- Annette (7/5): Modernes sauberes Hotel in Flughafennähe, leider nachts extrem laut. - Ich habe wegen eines sehr frühen Fluges ein Frühstückspaket mitbekommen, was sehr hilfreich war. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ideal gelegen, wenn man einen sehr frühen Flug hat und gerne ein wenig länger schlafen würde. Aber aus genau diesem Grund würde ich nicht noch einmal hier her kommen, denn: Erstens gibt es NULL Schallisolation und man hört noch im 5 Stock mit Fenster zur Rückseite des Gebäudes jedes Moped von der Straße die ganze Nacht sehr laut!! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Das Hotel ist völlig unzureichend Schallisoliert. Ebenso schockierend ist der Preis für den Flughafentransfer von ca 1 km: für 150000 Rupien astronomisch. Beides sind gravierende Gründe gegen eine Übernachtung.

- Belinda (9/5): Convenient, value for money and clean. - The staff were very accommodating, we booked a 12hr day room on the day of our flight. The staff got everything ready while we ate breakfast, the room was lovely and clean and perfect for us to leave our bags, freshen up with a shower before our flight and even a little rest on the bed. Close to airport and they will even organise the travel to the airport. Great value, highly recommend. I had a foot massage which was the best one I had in the two weeks I was in Bali, the young girl was great and very experienced even though she was young and really lovely to chat with. There was no milk in the fridge for my coffee.

Aamupala ihan hyvä. Alue ei ole viihtyisä ja huoneiden lukot tarvitsevat huoltoa. Ovia oli vaikeaa saada auki ilman voimaa.

- Sunny (1/5): Skip this hotel, Bali have many other choice 别选这家 - 位置离机场近，但是很吵 毛巾看上去很脏，很久没有换新的样子，泳池看上去不干净，没有下去。房间在路边非常吵，晚上都睡不着觉。 工作人员考虑不周全，新预订的日期因为我的疏忽没有选择对，工作人员说什么都不退，我们继续入住还需要再交一份钱，非常的不人性化。打包好的行李放在前台，工作人员一直跟我们讲当天必须取走，多放一天都不行，这个酒店是我在巴厘岛最差的体验，除此之外，巴厘岛给我的印象都非常好，希望你看到这个评价的时候慎重考虑要不要入住这个酒店。 The towels looked extremely dirty, as if they hadn’t been replaced in a long time. The swimming pool also appeared unhygienic, so we didn’t go in. The room is right by the road, extremely noisy—we couldn’t sleep at all at night. The staff were very inconsiderate. Due to my mistake, I booked the wrong dates, but the staff refused to issue any refund whatsoever. We would have had to pay an additional fee to continue our stay, which was extremely inflexible and unaccommodating. We left our packed luggage at the front desk, and the staff kept insisting we had to collect it the same day—they wouldn’t allow it to be stored for even one extra day. This hotel was by far the worst experience I had in Bali. Other than this, Bali left an excellent impression on me overall. I hope you will think carefully before deciding to stay here after reading this review.

The hotel felt luxurious, with great facilities including a pool and a spa area. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the breakfast was rich, varied, and served as a buffet. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, and the staff were extremely helpful — they even assisted us with renting a scooter directly through the hotel. Highly recommended!

- Nicole (9/5): Great option for a airport transit stay. - We booked this room as a transit room before a night flight, pool was good - some shade would be a good addition as there was no shade to stay out of the hot sun. I made a booking error/date and staff were very helpful in ensuring they could accommodate us and it was sorted quickly. Staff also were able to.provide transfer to the airport which is 5-10 mins away. In the short time we stayed here (during day) not overnight it did sound quiet noisy from other rooms and furniture being moved.
