• Graeme (9/5): Again, we had a great tray at the Puri Sading enjoying all the local favourite restaurants. - Puri Sading is a 'Go To' for us in recent trips to Bali. It is the laid back Sanur area where there are many restaurants, bars and shopping experiences. We just love the location and wee impressed by the recently completed restaurant/cafe with either airconditioned or open street front areas. The service, food and particularly the coffee matched the quality new surroundings. We will be back ! Decor is a little tired. Water pressure was not to strong, but adequate.

Room was small and quite run down... bathroom old. For the price we ended up paying I expected more quality. Location in itself is great but hotel has little atmosphere.

• daniele (1/5): Personnels impolis et de mauvaise foi, a fuir - Rien Sous classement pendant 2 nuits,nous avions retenu une chambre avec de grandes portes fenêtres, obligé de se disputer et de porter nos valises à l'accueil pour avoir la chambre réservée au bout de 2 jours.on m'a même dit que les photos ne correspondait pas à la chambre qu elles avaient rajouté pour faire joli. On a insinué que je mentais pour la carte piscine quand j'ai dit ne pas l'avoir eu en me montrant les caméras à 3 reprises et le lendemain après avoir demandé à se qu'elle visionne les caméras, elle a reconnu ne pas nous avoir donné la carte , obligé d'insister pour avoir des excuses. Personnels énormément désagréables, se permettant de dire aux clients qu'ils mentent a tort, et de très mauvaise foi, à éviter absolument si vous voulez pas qu'ils vous gâchent votre séjour. Nous n'avions jamais été traités aussi mal et de façon malpoli comme cet établissement. Photo de la chambre réservée et photos de la chambre attribuée , celle de l'intérieur a été prise en plein jour.

• Barby (9/5): - Die gute Lage zum Zentrum Sanur mit den vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants und der kurze Weg zum Pantai ( Strand) ist super. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die kleine Logia wurde 2x täglich gefegt und gewischt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut organisiert , es gibt eine kleine Auswahl auf einer Karte so das jeder das bekommt was er/sie bestellt hat.Somit müssen keine übrig gebliebenen Lebensmittel (wie meistens an großen Buffet's passiert)vernichtet werden . Gibt nichts zu sagen ;o)

• Sibylle (8/5): Nettes Hotel mitten in Sanur - Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen mitten in Sanur, in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Strand. Es ist ein sehr nettes Hotel mit schönem Pool. Alle Angestellten sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer riechen leider meistens etwas feucht-muffig, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Was mich allerdings am meisten stört ist, dass man als Bettdecke eine Art Wolldecke bekommt, die in 2 Bettücher eingeschlagen ist. Ein einfacher Bettbezug würde dieses Problem lösen. Das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach überteuert für was man bekommt, vor allem im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants/Hotels. Von daher haben wir ohne Frühstück gebucht und waren in einem der vielen Cafes frühstücken.

The staff was quite friendly and although it’s not a busy street it was pretty quiet at night. we worried about children playing in the pool without adults, but I don’t know who’s fault that is

Our ground floor room 102 is probably the smallest room and outdoor sitting area is dark but I have a walking stick and the room was easy access. Very Cold aircon .Comfy bed. No view out of the door and cramped sitting area. 102 rm. But everything else is good 👍.
• Nina (5/5): Small hotel, good location - The hotel is very small, but beautifully maintained gardens, Pool is small, and some rooms are very close to the pool, do does not feel as relaxing Beds in rooms are very comfortable, Breakfast is below what you would expect, when you order bacon with eggs its literally a piece of bacon approx 5cms, we had to ask for cutlery and butter for toast. Location is good, very central to everything, and its surprisingly quiet in rooms, despite the busy street, Air conditioning was good, Bathroom was large but did have that smell from drains esp in shower, Staff were friendly and willing to assist with any requests Ok to stay for couple of nights Breakfast very below average, only tried it once, then we ate off site, Renovations are being done at front of hotel with addition of what looks like a cafe / restaurant so could possibly improve, Pool surrounds very small and not very relaxing. Could have more atmosphere if they did a happy hour
