• Jose Ramon (7/5): Bueno pero cuidado con el ruido - Mario ha sido un buen anfitrion. La habitación es muy sencilla pero útil. El lavabo es compartido pero casi siempre estaba disponible. Había buena limpieza en general. Lo único que mejoraría sin duda es que si la habitación da a la calle hay mucho ruido. Te dan tapones pero aún y así se escucha el ruido.

• Deva (9/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos del centro histórico a pie. La habitación es muy espaciosa y los baños están muy limpios. El anfitrión es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. La zona es bastante ruidosa por las noches.

Hinta-laatusuhde oli myös kohdallaan. - Sijainti oli ainakin minulle paras mahdollinen: 10 minuutin kävely rautatieasemalle ja sen verran keskustaan. Äänieristys oli todella heikko. Onneksi yöpöydälläni oli valmiina uudet korvatulpat.

• VIVIANE (10/5): Like staying in someone’s home, great experience! - The fact that you stay in a home stay is awesome in a great spacious and clean apartment, the rooms are huge, the bed very comfortable and Mario was so lovely! It was the best choice in Bologna and there are so many shops and a big supermarket right by the building. I loved everything

Расположение 10 минут пешком до вокзала и дальше 15 минут до башен в центре - удобно. Сама комната простая но просторная Мне не повезло и достался номер с окнами на дорогу и это ужасно шумно даже ночью или с 6 утра. очень плохие стеклопакеты.Нет кухни, нет даже микроволновки для гостей или чайника чтобы заварить кофе. В номере ужасная лампочка, супер темно.. в ванной тоже темновато, даже бриться не удобно. Неужели сложно поменять лампочку на поярче нормальную? Что это за копеечная экономия ? Сколько евро в год более яркая светодиодная лампа съест ? 10 евро в год ? Мыло и шампуня нет, берите свои. Матрас был слегка продавленный в моей комнате. В целом что-то хорошо, а что-то видите как-то недоработаны совсем.
• Susan Sundahl (5/5): A disappointment. - Location was walkable. Shops and smaller cafes, restaurants in the area. Room 6 is a room with a locking pocket door. Not with a regular room door. Room is shown, but not the door set-up is not shown in pictures. Uncomfortable stay with the cold, austere appearance of the room and location in apartment. Pocket doors virtually open into the lobby with close proximity to front entry. It is the furthest room from the 2 bathrooms. My disppointment was immediate: however host had nothing other to offer. He kindly offered to refund, and I was free to find another room, but directly off long flight would not work for me. I made reservations well in advance and arrived timely. There was nothing offered in the way of a coffee or tea station; there was a single small bottle of water in the room. The bed was literally 4 inches off floor and the uncomfortable mattress was literally 4 inches in height. A high price for a single room for nite in Bologna.

The apartment has two bathrooms, both are very good. Everything was super clean. Also, the host let me leave my luggage after check-out, so I could enjoy the city until the evening. Was a little noisy from street in my room

Gut ausgestattet. - Unterkunft war völlig in Ordnung, Standard und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Zimmer hatte Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage, was auch wichtig war.die Fenster waren gut Schall geschützt, da es sehr laut auf der Straße war. Vom Bahnhof aus super zu erreichen. Ebenso ist die Innenstadt super zu erreichen. Alles im allen, sehr gut.

Francesca was lovely and helpful and the property felt safe. It is a short walk to shops and restaurants and right on top a supermarket.

The location was fantastic – right in the heart of the city – which made it so easy to explore all of Bologna’s sights and try the local restaurants just by walking around. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the high level of cleanliness truly exceeded my expectations, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The combination of a perfect location and exceptional cleanliness made my trip even more special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.
• John (2/5): - Despite being advertised as bed and breakfast no breakfast was provided and there was not a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. The furnishings in the room were spartan and the only chairs were collapsible camping chairs. If I had known that breakfast was not provided I would not have stayed there!

We were recomended some parking garage nearby with terrible reviews and some other parking 20 minutes away. We parked there and it was ok, but it is misleading to advertise parking when it is not possible
