Guest Reviews
- Dilnaz (6/5): - Rooms were too Small. Very Average.
First Time it happened that hotel charges for Water bottle as well.
- Sagar (10/5): Good Experience - Earlier room alloted was not good. AC was not working; but Manager changed and shifted us to deluxe room. It was very excellent. Service blys are very honest. I must mention that my wife forgot mobile in room itself. The boy kept in room aside; it was a great experience. Beach is just at walkable distance. Need to select only Deluxe room if need comfort. Overall experience is good
Thank you Manager and all staff@Rivasa Resort
- Vivek Kumar (6/5): - Room very small ,Electrical problem no Wi-Fi available.
- Karel Joice (2/5): cheating - Es gab kein Zimmer
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel, don't go by pics.
Waste of money. - Worst hotel near beach. Staff is arrogant. Rooms are not properly maintained.
It's like a jail barracks.
Don't try to even think of it to stay.
- Rajesh Narayana (6/5): Average hotel - Average hotel with good swimming pool and power back up. Cleanliness is good but room doors give us very ordinary fell to stay.
Complimentary breakfast is not well served. They just serve bread with butter, jam and cheese. Them they serve either Poori with bhaji or aloo chappathi with curd. Don't book this hotel considering complimentary breakfast.
- TK (2/5): The Worst Horrible experience in Goa - A horrible experience in Goa
We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights thru Hotels.com - when we arrived front office person doesn't have any clue on booking!!!!
Finally we got the rooms - some caution for new guests - never take room 102 - it does not have a bathroom attached!!!! Such a hotel in Goa!!!!
Complementary breakfast - better to avoid only one item is the buffet!!!!
No management in this place - you won't believe guests are swimming in the pool along with drinks and even puke in the pool. No hotel staff stops such things.
Never ever stay in this place
- amrit (4/5): Hotel near beach but not managed properly - i went in month of feb 15, for india bike week, the hotel is at good place near to beach and at calangute main market. U get lots of bikes n shops near hotel. But hotel is having small room, very small, light can go any time, tv channels not clear, no foot mats, bad toilets , very small. Not enough space in room, n worst breakfast of all, i did not had it on 2nd day itself. No volunteery cleaning, need to ask staff for it.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Just very very average - This hotel is solely meant for bachelors. We as a family stayed for 2 nights and there was a group of almost 200 students staying at that time. The whole night they were partying, played loud music and the management couldn't do anything to control them
- PRASHANT (6/5): comfort but .. uncomfort - Satisfied..
It was nice stay hear.
Very much near to access to 2 famous beaches of Goa.
Family can stay here with good room service in its abilities.
unsatisfied
The breakfast has very few option and not so hygiene. Need big big correction here by hotel management immediately. However due to this experience we don't dare to have lunch or dinner here.
- Dee (10/5): Nice hotel - The manager was great. We had though we booked for 10 beds, but only ended up with 6 beds. The manager gave us an extra room!
- Debdeep (8/5): Good stay as a budget hotel. - We stayed for 1 week in Anup Holiday Homes. It is a good hotel with swimming pool as well as the rooms were very good and spacious with a verandah. The best part of the hotel was the location, just 10 mins away from the beach and near the heart of Calangutey market. The room aervice could have been improved but overall it is a pleasane experience.
- kartik (8/5): hotel to stay close to beach - good hotel to stay with family, but the room was very dampened and as per description given in website, small corridor was to be available with the room but no such space was available and also no space was available to dry the wet clothes or even hang other clothes.
- shipra (8/5): An Excellent in Budget hotel - Its a good family hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and helping. Rooms are small but clean. Bathrooms are very clean. We stayed in AC Apartment in which breakfast buffet was included. Our experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Its very near to Calangute beach so we could just walk to the beach and didn't need to hire bikes.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Inget att hänga i granen. - Rummet var ganska ofräscht och smutsigt.
- Thakurdas (6/5): hotel is near the market but not so near to beach. - the staff of hotel was good and even breakfast was also nice.the climate of Goa was pleasant .transport to beach from Anup hotel was not available.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not so good & not very bad. - 4person apartment was not so good . It was quite old & not in condition. In bathroom ventilation mirrors were transparent & broken.
- kD (8/5): Nice hotel besides the Calangute. - We had an awesome trip to goa and the hotel being so close to Calangute helped a lot. Hotel was safe to visit with Females, however the staff was not up to the mark for room service. Even to fetch water, we have to go and fill it, but all in all it can be neglected because the hotel was fine and the trip went Freaking Awesome.
