Lina (10/5): - Отель в хорошем месте, в центре города. Все очень хорошо, но в отеле и номере нет зеркала в полный рост.
Verified traveler (10/5): - Ideal location - less than 5 minutes to Bauman street - at a good price! Nice room with AC mini fridge incredibly comfortable bed. Also, a decent breakfast: bread, sausage, pasta, coffee/tea, blini with jam. Only downside was that the room (or bathroom?) smelled strongly of mildew.
Verified traveler (8/5): Скромный отель в центре города - Из плюсов: - локация: центр, главная туристическая достопримечательность, пешеходная улица Баумана (казанский Арбат), по ней удобно прогуляться до Казанского Кремля - тёплые номера (останавливались зимой), мягкий удобный матрас Из минусов: - слышимость: разговоры соседей, закрытие/открытие дверей, шаги по коридору и т.п. Нам не повезло вдвойне, 305 номер находился на 3 этаже в конце коридора, рядом «номер» для обслуживающего персонала, персонал болтает без умолку! По телефону, между собой, целый день. - старая сантехника: душ течет, покосившаяся полка у зеркала, отсутствие батареи в ванной - завтрак: лучше вообще без него! И не позориться(( 2 куска белого хлеба, макароны!, блин, ломтик плавленного сыра и порционно 1пакетик растворимого кофе. Это с учетом того, что отель на гастрономической улице, где сосредоточенно колоссальное количество кафе и ресторанов с полноценными ароматными завтраками от 150р! Например, в этом же доме на углу кафе Казан, вход -1 этаж. Итог: если разница в цене будет несущественная - выбирайте соседний отель Шаляпин! Последние 3 дня мы провели в нем. Отель Regina подойдёт непритязательным туристам, с небольшим бюджетом, но большим желанием жить в центре.

newly-dian (8/5): 시내중심가 깔끔한 추천할만한 호텔 - 시내중심에 자리하고 있어서 크렘린 궁 등 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 비용 대비 깔끔하고 조식은 간단하지만 맛있고 좋았습니다.

Noam (8/5): A fine place for friends, clean & near the center - The hotel is well located in the city center, near key attractions. The room was basic, yet clean and fully functional. The room carried some smell - not real bad but still as if it was kept closed for too long. Service was good and breakfast was fine - with pasta, eggs, bread, sausage and a bit of fruit. overall good place for friends travelling around, less for a romantic couple
Verified traveler (8/5): разочарование - Бронировала два улучшенных номера в этом отеле , поселили в один улучшенный, а другой почему-то стандартный. Сказали, что якобы все время получали письма о том, что я то отменяла бронь , то опять бронировала номера в данном отеле. Ничего подобного не было. Вот и не понятно то ли в отеле номер, предназначенный мне решили отдать другим, то ли это из-за ваших непонятных писем об отмене брони, работники решили, что мы не приедем.
Theophil (8/5): Bien situe, propre - Très bien situé, propre, accueil sympatique. Petit bémol: il est indiqué dans la description de l'hôtel qu'il y a une laverie et c'est en partie pour cette raison que nous avions choisi cet hôtel, or il n'y en avait pas.
Сергей (10/5): Прекрасное соотношение цена/качество - Хороший отель. Читал отзывы о том, что тонкие стены и завтрак не всех радует. Видимо, мне повезло с соседями: была идеальная тишина. Завтрака мне хватило (хоть я и любитель поесть и веса во мне около ста килограмм), качество еды удовлетворило. Особо хотелось бы отметить вежливый и отзывчивый персонал отеля. Вывод: претензий нет вообще! Большое спасибо!
Natalia (8/5): Price vs Quality sustainable! - despite the drastic quality of Expedia booking (despite Expedia confirmation of the booking no room booked and no confirmation, and no reply from Expedia when applied asking for clarification - still expecting…), hotel's staff did all they could to help us after 800 km driving to find a room… Breakfast is a bit too nourishing :) Hotel location is good (just around the corner of a walking area with plenty of place to eat&drink :)
