the job!

- Toni (10/5): -
- Marissa (8/5): Lovely complex with great facilities. - Overall it’s nice and we’ll come back. Most especially for those incredible beds!!! The units need a few more provisions like;
bug spray / spray and wipe / a dust pan and brush / a tissue box / wash cloths.
The many wasps around the pool area had us on edge a bit and the cafe/bar closed at 1:30 on Sunday which was disappointing for a weekend.
- Carissa (8/5): -
- Maria (8/5): -
- Carroll (5/5): Good short stay - Quiet, aircon, comfortable bed, outdoor area, washing machine, kitchen. Could provide milk sachets as part of tea/coffee/sugar provisions as there was no shop nearby to purchase. Limited TV channels & reception. No aircon upstairs in bedroom. Restaurant was closed.
- Jignasha (6/5): -
- Darryl (7/5): -
- Michelle (8/5): Had a great stay - location close to beach was great -
- labionda (8/5): Family staycation. Very restful with the Roos that visit. Beach close by. - Very quiet and pristine. Perfect gateway. Issues with tv. Had teens with me
- Latoya (3/5): -
- West (5/5): - The unit while nice the neighbours were like having a herd of elephants next to us, they were so heavy footed on the stairs our unit shook every time one of the teenagers used the stairs. Cafe was underwhelming, staff need training my chicken salad was not good the chicken was turned on the bottom. The pizza was not nice either. Choice of beer was limited.
- mairee (5/5): It was nice and I’ve stayed many times I think more effort needs to go into maintenance - I’ve always liked the style and presentation of this place It’s getting a little bit tired and more effort is needed in certain areas as in our deck was covered in bird poop and leaves, also staff overlooked complimentary sugar tea and coffee
- Karen (10/5): - Everything was awesome. We had 6 units that accommodated our 29 family members. The kids loved the pool and the kangaroos. The beach was close so got some fishing in as well. TV reception wasn't great but we were busy doing more exciting stuff
- Leon (9/5): -
- Karen (10/5): Our Xmas retreat - The facilities are great. The rooms were comfortable and roomy and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the bad TV reception, other than that everything was great.
- Tammy (7/5): -
- Fern (9/5): Very relaxing - The location and the facilities, having the pool area was great Disappointed that the cafe was not opened during our stay
And small issue- there are no soap holders in the bathroom or shelving
- Aubertin (4/5): -
- Gaybriel (7/5): Preston beach get away adventure and enjoy - We go here all the time close to beach fishing 4wd and just nice and private.. good for kids kangaroos around all the time eating out of your hand and close to car park ... luv it ,? Hmmm maybe couch covers changed and cleaned ... if I had to fill this bit.. other wise nothing really
- Jenelle (5/5): Amazing location, amazing place and good times with our friends - The pool was amazing! Lovely to have a drink or two
Accommodation close to the beach - even though it was hot, air conditioning and the fans did a fantastic job No hand soap in either the showers, toilet or the sink - they were all empty!
Cob webs and spiderwebs on the balconies - where the BBQ is, and upstairs balcony too. (All the doors were covered)
Fly Screen door - we had to fix it as the door was very noisy on the runners
WIFI - bit of a hit and miss and couldn't get the wifi to work with the TV
Pillows - need to be more fluffy
- joanne (10/5): We had a great time especially seeing the kangaroos every morning and evening - Clean & tidy The bar and restaurant was not available during our stay
- Pamela (8/5): A great stay if you like being a little remote or for short term. - The facilities. The staff are lovely and make you very welcome. The option of a downstairs bedroom and outdoor deck were great . No internet. Hard when you’re trying to search where to visit in the area and watch better tv channels.
- Carlos (8/5): - Lovely setting, spacious Upstairs bedroom very stuffy
- Tarasov (8/5): - Wi-Fi and Internet were very bad
- Wrigley (7/5): -
- Lindsey (8/5): -
- Cesar (8/5): It was good, quiet and peaceful - The apartment was comfortable; the kids enjoy the pool as well as the restaurant. Nice and clean place. TV did not work properly

- Kristy (9/5): -
- Jennifer (3/5): -
- Stuart (7/5): -
- Catherine (8/5): Relaxing and tranquil stay - Great location and facilities. The rooms were spacious. The rooms were missing a few things like clothes airer, coat hangers and although the televisions were smart tvs there was no wifi to use this.
- Kim (8/5): - Very quiet, cute, clean and well equipped units Shower head was harsh and the water a little temperamental to adjust
- Christopher (10/5): -

- EUJIN (10/5): -
- bilguun (8/5): -
- Perla (9/5): -
- Julauna Taylor (10/5): BITTER SWEET - The Pool and the the kids could enjoy playing ping pong and play on the pool table. The mattresses were yellowish and the pull out beds inside the chairs where the TV was they were dirty had crumbs over it when I pulled it out.
- Francesca (9/5): -
- James (8/5): -
- Hamill (5/5): - Location to Preston Beach was great, handy to have a general store close by too
Overall the place was well maintaned. No staff at all during our stay (4 days)
Our accommodation was dark and looking at a brick wall, despite many available with garden views
Basic items not in the accommodation - no chopping board in kitchen, luckily we had one.
Ironing board but no iron ? No hair dryer.
These are basic items in self contained accommodation
- Conor (9/5): -
- chris (6/5): Take lots of food and drinks as there is not much out there and you will have to drive over 25km - How quiet the area is beautiful. The new menu and not that much stuff in the rooms like toilet paper and most of the TV channels did not work in the room and had to drive out of town just to get food for every meal.
- Cheryl (9/5): Superb -
- Mischa (7/5): Quiet haven with the family - Location Nil
- Tasha (7/5): Good -
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -

- Alan (9/5): Superb - Perfect spot for a long weekend getaway.
Beautiful grounds and facilities, and quiet.
Will definitely be coming back.
Cafe is amazing with super helpful and friendly staff.
Even got a great tip on a couple of wineries in the area to visit.
- Robyn (8/5): Very good -
- Sujay (7/5): Good -
- Gaybriel (9/5): Footprints hideaway - This is our second time and will not be the last... we love the location as we fish and the beach is just there for 4wd.. and it's peaceful clean u have everything u need in your apartment the bbq is always spotless ready for u. Dishwasher makes things quick and easy to up and go.
Free car park easy to cart your bags from.
Preston is a sleepy peaceful place and it's what we like away from the city crazy people. But just go to the beach and there they are.
Also it's AWESUME to be able to walk out on your balcony and u have kangaroos visiting u .. If I had to find something it would probably be, I wish there was a pub there and the cafe was open longer. But I surpose that's because it's a sleepy hideaway so it is the way it is... lovely..
- Catherine (7/5): Good -
- Lara (7/5): Basic accommodation but pleasant . Was a nice stay . - Comfy beds , good aircon and fan in townhouse , clean room but basic , nice pool , delicious restaurant Outside toilet for the townhouse , very steep stairs , linen not of great quality and couch is worn , restaurant slow but delicious .
- Natalie (7/5): Kids loved the place. - Beautiful surrounds, great to have cafe and bar by the pool but it wasn't open as much as we liked (understandable as its quite isolated). Kids loved the place. No aircon in the loft which was tough in the middle of summer. Need to be prepared and stoked up when visiting as closest town to buy anything is Harvey.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- King (8/5): Nice place to stay, but there is not a lot to do. Have to drive at least 30 min for an activity. Unless you like 4WD and - Grounds are kept beautifully, cottage was very clean. Nice pillows. Nice pool. Good aircon/ heating.
Cafe staff were lovely Spring beds. The floors are noisy, sound insulation for outside wasn’t the best. The big pool was not heated. Only the small pool was.
