O quarto da torre 1 são pessimos portas quebradas , banheiro estava sujo , coberto todo furado .Reclamei e não teve nenhum sucesso. Não indico esse hotel só se vc ficar na torre nova porque a torre antiga esta totalmente largada e o valor da diaria não e tão bom assim.

- HARETHA (6/5): por ja ter ficado varias vezes no hote , o mesmo manteve o padrao - A localização é ótima, por estar a poucos quilômetros da região central. O café da manhã é muito amplo, com grande variedade de produtos. A recepção conta com profissionais sempre cordiais, e a limpeza do quarto é excelente As camas poderiam ser melhoradas, pois o colchão estava afundando. Também sugiro retirar a banheira do quarto. Para tomar banho no chuveiro, é necessário entrar nela de chinelo, o que acaba molhando todo o banheiro. Inclusive, escorreguei ao sair. Fica a sugestão, pois caso algum hóspede sofra uma queda, isso poderá gerar um grande problema para o hotel. Outro ponto é em relação à troca constante do carro de vaga. Se já existe uma vaga disponível, seria melhor manter o veículo no mesmo local, evitando manobras desnecessárias.

O pessoal que estava na recepção e durante o café também foram muito delicados e de muita gentileza. O hotel fica numa região bem central, foi fácil de achar. Oferecem o serviço de garagem, porém é cobrado um valor a parte de R$20,00. Acreditava que estava incluso no valor da reserva.

Eu sempre fico neste hotel qdo vou p Ribeirão Preto, acontece que desta vez o quarto, especificamente dentro do armário estava um cheiro muito forte de desodorante, os cobertores e o travesseiro que estavam dentro ficaram com o cheiro, meu marido tem alergia com cheiro e não parou de espirrar.

O atendimento faz toda a diferença e tornou a viagem muito mais tranquila. Com certeza voltaria. Deixou um pouco a desejar na manutenção, pois o quarto e os corredores precisam de uma pequena reforma.

As instalações são BEM antigas no prédio "clássico", nosso ar condicionado ficava soltando pedaços de gelo no chão e molhando tudo, além de termos que trocar de quarto uma outra vez porque o cartão da energia elétrica não funcionava. Mas pra mim o pior e mais revoltante foi ter reservado este hotel pela piscina linda nesse sol de Ribeirão e simplesmente NUM SÁBADO AS 10H DA MANHÃ estarem limpando a mesma interditada e a resposta do recepcionista foi "que ficaram lotados o mes todo e era o unico dia com menos hóspedes pra fszer a limpeza" ou seja fod*se nós que pagamos pela hospedagem naquele sábado. Detalhe, estacionamento pago.

Foi um pouco demorado para fazer o check-in. A Tv não estava funcionando, mas deixou foi chamado um técnico da manutenção para resolver o problema. O quarto era um pouco mais antigo
