• Suman (8/5): Beware of scam WhatsApp messages to get personal information - Good property, well maintained Someone within Sterling Jaisinghgarh is misusing customer booking information and customers are receiving scam messages to their WhatsApp trying to click on links to divulge personal information. I received three separate WhatsApp messages from a person called Emma Larsen from three separate numbers trying to scam me (see attached photos). Each message contains my name, booking.com reference, travel dates. This means someone is leaking customer information to scammers. I raised this matter with reception but was ignored. Raising this here to make customers aware. Booking.com also ignored my concerns.
• Daksha (10/5): - The room was very open and spacious and the food was good and met our requirements. They could do better for a spare bed we had a folding bed and was not that comfortable for the price you pay for the room.

• Avirat (6/5): Not worth the money - Staff is courteous but don't have coordination among themselves We had specifically asked for twin beds, confirmed the same 3 times before checking in, during check in we were informed that the room we had selected did not have that facility.

• Sirinirundorn (9/5): Nice hotel in the quiet area. - Beautiful building with Indian hospitality located at the quiet area of Udaipur. We got nice big room with one extra bed for 3 persons and still had huge area left. The interior design in Indian style that was real nice. Staff were attentive and professional in their job. We recommend this place even though it far from the center and lakes but it was easy to get the tuk tuk or taxi from the street in front of the hotel. It was also very convenient to ask hotel front desk to get a ride for you. We also asked the staff to get the taxi to the airport for us and it had the tariff clearly at the front desk. We were so impressed with the hospitality of the beautiful young lady at the front desk. Actually all staff that we encountered were all so welcoming and left a big positive feeling in our memories.

• Snehal (8/5): Overall a good experience due to friendly staff and good location. - Friendly and polite staff. Went out of the way to address our concerns. The change in room worked for us, or else it would have been a nightmare.The restaurant staff was amazing, especially Mr Amit, who served food with a very friendly and welcoming manner. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Initially, we were given a very bad room, with the windows facing walls full of birds' shit. It was impossible for us to open windows with that kind of mess. Fortunately, the front office agreed to change the room and offered a good replacement. Really appreciate their gesture, but the hotel should do something about that room.

• Linda (9/5): Comfortable stay in historical style - The vibe of the hotel is lovely. Antique items and historical style and yet very comfortable. Quiet location but easy to reach with a taxi. Everything was great.

The staff were friendly but not trained in serving eg tea came lukewarm, had to be reminded you had requested.

• Prince (7/5): Not a Value for Money - Staffa attitude Things were not in perfect standard, like TV less than 32", View from Room, Poor door knobs, No Mirror in Room, Only morror available in Bathroom and Dressing room with no table n chair. No alarm clock in Room, No hair dryer (available on Request), These kind of room you can get at Less than 5K at max but charges are 10 to 15,K.
