• Martin (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt an einer stark frequentierten Straße. In meinem Zimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht vollständig schließen und die Heizung war abgeschaltet. Daher war es sehr laut und bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur war es leider auch echt eiskalt. Ich konnte niemanden erreichen da die Rezeption nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist.

• A D (6/5): It's fine. Couple of easy fixes to make it better - It's fine. But there was no wi-fi code and as the check in is automated no way to find out. I just streamed off my mobile phone but really there should be wifi / passwords labeled clearly in the room. Also the shower, although nice has two hoses. There was no obvious way to switch between shower heads. I just used the over head shower. Not obvious where to get rid of the door key at the end of the stay. If you have an automated machine to receive the key, then logic would be to have the same to hand it in. A woman bought her noisy little dogs to breakfast. I didn't think they should be in there. Annoying to have a little dog barking and jumping on me when I am trying to get my food in peace. The guy serving breakfast was nice and helpful.

• Edin (4/5): Unzufriedenheit mit Buchung und Rezeption im Hotel - Leider bin ich sehr sehr enttäuscht mit der Buchung. Ich habe sofort angegeben, dass ich nicht weiß, wann ich ankomme. So ist es mit der Busfahrt aus dem Ausland nach Österreich. Und leider ist das Unerwartete passiert. Ich bin um 12.30 Uhr in Hotel angekommen, aber niemand war da. Keine Rezeption. Geschlossen. Die Gäste kamen und ein Herr hat mir gesagt, dass sie nur bis 23 Uhr arbeiten. Warum hat mich keiner angerufen, oder mindestens einen Kontakt mit mir per E-Mail gehabt, oder mir eine Nummer mitgeteilt hat, wen ich anrufen soll. So dass ich umsonst 50,00 Euro bezahlt habe. Ich war drinnen im Flur bei der Eingengstür, habe mir einen Tisch und einen Stuhl von draußen genommen und die Nacht bis 6.00 Uhr gesessen. Und danach bin ich mit einem Herr nach Wien gefahren. Also keine Worte habe ich mehr zu diesem Verhalten. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Das ist mir zum ersten Mal passiert. Ich habe mehrmals eine Übernachtung gebucht, aber so etwas ist noch nie vorgekommen. Und als ich nach einem Hotel eine Woche vor der Übernachtung gesucht habe, habe ich bei der Suche nur Wien angegeben, also Wien Innenraum, keine Umgebung von Wien. Ich wusste auch gar nicht, dass dieses Hotel außerhalb von Wien ist. Danke noch einmal. Freundliche Grüße!
• Gábor (2/5): Terrible night - Nightmare! Automatic hotel, check in was fast. There are no employees, so when i figure out, that the door lock is nor working I started to call the hotel. I waited for 1,5hours for the mán to fix it. Nobody came. I called hotels.com 3 times to help me to get a different room. They could t help, Just advised me to find a different hotel at 1AM. Finally i made a solution to close the door, please find the photo attached. Thanks for beig a föld VIP member....

• FG (6/5): Für eine Nacht zweckmäßig. - Die Dame in der Rezeption (übrigens Rumänin) war äußerst hilfsbereit. Sie bemühte sich sehr eine sehr große Torte, welche wir am nächsten Tag für eine Erstkommunionsfeier brauchten, über Nacht gekühlt zu halten. Es war nicht so einfach die Torte im Kühlschrank unterzubringen.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice "all you can eat" buffet nearby - Easy to get to from motorway into Vienna and free parking. There was a great "All you can eat" buffet next door to the hotel. Room was small but clean as it is a budget hotel. If you are driving to Vienna, try to get there on a weekend as parking in central Vienna is free on Sat and Sun in most places. Public transport from hotel is virtually non-existent, so this is hotel for people with transport to it. A bit out of Vienna city.

• Lui (6/5): Brauchbares Hotel! - Für einen Kurz Aufenthalt ist das Hotel sicher brauchbar, die Betten haben ein störendes Detail weil die Bettkante in der Mitte, wenn sie als Doppelbett zusammen geschoben genutzt werden, wirklich stört, aber sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Room is somewhat spartan - TV and hairdryer provided - but beds comfortable, nice rain-type shower and the hot water is really hot. A note for US visitors - as with almost all small hotels in the cooler parts of Europe there is no air conditioning. Fine for most of the year but can be uncomfortable in a heat wave. Desk fan is provided. Breakfast room clean and spacious but operates week days only. Restaurants and supermarket adjacent to hotel
• Marko (6/5): Good hotel for meetings in the area - Nice simple no-fuss hotel, had all the basics needed for a business traveller. Very good price too. The only downside is that there wasn't a desk to work on.

• Laurie (6/5): Sparse but clean; in an industrial area - The hotel is clean but sparse, located in an industrial zone within walking distance of the Griesfeld Hallestelle (Griesfeld Stop) on the Oper-Bahn Lokalbahn tram system. The hotel offers a very basic continental breakfast, and does not have things most Americans would find standard - ie: no ice machine, no telephone in the room, etc. Reception is also closed during the day after breakfast until the next morning, which made things difficult - our luggage was delayed and was delivered to the hotel, but we couldn't get anyone to open up the check-in area to retrieve the bags. Hotel staff are pleasant and very happy to help out with directions, etc.

• ali (6/5): Nice hotel away from Main city. - Hotel is in outer parameters of the city. It will take you an hour to reach from main railways or metro station. hotel is clean and newly built. However i was disappointed by the behavior of the staff. they are not friendly at all and don't want to guide you. this is the only negative point.
