• Kerstin (10/5): - Ich war nur drei Tage da aber es war super schön
• Maya (10/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in einem älteren Gebäudeteil untergebracht. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders geräumig, jedoch insgesamt völlig ausreichend und vor allem sauber.
• Andreas (10/5): Immer gerne wieder - Kein stabiles wlan auf dem Zimmer (422). Parkplatz super. Modernes Haus und Zimmer. Sanitär super, sogar WC von Dusche getrennt.
• Richard (8/5): BON RAPPORT QUALITE-PRIX - Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans cette auberge qui est située à 900 m d'une station de métro. Elle dispose d'un parking gratuit qui permet de se passer de la voiture pour découvrir Hambourg (environ 10 mn de métro jusqu'au centre). Nous étions dans une chambre familiale très fonctionnelle, donnant sur l'hippodrome et donc très calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, on peut aussi manger le soir pour une somme modeste. Seul bémol; les horaires du repas du soir (entre 17h30 et 19h00), ce qui oblige à rentrer tôt.
• Oliver (10/5): Ideal für Gruppen bei einem Hamburgbesuch - Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Check in war schnell und einfach. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück war gut.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Wir alle sind nicht wirklich zum Schlaf gekommen. Am nächsten Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden. Sonst war alles olay.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Wie in alten Zeiten - Ich habe ein Wochenende mit meiner Familie da verbracht es war sehr gut. Es kam keine Langeweile auf man konnte Tischtennis, Billard usw spielen. Die Betten waren etwas hart aber vollkommen ok. Es war angenehm ruhig so das man sich nicht gestört fühlte. Und das Frühstücksbüffet war auch super für jeden was dabei. Für jeden Geldbeutel eine Übernachtung werd. LG C. aus K.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Leider im alten Gebäude - Leider hatten wir das Zimmer im alten Gebäude, nicht in dem, welches auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und der Putz fällt schon von der Decke. Die Betten sorgten dafür, dass wir etwas Mühe hatten zu schlafen. Die Duschen im Gang waren in einem schlechten Zustand (Schimmel in den Fugen, das Wasser sprühte in alle Richtungen). Aber das Frühstück war der Hammer! WLAN war nicht sehr stabil, es gab ständig Verbindungsunterbrüche. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
• Mastiff (8/5): 最低限以上のものが揃ったユースホステル - 最寄り駅は中央駅からほど近いHorner Rennbahnで観光目的の立地は良好。 駅からは一本の舗装された道を真っ直ぐに10分強歩いたところにあるので、ホステルまでの行きやすさ、場所のわかりやすさも申し分なく感じた。 チェックインは24時間対応しており、スタッフは皆英語でも対応してくれた。 部屋は男女別の6人部屋で、ベッドと鍵付きのロッカー、机と洗面台といった最低限のものが揃っていて清潔感もあり。 シャワーも清潔に保たれていたが、アメニティ類は一切ないため持参が必要。 朝食バイキングも含まれていて、Wi-Fiも無料で利用可能のほか、卓球台やビリヤード、ボードゲームなどのアクティビティもあり、ホステル内の居心地も良かった。 すぐ向かいに大きなスーパーもあるため、不便を感じることは少なかった。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Trotz Problemen mit der Buchung, dass kein Familienzimmer frei war, wurden wir noch untergebracht: Und zwar in den Notzimmern, dafür aber sehr kulanter Preis.

• Verified traveler (8/5): ++ - Die JH entspricht genau dem was man sich landläufig unter einer Jugendherberge vorstellt (Stockbetten, Sanitärräume auf dem Gang, usw.). Da wir genau das erwartet haben und dem entsprach was auf den Bildern zu sehen war, empfanden wir dies nicht störend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und vermittelt den Eindruck Spaß an der Arbeit zu haben. Wir fanden uns bestens beraten als wir Ratschläge für unsere Aktivitäten einholten. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.
• Louie (10/5): Great Hostel in Great Quiet Area - This hostel ruptures the stereotype that hostels that are loud, old, and crowded. This place is a fifteen minute walk from the metro (from which it's another ten minute ride to downtown), and the hostel is located in a quiet and safe area of town. The rooms are very clean (even though the beds could have been a bit better but functional beds expected for the price), and the staff speak multiple languages and don't give off the vibe that questions directed at them are a bother.
• shaun (8/5): Excellent value for money stay! - I stayed here with a large group 30+. This hotel/hostel was very welcoming, extremely friendly staff who went beyond normal expections with great local knowledge of area and helpful with our large group needs due to us travelling with a large amount of sports equipment. The duty receptionist(think her name was Danielle) who dealt with us for most of our trip was very professional and helpful, always with a smile too. Rooms were clean and tidy, facilities excellent, so if you're looking for a cheap, no frills stay than this will exceed your expectations.
• Sarah (10/5): Very Nice, Clean, Large Hostel - This was one of the nicest hostels I have stayed at, by far. Friendly staff, easy to get to from the centre (just a few stops on the U-Bahn from the city centre and then a bus. This sounds far but it's not, the Hamburg transit is fast and efficient). There is also a Lidl grocery store across the street. The breakfast was amazing, it competes with many hotel breakfasts I've had. The hostel has a nice lobby and lots of amenities (e.g. patio, roof terrace, computer, TV, vending machines, games room). The rooms were clean, with washbasins and tall lockers (you don't have to bring your own lock), but they may not fit a large suitcase. The showers and washrooms were fine, and everything was nice and clean. Just FYI you will need to buy an HI/DJH Hostels membership, but there are different options (1 night, 6 months, 1 year, Pay As You Go). My ONLY complaint was no WiFi in the rooms. I like to sit in bed and work and such, so this wasn't great, since sitting in the lobby to use the WiFi means a lot of background nice from the gamesroom. Also the internet didn't always stay connected that well. But overall the hostel was great, so that's not a big deal really. Thanks!
