• Sarah (10/5): Great hostel - Extremely comfy beds, clean facilities that were well stocked, kind and helpful staff, and conveniently located a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station. If they store your luggage, it just sits out in the lounge
• Zainab (10/5): Great stay - Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around very convenient. The room had all the necessary amenities and was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, there were fresh towels and all amenities in the bathroom and powder room. The staff is very friendly and kind. There is a kitchen with free coffee and tea, which is very convenient to make quick lunch or breakfast.

• Karita (8/5): Siisti budjettimajoitus lyhyeen oleskeluun - Hostelliksi yleiset tilat olivat todella siistit, modernit ja toimivat. Olimme kahden hengen huoneessa, jossa oli oma lavuaari mikä oli mukavaa. Sijainti oli rauhallinen, kauppakeskus ja päärautatieasema lähellä, muuten hieman kaukana nähtävyyksistä yms. Suihkut olivat vain 1. kerroksessa. Huonettamme ei siivottu neljän yön vierailumme aikana. Äänieristys ei vastannut odotuksia mutta muut vieraat olivat hiljaisia ja rauhallisia.

• Hsiao Ching (8/5): - 櫃台人員服務態度很好～！ 這次住單人房，雖然是青旅但是房間裡就有電視可看、有吹風機可用有洗手台可梳洗非常加分，房間、公共廚房以及1樓公共淋浴間都很乾凈。 旅館位置離京都車站近，每天早上去京都其他景點都算方便，如果下次有機會再到京都還會想再選擇這間旅館！ 爬到上鋪睡覺的時候覺得床很晃，一開始上去會有點怕怕的，但整體來說還是可以睡得安穩。

Tuvimos una situación en la q la máquina de café no funcionaba y la persona de recepción tuvo una muy mala actitud para ayudarnos a usarla. They have a grooming room for post shower activities, which significantly enhances the experience. Great value. Staff was a bit pushy when asking to fill out the survey at check out. • Draysen (10/5): - Enjoyed the large lobby and the multiple table setups for small settings or big groups, with the adjacent kitchen. Washroom/shower facilities were spacious, bright and clean. Staff are very friendly :) While the AC in the dorms were wonderfully cooling for the hot days; they dont really flow into the sleeping pods and it sometimes can feel hot sleeping in there. Asides from that, the sleeping accommodations were comfy, and I liked that the bed light had a dimmer to lower it for evening reading.

• Rafaela (10/5): - Toda a estrutura do hostel é nova e de ótima qualidade. O atendimento dos funcionários foi de alta qualidade, parabéns a todos que trabalham no hostel. O local é limpo, bonito, agradável, me hospedei por uma noite no quarto feminino e fiquei muito confortável e bem instalada. Todas que estavam dividindo o quarto na minha estadia eram respeitosas e não houve problemas com barulho. Os banheiros também eram muito bons, o fato dos chuveiros serem no primeiro andar não foi um problema. O hostel possui elevador o que é muito bom, pois nessa viagem me hospedei em um que só tinha escada e vi a diferença positiva que o elevador faz para quem viaja de mala. A localização do hostel é perfeita. A poucos minutos a pé da estação de trem de Kyoto. Achei a cozinha muito bem equipada, também. E o quarto compartilhado feminino também achei bastante espaçoso, as camas são estilo cápsula e achei boas e que garantiam a privacidade. Fiquei extremamente confortável na minha estadia e pretendo voltar, quero passar mais tempo em Kyoto em uma próxima oportunidade e com certeza me hospedaria de novo neste hostel.

• Kasia (8/5): - The hostel is conveniently located right next to Kyoto station. The kitchen area was well equipped and clean. Always appreciate 24 hr availability of tea/ coffee (thank you). There is an outside seating which is a plus. Bunks were spacious with curtains for privacy, and shelves and hangers to put personal belongings and clothes. Showers and bathrooms were very clean. Showers are located on the ground floor, rather than on same floor as the dorms. But overall this wasn't too awkward. The rooms got quite hot and stuffy as the aircon wasn't working properly, but could be alleviated by keeping a window open for ventilation.

The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were wonderful—always friendly, with bright and welcoming smiles. They were very engaging, made me feel right at home, and were very fluent in English. Thank you so much for the excellent service and for taking such good care of me! There was nothing at all that I disliked. Everything was absolutely perfect!

• AYA (7/5): こういったタイプの宿は初めてで良い経験になった！ - 外国人観光客の利用が多く、異文化交流の場になりそうでおしゃれ。外国の方と話したい・お友だちを作りたい方や、若年層の方に特に向いてそう。 1階に共有キッチンやコーヒーマシン、食事や談話が楽しめるスペース(今回利用していないが3階にもテラス)があり、部屋以外でもゆっくりできる場が設けられている点。清潔感も良かった。 チェックインとチェックアウト時のフロントスタッフさんからは明るい挨拶があり、大変気持ちの良い対応だった。 トイレやシャワーも共有なので、部屋によっては トイレが遠い部屋もある。 アメニティの種類がもう少し豊富だと助かる。
