• Ngozi (8/5): Thumbs up to Ramada resort - The hotel location was good, not far from the airport and a good base to explore Antalya. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and cleaned daily. The cleaning staff are great. The facilities were good, there was life guards around the pools, that were looking out for everyone which was good The food was okay, I thoroughly enjoyed the flounder dish and mackerel dish. The rice was good too. My family had a variety of dishes which they enjoyed. My sister paid for a carrot cake separately to celebrate my nieces birthday, which they organised and decorated thier room, with balloons and roses, that was fantastic, thank you Ramada for that. The experience was a 10 The female uniform was not family friendly. The length of the female staffs skirts were so short, which is so inappropriate considering the hotel is a family hotel. There was no vanilla or carrot cake, which would have been nice.
• Kadijah (10/5): Book this resort!!! you will not regret it - - the hospitality!!! everyone i encounteted had a smile on their face! the ladies in the spa were exceptional and made you feel comfortable - amazing turkish tea (i implore you to drink this whilst you’re here). i was given a turkish apple(?) tea during the massage which i regrettably only had the one time, but i highly recommend that too - a lively, family atmosphere. yes they had event nights etc but it never got too rowdy, nor did it ever get to a point where myself or mum where uncomfortable to walk around the resort - the cleanliness was on another levels everywhere you look somebody was sweeping or mopping or doing some sort of cleaning!! - the excursions offered were fab and the drivers were just as great. i had the pleasure of talking to Irfan when setting up the trips and he talked us through everything and calmed our fears. i highly recommend booking one of these trips. sure you could get a taxi for cheaper probably, but the convenience is what mattered to us - shops close by. yes they were costly but this is a tourist area. if you have forgotten something or want to buy a small gift without making a trip into antalya city then you’re sure to find something here - there was a good variety in the buffet options but like others have said, it is mostly the same food every day with a few variations in the curries etc. i quite enjoyed this aspect and found that there was something for everyone even if you are a picky eater. these are things they can improve upon but they are not dislikes - information around meal timings, entertainment, and shuttles could be more easily accessible. for example having a book or poster that stays within the room to inform guests of these instead of having a slideshow on the tv channel that one has to sit through - whilst there we experienced a few rainy nights for which thy set up indoor entertainment. the area they used was pretty small and a lot of guests were sat behind the area itself or walked away. it would be nice if this was moved to a larger area - having separate areas for women and men hammam/massage would be nice. it’s understandable that this may not be possible given the amount of space within the property

• Thi Lam (2/5): - ⸻ Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We booked this hotel at a high price, expecting a quality stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price paid. The food lacked variety and was almost the same every day, with poor quality. The staff service was basic and inconsistent, and the facilities were old and very average, giving an overall feeling closer to a 1–2 star hotel rather than the category suggested by the price. The entertainment programs were limited and unengaging, and the spa/massage services did not meet expectations, despite being well advertised. There is a tour desk inside the hotel (Love Holiday). While the initial consultation sounded detailed, the actual service was limited mainly to transportation, with no clear support afterward. When the tour was canceled, the refund policy was unclear, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, I unfortunately forgot a Gucci scarf in the hotel wardrobe. After contacting the hotel, I was informed that the item could not be located, which added to my disappointment. Overall: For the price we paid, the overall quality and service were not satisfactory. This hotel may suit guests with low expectations, but those seeking value for money should carefully consider before booking.

• Paul (9/5): Overall the Ramada is a nice friendly place to stay - The food was fantastic, always a wide variety available for all tastes. The Staff were always polite & helpful & available. Loved the Turkish tea they served. The only downside we had was the very rude man in the spa. We paid £320 for 4 x 2 hour massage spa body scrub face mask steam sessions & Turkish bath. After our first session we were lead into the waiting room wrapped in towels where he preceded to badger us to pay another £150 for extra massages that we didn’t want because we had already booked in for 2 days time at which point he became a little annoyed that we can pay for a holiday & not another massage? We cancelled the next Massage & got a refund. From being very relaxed to being really annoyed in the space of 5 minutes totally ruined the day. Avoid them.

• A_2282 (9/5): Wonderful stay - Great selection of food available at the main restaurant, snack bars and pool bars.  The staff in the restaurants were on fire! As soon as someone left the table the table would be cleaned and reset for the next person. They were incredibly fast and good at this. As soon as we sat down someone would come over to take drinks orders. The catering team ran like a well oiled machine.  The housekeeping staff were exceptional especially Halime who cleaned out room. Despite the language barrier she was so friendly and did an excellent job. Although not directly on the beach, there is a very regular shuttle service that takes 5 minutes to get to the beach and runs ever 15 minutes. The beach is beautiful and sandy on this side of Antalya.  Good luggage storage facility after check out Very comfortable beds. Nice size and clean balcony The water pressure of the shower was AMAZING. Just wow. The best I have ever had in a hotel.  Used the spa for a massage which was overpriced but very good service. At the beach it was very difficult to find chairs because people would put a towel/something on the chair to occupy it and then just go off. I only managed to get a chair once out of the 8 days we were there. They should have a policy where chairs are monitored and if they are not used in a certain period of time the towel is removed. This was quite disappointing to be honest.  It is also a little far from Antalya city centre (Not related to the hotel but taxis are very expensive so we took a bus which took just over an hour to get to Hadrians Gate but unfortunately the bus services are very very random, they don't run by the schedule and just turn up when they turn up. We waited 45 minutes for bus.) We were in room 3110 and from 10pm at night to the morning it we could hear noises from above us. Sounded like construction work/clanging of metal or moving of heavy furniture. Could not figure out what was making the noise but the room is very close to a fire escape so perhaps something they were working on. Luckily did not affect me too much as I am a deep sleeper but if you are not I would request a room change Our flight back was at night but we had to check out at 12pm. I did ask for late check out but they did not have the availability which is understandable given that it is a very popular hotel.  But this meant that we had nowhere to pray during the day and had to go to mosque which was not close. I asked 2 members of staff if there was a quiet space I could use and was told there was nothing.  It would have been nice for the hotel to have some prayer/multifaith room facility. Wifi was hit and miss. Kept having to sign in every time I left and returned to the hotel. Not great signal on the beach.

The all-inclusive formula was perfect: the food was always delicious and varied, everything was very clean, and the staff was extremely kind. Some of them didn’t speak English very well, but they were always helpful and managed just fine. The beach is really beautiful, sunbeds and umbrellas included, all perfectly organized. The entertainment was also a highlight, with activities like beach volleyball, acquagym and pilates during the day, and interesting and engaging shows in the evening. In addition, the hotel has a spa with a fitness area and the option of paid massages, perfect for anyone looking for extra relaxation during their stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, good food, and fun. Thank you 😊

Der Strand ist nicht weit weg vom Hotel, ca 6-7 Gehminuten, aber es gibt immer einem Bus-Shuttle der alle 15 minuten zum Strand fährt. Der Strand war top, sehr sauber, und die Aktivitäten waren richtig cool, hab mit den anderen Hotelgästen immer Volleyball am Strand gespielt. top top 👍🏽 Alles bestens :)

• Mya (7/5): It was okay - Location is ok. On Lara beach right opposite the Delphin hotels and on a stretch of road where there’s loads of shops selling ‘designer’ things! And it’s about 10 mins away from the airport so a very short transfer time. If the weather is hot you won’t want to walk to the beach as it’s a 5-7min walk across the road. They do provide an adequate shuttle which does the loop every 15 mins until midnight. Beach area is lovely with a sandy beach and a little restaurant on the beach which is included in your all inclusive. They also have an area on the beach for your entertainment as there is no space at the hotel to do that. You won’t be able to get a taxi without getting totally ripped off in this very touristy area- no one here will take you anywhere on a meter. They give you an extortionate price in Euros (eg to visit land of legends which is around 9 miles away they want 60-70 euros return trip- on the uber app it shows it should be 20 but no one will accept your uber request) the hotel is quite small and so is the pool area. It’s clean and the food is nice and fresh - but don’t expect to be wowed. If you’re used to Delphin/Rixos standard or luxurious settings then don’t stay here. I’d rather go a little out of peak season and stop at the Delphin Be grand! If you get a great price and it’s your only option then it’s good enough.

• Lisao83 (8/5): For the price you get a lot for your money, there is a fantastic spa to enjoy. Room was a great spac - Variety of food but hot food for vegetarians was limited.. I have an allergy to bell peppers and everything available had peppers in it. There is lots of salad and pizza and hot bread options. Tables were cleaned and cleared quickly. Food was refilled often. Spa was amazing and good value. Free beach shuttle was excellent and th3 beach has a brilliant set up. People still reserved sun beds with towells everyday. Smoking round the pool was off putting. Bar was often under staffed and queuing. Rooms were not cleaned. We were there for 4 nights and floors never swept or washed and bedding not changed. Towels were changed daily. Staff were not always helpful but could be language barriers. Snacks were not always available at stated times. Evening entertainment was a miss and very loud every night.

• Aly (10/5): Ramada Resort by Wyndham Lara - This hotel is amazing. They offered family suite for us although I had confirmed the normal room and we were surprised by that. Hotel is very organised but crowded. The property seems to be narrowed but the extension for the beach is really fascinating. Will reserve again next visit to Antalya

• Yvette (6/5): Great facilities and room and overall a great experience with some exceptions - On the whole, it was a really pleasant experience. The cleaning staff and some of the spa staff were lovely and friendly, and the lady who gave me my Turkish bath and massage was amazing. Very skilled and very kind. Similarly, with the staff at reception and at the bar, some were lovely and helpful while others were cooler and standoffish. No one escorted me to my room (a LOVELY room by the way!) to show me how things worked, so I spent ages trying to figure out why the lights in my room kept going off after 30 seconds. I had to call reception to find out that I needed to place my door card into a slot on the wall just inside the front door of my room for the whole time I was in the room for everything to work properly. The food was definitely plentiful, but it was a case of quantity over quality for main meals. Buffet style food needs to be kept warm and have lots of flavour to work well. Which is why Chinese food works well as buffet food. Medium flavour food can just end up tasting bland, especially when it's lukewarm. The desserts were beautiful, though, and beautifully presented. The range of soft and alcoholic drinks or beverages was excellent. Reggie. The spa salesman was very slick and salesy. He was there to sell you the goods and that was very clear. His income clearly depends on how much he sells, so I get it. But he was only friendly before the sale and standoffish afterwards. On a really positive note, I mentioned to the reception staff that I was disappointed that my birthday hadn't been acknowledged with some small touch like a little card or small chocolate sent to my room. They passed this on to the guest relations team while I was out of my room. And when I got back to my room, there were rose petals on my bed and towels shaped artfully in hearts and fan shapes. It was beautiful, and I had a beaming smile on my face from the surprise!

The front desk staff were very unwelcoming considering we have travel for a long time. They didn't want to look at our booking reference and we were overcharged. We were charged a different from the booking.com offer. The gym was managed therfore most of the time you had children under 15 using the equipment.

• Tariq (10/5): A very nice place for families, we enjoyed our stay . - The rooms We booked a family room , 2 bedrooms and a living room with a balcony Rooms are spacious and clean Aqua park and the pools , especially the partially shaded pool near the pool restaurant and the pool bar The private beach is 500 meters away and we used the shuttle bus to go there , the beach is very clean , with pools and bar , we liked the night shows at the beach . The LOCATION : great location and near by ATM , SHOPPING , PHARMACIES and many RESTAURANTS . There is a nice restaurant MARS CAFE in the petrol station 5 minutes walk from the hotel “RECOMMENDED” Crowded but that was because the hotel was FULLY booked . Food could be better for kids

• Rakesh (6/5): - The resort is not a 5 * resort. It was clean and convenient but over priced for what they offered. The beach is off site so very inconvenient as you have to come back to the hotel if you needed something. Entertainment team were very poor compared to other Turkish resorts we have visited. Main Entertainment is on beach which again not idea as its off site.

• Munira (10/5): Lovely stay, really well catered and highly recommended. - It was well catered through out the day. Multiple pools even at the beach made it convenient for some of us who wanted the pool and some wanted the beach but didn’t want to be too far apart. Regular shuttles also made it easy to go back and forth. The concierge at check in weren’t that clear on the facilities. We understood that entertainment was paid for that is why we missed the first day, till we spoke with someone else.
• FAROOQ (10/5): - Always kept very clean, great customer service by all staff members A very safe location with amazing variety of freshly made food served throughout the day. It can do with a slight upgrade in decore but still great. The private beach area is excellent with so much food and entertainment.
• Elliot (8/5): Amazing hotel staff with good facilities - Great views of big impressive buildings in the area, hotel staff were all great, happy to help and friendly. They all worked so hard and nothing was too much for them. The entertainment programme was good, with access to the two bars in the hotel plus the beach bar with a great entertainment set up too. Sunbeds are free and there is a free short shuttle bus across the road to the beach if the walk in the heat is too much. Good cocktail menu under the all inclusive package, helpful staff in reception organising excursions. Snack bar and ice cream/cakes available to use pretty much all day. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t the worst. The all inclusive food was repetitive but, to be expected as this is the case in most all inclusive. There isn’t too much in the immediate area but again this isn’t a problem for me as we wanted a relaxing week by the pool and beach, with all inclusive so no need for restaurants and bars anyway.

Would like to book again definitely! - - Breakfast, lunch, dinner was awesome - Beach shuttle came frequently - Beach was clean and properly maintained - Room was spacious and clean - During late night hours the buffet area was kept open with snack items, juices and coffee (Really liked it) - Drinks and juices available for free 24/7 Room was very dim, specially the living room in Family suite. I get the idea of dim lights in bedroom but living room should have proper lighting where you can sit with family and enjoy time. At night it was very very dim. Bathroom and room was cleaned everyday, the room cleaning service was great but i think there was some issue with the room we got, the bathroom smelled continuously, it was very bad and we had to use the bathroom in the lobby

Spa was abit expensive - No smile on staff - available but they need to have a short course to learn and being smile while dealing with customer. Only few were good most were expressionless

• Clara (7/5): My family had a lovely time in Antalya! - Location- close to shops and bazaars, Variety of dishes, friendly staff, spa- I had a lovely Turkish bath and massage. Our room 4407, had a strong on and off smell of old urine from the day we arrived and for the whole week. Despite room service cleaning everyday the source couldn’t be identified. The WiFi was intermittent and not available throughout the hotel.
