- Viel auf Reisen (2/5): schmutzig, laut, überteuert - sehr nette ältere Dame im Badebereich, einige außergewöhnliche Kunstwerke an den Wänden verdrecktes Zimmer (Staubschicht, schmutzige Bettwäsche) ohne Fenster (nur im Bad gab es etwas Tageslicht und Möglichkeit zum bisschen Lüften), unangenehmer chemischer Geruch im Eingangs- und Schlafbereich, keine Nachttischlampe, sehr laute Hotelanlage (morgens bis abends laute Musik - zum Straßenlärm und Lärm aus dem nahestehenden Tempel), wenige Lichtschalter, das sehr begrenzte Frühstückangebot a la Carte, Pappbecher im Frühstückraum, Trinkgefäße ungeeignet für Massenverbrauch (Verschluss befindet sich direkt am Ausguss)

- 欣卉 (9/5): 第一次帶寶寶到外面過夜，特地找房內有大浴池的飯店，事前跟飯店人員告知要帶小孩入住需要嬰兒床和消毒鍋，到入住當天都很好的擺在房內！進到房間，臥室和浴室真的像照片一樣寬敞，而且不會有潮濕的霉味，晚上去裸湯剛好沒什麼人來，不同溫度的池子有好多個， - 寶寶友善，除了有嬰兒床消毒鍋，在房內浴池還提供寶寶專用溫度計！ 員工十分親切！房間整潔又大，大眾浴池也很乾淨非常滿意 無

- 建甫 (9/5): - 房間蠻大的維持的不錯很乾淨，有超大的浴缸可以在房間內泡溫泉，很讚，浴室沒有看見發霉的地方，廁所乾淨維持的不錯。員工態度很好，主動打招呼及詢問是否需要幫忙。出雲風呂裸湯很棒，就像在日本一樣。早餐雖然種類沒有到很多，但中西式皆有口味也算不錯，特別的是有牛肉湯，台南早餐的特色，好吃。覺得唯一的缺點是，冷氣太冷，不管怎麼調整都是22度，晚上睡覺上演搶被子大賽。

- KO LONG (9/5): 整體而言是一個非常舒適，安寧放鬆的地方。噢對了，順帶一提，早餐非常 的棒。 - 設備新穎，環境清幽安靜非常適合放鬆的地方。地點不會太偏僻離交流道很近。停車場非常寬廣舒適。接待人員親切。 建議溫泉房的馬桶跟淋浴能夠分開。乾濕分離才不會造成整個地板濕濕的。

Good to have a little cute thermometer to check for the optimal temperature for enjoying the onsen. It would be great to have a smart TV in the room which can be used for mirror casting. The hotel is not close to any convenience stores/ restaurants. It is better to have vending machines selling drinks (e.g. milk) and snacks.

Note that it is a nude, sex segregated spa - there are no facilities for couples other than the one in your room. Nice business/rest area with free drinks and biscuits. See above re: public spa. The staff spoke essentially no English which was a little surprising for this sort of hotel. Restaurant food was pleasant and the staff there were very nice but not especially good for the price.

- Melissa (8/5): Couples 2 night stay at onsen hotel - The checkin was alright, reception staff on duty was a little lost with our questions, not exactly knowledgeable and response. The daily quick hourly tour to some “moon world” wasnt wow, it was just some natural stone landmark at a un-developed area. There was no restaurants/convenient stall around the vicinity. As it was a half boarded accomdation, breakfast & dinner are served. Our dinner on the first night was not too bad. I had a rib eye and he has a pork tbone. There was also a buffet for salad, soup, some light snack, fruits & drinks. Breakfast on the first day was not good; the so call captain was rude & not serviced oriented. Breakfast on second day was slightly better. We skipped dinner on the second night as we took the took shuttle bus out to Zuo Ying station where we hanged ard and train to KaoHsiung Area station for shopping & food. The lady who was at the reception the next day was so much better, attentive and service oriented. She knew we skipped dinner, asked if we want the restaraunt to prepare them for our lunch after we check out. She suggested we could have the food on the train ride back. Room was decent with the inhouse onsen. However I din like that the room was not brightly litted along the cupboard walkway/alley. Gives people the creeps as the only window was at the toilet.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 整體滿意 - 房間，浴室和私人浴池大，浴室抽風好，舒適乾淨，衣服小毛巾晾一夜已經乾，酒店房有花季毛毛公仔和香薰浴室用品作贈品，浴室通往私人露台。早餐和晚餐是半自助式，不浪費，晚餐主食牛排美味，可以從餐單點最貴的其他主食，早餐可以從餐單任點，顯得酒店費沒那麼貴。酒店員工主動介紹景點，提供旅遊地圖，下午4時半有免費活動往月世界，如多增加免費活動更好，可惜沒有小商店賣崗山的農產品。需要自駕或包車前往。退房快捷。
