• handyspanner (10/5): Greek Road Trip Stop 4 - Stayed for three nights during our trip to Nafplio, our room was one of the back cottages which prompted some concern when the room was allocated due to reviews onTA. From our first introduction to Maria on reception to our friendly good bye, this stay could not have been bettered. The room was well decorated and cosy with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size with an over bath rain shower plus a hand held. The towels were of a nice comfortable texture and dried well. The room and bathroom were spotless and well maintained, water was provided every day during room service. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, comprising of yogurts, breads, cheese, hams savoury and sweet pastries and fresh fruit. The coffee was the best of the trip. Maria was always on hand to assist and refill the diminishing selection. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the old town. There is no parking at the hotel, however, my advice would be not to waste time driving round the square looking for a space, but drop off your bags and head off to the parking that is on your right as you enter the main town before the roundabout. It’s easy, safe and painless to park with only a five minutes walk back to the hotel. There is no roads around the hotel are manic and liable to damage if left. We would stay here again should we return to Nafplio.
• Stefka (10/5): - This boutique hotel is perfect for people who are looking for a unique hotel experience. The room was large, the ceilings were extremely high, with Venetian details and large windows. Bed was comfortable and everything was tidy and clean. Breakfast was modest, but the yogurt was great! The staff was helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect, just outside of the pedestrian zone with an easy and free parking lot nearby.

• Nekeisha (8/5): - Really beautifully renovated. However, not a fan of tub showers. The bathroom was awkward, and you could smell the sewer in the bathroom. Overall, really cute with a small breakfast area. Love the set up for family of four. The area seemed safe as they leave the main door open until midnight. Would stay again.

• smackinlay (10/5): Great place to stay - Fantastic place to stay and great value for money. In the heart of the town so easy walking distance to restaurants etc. it’s a classical old style building. Rooms are large and well appointed. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast good!

• Lu (10/5): - Unlike hotels in the old town, this one is close to old town but accessible by cars. There is two lots in front of the hotel that can be used for loading and unloading. Nearby streets and the other side of the park also provide free parking.
• Antonina (8/5): - It's a lovely building not far from the center of the city and the sea. The room was big and comfortable. There was water in the fridge but no extra comforts like a kettle for example. Breakfast was fine too. All in all we had a very comfortable stay.

Hotel is in a beautiful villa in its first life, then the first hotel in Nafplio, a wonderful hotel in a beautiful town to visit.to visit. It's also quite a bargain. Great breakfast and nice garden to enjoy. Located across from the park and close to the waterfront. I had a very nice stay.
• babak (10/5): Hotel from old good days - Very friendly stuff, I stay first night in the room next to the reception and entrance it was noisy and not comfortable, next day they change it to the backyard (thank u irina )room it's comfortable and private, good breakfast buffet with nice atmosphere in the garden, the hotel is close to the center , I highly recommend it.

The breakfast is delicious and you can eat in the courtyard. The staff could not be more helpful. We only had a short stay and they helped us get oriented and off exploring this delightful spot.

• MIN (8/5): - Zimmer 103. leider keine Aussicht bzw. direkt gegenüber Fenster ist Wäscheraum vom Hotel, welcher am Tag immer was los ist. Badewanne spürbar mit kalk. Für mich persönlich war es komisch, dass der Fernseher „im“ Spiegel ist. Es ist dann sowieso zu dunkel als Spiegel, zu dunkel als Fernseher. Gute praktische Lage. Günstige große Supermarket sehr nah. Parkplatz immer direkt um die Ecke gefunden. Sehr nette personal. Schön geputzt, riecht angenehm.

• 855JohnP855 (10/5): Super friendly hotel - In spite of having a front room closest to the street we found our room to be very quiet. This is a charming smaller hotel with lots of personality that would suit people who enjoyed a more personalised, quieter accommodation. Our room was clean with beautiful bed linen, crisp and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and suitably Greek and the hotel was close to the centre of town and plentiful car parking. Only downside was the poor wi fi but on holiday that shouldn’t matter!

• 914danat (8/5): A Room with a View - A small, cozy boutique hotel located steps from the bustling Old Town on a quiet park. We had a front room, which was surprisingly quiet, and an amazing view of the Fortress of Palamidi. Free parking at the port. Very comfortable bed, but note that there is no elevator. Very helpful, friendly staff. We lived the courtyard fir breakfast and a takeout dinner one night (fantastic gyro spot on the corner to the right and a Lebanese restaurant as well). Hotel is very clean, but not modern - which was fine for us. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

• paulrB5760AX (8/5): Lovely Boutique Hotel - Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Our standard room was large enough to be comfortable and the bathroom was good albeit small. Only criticism is the shower head was hand held only which makes showering a bit challenging when you are used to a shower head on the wall. Breakfast was excellent. No in room tea making and was charged 2 Eur for one taken to room from the bar.

Rooms were cozy but the tall ceilings expanded the space. Yummy breakfast included starting at 7:30. I left my cashmere sweater in the armoire and Eleni was kind enough to ship it to our villa in Crete. Highly recommend for service, location, and value.
• xxxLindanavot (10/5): A very pleasant surprise - An excellent small hotel located in the center of Naffilio at the border of the old city an easy access to everywhere .Parking is not a problem as you can always find place in nearby streets. It is a very special neo classic building and so are the rooms. Excellent treatment of the staff willing to offer help whenever needed. I highly recommend the lovely hotel to visitors
• Getaway15041243811 (10/5): Fantastic, romantic, and still modern hotel - The location in Greece is perfect, an hours drive from Epidaurus and the Aesklepion, the (small) city fantastic, the hotel located in the center. It used to be a birth clinic, dates from the late 1800’s, and the interior breathes the atmosphere from that time. It is completely up to today’s standards, with romantic rooms in the old style. Nice staff. Great breakfast. We’ll go back to this one next time we’re in Nafplio.

• 885fayeg (10/5): Loved this hotel! - We spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The room was impeccably clean and was very quaint with period furnishings. Breakfast had a great selection. The location was ideal for touring the town and was a short distance to the various archaeological sites.

• PeterB204 (10/5): Lovely quiet small hotel in the heart of buzzy Nafplion - We stayed here for three nights during out tour of the Peloponnese. Lovely large room with good bathroom (bath with shower attachment). Good buffet breakfast in the courtyard in front of the hotel with views across the park opposite and castle above. We enjoyed the activity in the busy harbour town of Nafplion which was hosting a yacht convention/sales event at the time, so the port was populated with mega-yachts.

• RAPHAEL (10/5): Recommended hotel in Nafplio - The only problem is the parking. When we arrived, there was no space even for unload the luggage. Other times we notices that a space was available. I alwlays found parking space within 5 minutes walk. Very close to old town, so, no need to move the car. The building is historic and very pretty. The room was excellent and so the breakfast.

• Ike_fedas (4/5): Allways ask for confirmation of your room type - This hotel is in a nice historic building which is what they sell in their website. The have however three rooms in their backyard that are more akin to a motel. These rooms are not the same standard and honestly should not be sold without due warning. The hotel has a nice terrace but would look much nicer if they did some gardening, cut the grass a but, take care of plants, etc. This is usually very well done in Greece, not here for the moment. Bathrooms need a bit of refurbishment. Staff is very courteous however. So this hotel has some good potential but needs a boost and they need to stop selling the rooms in the horrible backyard.

• Roger (10/5): Great stay in a great town - We were greeted by the friendly and helpful Sophia at the Nafsidemon Hotel in Nafplion. The room decor was from an older period but absolutely delightful - was spacious and very clean. We were given good tourist information from Sophia along with suggested restaurants. The hotel was in close proximity to the picturesque promenade where there was a wide selection of places to dine. We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Nafsimedon Hotel.
• Mauricio (10/5): A lovely city - We loved the hotel. It's an converted older grand mansion, in a great location right in the center of town but one wouldn't know it once in the room as it is very quiet. The room itself was very nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and gracefully aged older wood furniture and a small balcony, within easy reach of a lemon tree to prepare our afternoon drinks. The hotel also has a lovely front patio, right across from a park; a great area to sit, relax, people watch, have a drink, have breakfast. The breakfast (included) was delightful and varied. The hotel staff were very courteous, warm and welcoming. I'd recommend this hotel to any visitor to Nafplion. The city of Nafplion is truly as jewel. A great setting to get away. The old town offers a lovely walk by the water with lots of little restaurants, bars, shops, etc. A delightful setting to just stroll. The visit to the fortress above the city is an absolute must; the views of the city, the water and the mountains in the distance are stunningly beautiful. We also enjoyed a short visit to the local beach. I forget its name but it's just beyond, a little ways, from the turn off from the main road to the fortress. Nafplion is well worth a visit, when in Greece!!

Very clean. We stayed in a cozy bungalow style room behind the main building. Very sweet. The breakfast buffet is another lovely touch, with plenty to choose from. Sophia behind the bar was so warm and friendly. We will definitely be going back. Fab hotel x
• Lynne (10/5): Great experience, highly recommend staying here! - Great accommodations for the price. My boyfriend and I came at the end of November and arrived by bus from Athens (just 2-3 blocks away) around 10:30am. Even though check-in time was 2pm, the staff was extremely kind and said they could actually give us a room then. Not only that, since it was off-season, they would be happy to give us a bigger family room. The woman working front desk let us see our options before choosing and also let my boyfriend eat the complimentary breakfast, even though we technically shouldn't have been checked-in yet. Superb hospitality. The breakfast is great. The location is perfect. The rooms are a good size. The WiFi is free and fast. Most importantly, the staff was above and beyond.
• Mr K (10/5): Lovely place, ideally positioned. - We loved this hotel. What friendly people and what a grand room! It is nicely perched on the edge of the centre - where parking the car is unproblematic, yet where access to the town is a matter of minutes. Breakfast in the garden was a real delight and the home-made produce gorgeous.
• Colin (6/5): Could do better! - Very mediocre. Only one hard upright chair to sit on nowhere for cases. On the English tv station you could have no sound as there was a loud buzzing noise. The bathroom could have done with a bit of a spring clean.
