• Marcela (6/5): Algo de menaje nuevo haría mucho más segura y confortable la estancia - Cómodo , buenas instalaciones, ubicación buena Falta algo de limpieza, telaraña, una en el techo , y sartén guardada sucia y cubiertos Falta menaje en la cocina.
• LAURA (9/5): - Apartamento espacioso y cómodo. Terraza muy amplia. Aire acondicionado en comedor y habitación. Sofá muy cómodo Electrodomésticos buenos. Faltan algunos utensilios en la cocina, pocas sartenes, no hay paños de cocina ni mantel. Podría tener cuchillos que corten mejor. No hay cojines solo las almohadas de la cama.

• fatima (1/5): Refusé l’appartement 4A! - L’emplacement: il est à proximité de la plage ! Pour un appartement situé en bord de mer c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un parasol à disposition. La vaisselle est très usée (poêle qui accroche etc) et insuffisante il est urgent de la renouveler! Dans la salle de bain la VMC ne fonctionne pas, il n’y a pas de fenêtre donc pas d’aération c’est étouffant! Il y a des moisissures sur les plafonds de la chambre, du salon et de la salle de bain. En entrant dans l’appartement il y a une odeur de moisissure et c’est pareil pour la literie et les oreillers!!! Présence d’une chauve souris sur la plafond de la terrasse donc terrasse inutilisable et obligation de fermer les fenêtres de peur qu’elle n’entre dans l’appartement. L’alarme incendie située dans le couloir en face de la porte d entrée de l’appartement s’est déclenchée à plusieurs reprises sans raison. Notre dernière nuit dans l’appartement est la nuit du 15 août au 16 août 2025 l’alarme a sonné toute la nuit jusqu’à 7h30 du matin le service de sécurité était injoignable toute la nuit, on a appelé les numéros mis à notre disposition mais personne n’a répondu autant vous dire que nous n’avons pas dormi Nous avons formulé une demande d’indemnisation qui nous a été refusé au motif que l’alarme est en panne et qu’il ne sont pas responsable Mais nous n’ont plus on y est pour rien !!!! Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé pas même des excuses pour la gêne occasionnée !!! Nous déconseillons fortement l’appartement 4A
• VIOLETA (5/5): No volveremos - Ubicación Decepcionante. Muy deteriorado. Urge renovar colchones, almohadas, toallas, menaje de cocina, griferías, papeleras, pintar todas las estancias. Necesita mantenimiento anual en todos los aspectos. La limpieza es escasa. Los cristales muy sucios y los aparatos de aire acondicionado no los han limpiado en la vida. La urbanización descuidada, plantas, césped, columpios rotos, el baño de la piscina es antihigiénico, etc, etc, etc. No hay WiFi. La persona de la garita (conviene también renovar esa instalación, da muy mal aspecto) de entrada no te da ni los buenos días. El ambiente en general...deja mucho que desear. No ofrecen parking. El precio muy excesivo para lo que es. Si renovaran TODO, sería la única manera de que no cayera en quiebra.

• M. Dolores (8/5): Volvería sin dudarlo - El apartamento está bastante bien. Aunque parece estar reformado...si que es verdad que necesita un poco más de mantenimiento(pintura x ejemplo). Las camas cómodas y el sofá también. Está muy cerca y tiene buen acceso a la playa. El chico que nos lo gestionó...muy agradable y respondió nuestras dudas enseguida. Por poner algo...utensilios de cocina un poco justos( sartenes,solo había una)

• Michele (4/5): Disappointing - Location The apartment smelled so strongly of mothballs or something awful that it was so uncomfortable being inside and sleeping in it. It made me sick to my stomach, the smell so strong that it would be considered unhealthy. The balcony was filthy, balcony floor full of dirt and bird poo, had not been cleaned in a long time. The apartment inside was clean enough but the smell was unbearable. We could not open doors to outside in bedroom. The elevator either didn't work or had to wait a very long time. We had check out at 11am but the pool did not open until 11am.
• Jo (8/5): Very good - Very good location, close to the harbour and good variety of bars and restaurants, but far enough away not to hear noise at night. Apartment was very spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Wonderful big balcony with sea views and access from the lounge and both bedrooms via patio doors. Would stay here again. Bed was not as comfortable as hotel beds and pillows were very flat. Not enough crockery and cutlery per person in 4/6 person apartment.

• Marnie (9/5): Great but check in could have been easier and the potential extra charges weren't good. - The apartment had several terraces and an extra bedroom than expected. Everything was very clean and bright. Some nice views from the terraces. Location was good as we needed to attend/play a gig at a plaza within 900m. I was informed after it was too late to cancel that there is a 20€ charge per night for bringing a pet and a 10€ per night for parking. That seems very expensive and ridiculous that parking isn't included. They wavered the pet charge as we hadn't been informed in advance however. Both those charges are too much and should have been clear in the booking info. The check in was a rigamarole. They wouldn't send the key code for the apartment until I'd sent all ID for all guests but there was a different code to get through the main entrance and that was a bit confusing. We arrived at the first apartment and it was flooded from a tap on the boiler that had been left on. I had to send a text message to get help as there was no one available to help on site. However, someone did come along very quickly to give us a different apartment. The lights didn't work as you have to put your keycard in a slot which was not explained in advance. Getting into the apartment took about an hour, which was not expected or appreciated. Some small hand soap would have been nice though some shower gel and brand new kitchen cleaning/washing up kit was provided

• Verified traveler (6/5): - El apartamento en general está bien salvo el olor a tabaco dentro del mismo. El inconveniente es que pierdes todo el dia de entrada al apartamento al tener que esperar hasta las 16h para entrar a pesar de que estuviera ya preparado de limpieza, cobrando 10€ de incremento si entras antes. Sin embargo el chek out si es estrictamente antes de las 12, sin dar algo de margen. Se debería pagar por dias completos chek in a las 12 si el chek out es a esa hora
• Verified traveler (6/5): correcto pero mejorable en muchos aspectos - Entorno y Urbanizacion muy bonitos. Al apartamento le falta un mejor mantenimiento, sofá muy desgastado y poco limpio, y colchón incómodo. Lavadora que perdía agua, y plantas de la terraza mal cuidadas.

• Marinho (2/5): Péssimo serviço. - Para começar o número 276 colocado no site não está visívil de forma alguma. Quando da chegada às 17 horas, a recepção estava fechada(embora no site há a informação que estaria aberta até às 20 horas). Fui atendido pelo jardineiro(com muita boa vontade), mas nada sabia. Quando conseguiu nos entregar as chaves, fomos ver os apartamentos, estes estavam sujos e sem o mínimo possível de serem ocupados. Em consequência entregamos as chaves à pessoa encarregada da segurança do condomínio. Fomos em busca de outra hospedagem.
• Brian (8/5): Nice one night stay - Nice apartment, just needs attention to detail. Eg 1 wine glass, crack in coffee pot. 1 flat pillow each. Overall value for money. Just one point, the office does not open until 4pm (check in time ) so don't bother getting there any earlier.

• jose (6/5): Propiedad grande y a 5 min de la playa - El apartamento era grande y la playa estaba bien,muy tranquila la estancia pero la recepcion decepcionante,nos cobraban 15€+ si entrabamos a las 15:00 en vez de a las 16:00,la bañera hidromasaje no funcionaba,el AC no iba del todo bien,la puerta no dispone de un pestillo por si vas con niños,el acceso a la playa desde el recinto estaba averiado,las zonas comunes descuidadas,el parque infantil,los toboganes te quedabas pegado..no deslizaban,la limpieza en la habitacion muy pobre y debajo de las camas habia pelotas de polvo y mugre,no te dejan jabon ni nada de cortesia,ni te cambian sabanas ni toallas que tienes que lavarlas tu,el menaje de cocina muy justo y sucio,tuvimos que comprar cuchillos y tenedores porque daba asco lo que habia,las camas duras como piedras y las almohadas muy incomodas.solo recomendaria a un amigo por la estancia tranquila que tuvimos pero el resto deja que desear para los 510€ que pague por la estancia de 3 noches.

La playa del parque natural que esta al lado preciosa. Recomendable.

• Jorge (8/5): Apartamentos en zona tranquila - Ubicación de los apartamentos en una zona tranquila, con el Mercadona a 10 minutos andando, la playa a 4 minutos y el puerto y bares (pocos) a unos 15. El apartamento está muy bien, aunque echamos en falta más cubiertos, algún cojín para el sofá o un colchón más blando (esto es cosa de gustos, evidentemente). La piscina está muy bien y para los peques tienen una más pequeña además de un parque con columpios (que se podrían renovar un poco, e incluso arreglar). Personal amable y competente, siempre con una sonrisa y ayudando ante cualquier duda o ruego. Un placer.
• Inma (8/5): Apartamentos nuevos, completos y bien situados - Estuvimos poco tiempo porque nos surgió un imprevisto (de salud) y tuvimos que volvernos. No nos devolvieron el dinero ni tuvimos compensación alguna por los días perdidos, pero por lo demás muy bien. Buenas instalaciones y cerca de la playa y con bastantes sitios para comer, comprar....

• Verified traveler (2/5): horrible stay - we have a horrible story at this hotel. We arrived at 8pm the receiption is closed(which is ok because they close at 7pm)the security was not there and the gate is locked. wait 30mins outside, when security back we got our room key we went on the third floor with luggdges then the key is not working. We went downstairs again to find security he disppeard again. wait for another 15mins then talk for another 15mins to explain because he doesnt understand english. thrn we got a room at first floor. NO hot water NOT clean. everything is so crazy pls dun waste your money.
