Such a relaxed, cozy vibe, room with a nice view over the city, all in all very clean, good location, around 25mins walk to the city centre, free parking with quite some spaces. Breakfast was okay but not like exceptional, no veggies available.

Possibilità di altri pasti in mensa interna (a pagamento) con menù vario e completo. Servizi in struttura ampi. Posizione servita da bus e treno. Al momento i dintorni presentano alcuni cantieri e il percorso per alcune fermate del bus è più tortuoso.

• aplysia (9/5): Studentenbude 2.0 - Sauber und einfach. Grüne Umgebung mit viel Vogelgesang. Es gibt preiswerte Restaurants in der Nähe. Viele Steckdosen im Zimmer. Nachts erstaunlich ruhig. Frühstück ist schon sehr simpel. Die Atmosphäre eher Kantine. Hof könnte gemütlicher sein. Ein hochtoniges Piepen war im Hof, aber auch im Zimmer zu hören. Kam von Küche oder Tiefgarage. Das war störend.

BOLONIA: "Recomendable para el alma" - Me gusto la atención y la habitación no me gustó NADA la cena, pagué 17 euros por una comida bastante mala. no me gustó la ubicación, esta lejos de todo, si no tienes problemas con el tema de caminar, perfecto.

• Johnjairosilvestre (5/5): A place to never return to, not recommended - It's a university campus with rooms, far from Bologna. You can get there by regional train, but it doesn't run very often. Breakfast is included, which is good, but of average quality, and the restaurant service is poor. I didn't like that it's a remote location and, in my opinion, not very easy to get to. The room was very hot, and the air conditioning was blocked. I called management, and they refused to turn it on, which I think is unacceptable for a hotel. This has never happened to me anywhere else in the world.

• Glen (10/5): Convenient location and a room with a comfortable to rest on after a long day. - Conveniently located near a train station which was within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety. Helpful and friendly staff who were very communicative. The tables in the cafeteria were not cleaned after use.

Konumu iyi gibi dursada biraz uzak yürüyerek merkeze gitmeyi düşünmeyin otobüs veya tren kullanarak merkeze gidebilirsiniz otobüslerde kredi kartı geçiyor . Onun dışında beğenmediğim birşey yok.

• Sandy (4/5): Leuk voor studenten maar verder niet doen - Slechte hygiëne en zeer slechte locatie als je komt om de stad te ontdekken. Je bent afhankelijk van openbaar vervoer of taxi en minimaal 30 minuten reistijd. Het urinezuur zit vast gebakken in de toilet. Echt heel smerig.

• Patrizia (9/5): Sosta a Bologna di una notte a colori. - La struttura è moderna e molto colorata all'esterno. Camera confortevole, spaziosa, attrezzata e pulita. Il complesso è molto grande ma ber organizzato. Si trova in una bella posizione, abbastanza centrale e tranquilla anche di notte. Il letto era comodo. C'è anche una bella palestra sempre accessibile. Io sono stata lì una notte solo; la prima colazione è buona ma potrebbe essere più fornita nella varietà e con una qualità migliore dei prodotti; come frutta fresca ad esempio. c'erano solamente alcune mele e delle arance molto dure. Buone le torte caserecce. Il personale sia a servizio della reception che della colazione molto cordiale e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Bologna chiederò disponibilità sempre in questa struttura.

• Carlos (7/5): Good property, just needs some procedures adjustments. - The overall stay was okay, the pictures of the property match with the real condition of the rooms. Majority of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good, with nice quality products and different options. Dispite of being a hybrid hotel with a student dorm, the property is correctly managed. The stay could be satisfactory if it wasn't for the encounter with one of the female staff members. On the first day of my arrival, unfortunately one front desk agent made a mistake (a human one) of giving me a higher category room from the one I originally booked. Later that day, the female receptionist on shift was a little disrespectful, when I came back to the hotel stopping me with no polite wording like "where are you going" or "can I see your hotel key", whose purpose of its actions were correct to ensure the security of the property, the tone of voice and way of saying it were out of place. A couple of hours later when I came back, the same staff member called to my room, called to my room demanding that I should go back to the reception with my ID as she realized the mistake of the room allocation. When I went down, a couple were waiting for their room, that apparently was the one I was given by mistake. Then the staff member blamed her colleague for the mistake, instead of accepting the responsibility as the entire team mistake. Then the most disrespectful statement was she mentioned to me "Why did you accept a room that you didn't book?", trying to blame the guest instead of looking for internal feedback and I replied that it was a mistake from one of the hotel team members, that I don't have responsibility in the matter. Consequently, I offered to change rooms and she replied with."no keep the room" with an angry tone of voice. As the couple next to me looked tired, I didn't want to engage in a heated discussion and I asked for her name, just for the next day to provide feedback to a manager as the situation was poorly managed.

• Sanda (8/5): Comfortable stay with perfect access to the city - We had a great stay in Bologna! The room was surprisingly spacious, and the view was absolutely incredible - such a lovely bonus. The staff were very pleasant, kind, and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were happy to check us in without any issues, which made a big difference for us. The location is fantastic - close to the old town and the city center, with everything easily accessible. We especially loved that there are bicycle rentals right across the street. Bologna is perfect for cycling, with great bike paths and no hills, making it super easy and enjoyable to get around. Having private parking right outside the building was also very convenient. Overall, a really comfortable and easy stay - we’d definitely recommend it! The breakfast was unfortunately below expectations. While it’s convenient to have it included, the overall quality and variety of the food were quite limited. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area could be improved, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Atmosfera na śniadaniu była studencka, plastikowe sztućce i kubki, ale w żaden sposób nie wpływało to na jednoznacznie wysoki poziom usługi hotelowej. Odległość od centrum akceptowalna, Bolonia nie jest wielkim miastem. Szczerze polecam wszystkim! Jedynie śniadania pozostawiły mały niedosyt. Skromny wybór, plastikowe sztućce itp. Male, niezbyt wygodne łóżko. No i opłata klimatyczna, prawie 6 euro za dobę, to rozbój! Ale trudno winić o to hotel.
