No service, worst staff, Rooms were very bad n dirty, bedding was dirty, they dont even change bedding.Bathroom was unhygenic The main thing is they dnt even give complementary water and shows the rude behaviour . Plz dnt book this hotel...and dnt waste ur money Every body knws that the positive reviews may b fake but bad reviews from experienced customer will never b fake For ur kind info....2 water bottle per day will always be complementary with room service. Ur staff did nt even changed beddings from 3 days....the given bedding was already dirty. In total ur hotel was pathatic with bad service and rude staff.

I have couple of grouses- Baby Cockroaches in the room which came out during night and cleanliness is less in toilet (decent, not a deal breaker but still). Breakfast is good and reception staff were helpful but little aloof.

While booking the property, I was offered convenience of paying upon checking in. But property asked 50% advance. And only cash/ upi was accepted. And no round the clock hot water was available. We had to request for the same.

Suryaa (6/5): Pleasant. - Breakfast was included in my room rent which was tasty and good however the breakfast timings should be earlier from 7.00a.m. to 10.00a.m. IST instead of 8.00a.m. to 10.00a.m. IST. Also keep facility for early morning tea, we had to order from outside the hotel and pay extra for that. If the hotel Kitchen is open early to cater to guests requests, would be fantastic. The cleanliness in the room, we had stained pillows and bedcovers, looked like the room hadn't been swept and the window pane was broken in the bathroom in room 107. We had asked for an exchange room but were refused inspite of hotel not being fully occupied. From the Reception to access to lift and rooms on the ground floor there are a few steps 3 to 4, that should have a hand railing to aid senior citizens to hold railing and walk properly.

Also staff is not accommodating. I checked in at 7 am and check out at 10.30. They serve breakfast (8 am to 10 am) during pooja hour which you will miss. They don't pack or keep it for you in any way. Had a very disappointing stay..
