- Marian (10/5): Top! - Top Service und sehr zuverlässige Kommunikation! Die stylische und sehr saubere Wohnung liegt super zentral wenige Gehminuten vom Dom entfernt. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist etwas schmal und bei einer Belegung mit vier Personen gibt es ausser den Barhockern keine Sitzgelegenheiten. Aber die Wohnung ist sehr hell, praktisch, ruhig und sicher. Beide Balkone sind klein aber mit etwas historischer Aussicht (Domdach, Kirche). Um die Ecke gibt es super Samdwiches und ein Kaffee mit feinem Gebäck.

- Lilian (8/5): - We stayed here for one night and everything was perfect except there is a nightclub located downstairs nearby or attached to the building and it was loud. From our room we could hear the music and people so it was a little hard to sleep even though the windows kept a lot of the noise out. Room was clean, spacious, they upgraded us so the room we had was very large. The staff is VERY SWEET I would stay here just for the staff. They sent us restaurants and markets near by via WhatsApp and they were just super nice. We appreciate them! There are two small elevators you can use to go up so my husband and I used one each to be able to fit us and the luggage’s lol it was interesting and a fun experience. A lot of hotels in Europe in general have tiny elevators so don’t complain, that’s just how it is in their country so experience it and make it fun.

Good value of money. - The property was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need plus drinks, coffee, tea, milk etc. it has 2 spacious bedrooms. It is in an excellent location only 8 mins away from Duomo Piazza. Very little to dislike for the price paid. There are some broken bits and pieces in there like the lamp in the room with balcony is precariously balanced on a broken holder and little wear and tear here and there.

- Michael (4/5): Disappointing, given its location. - Location The property suffers from a lack of natural light which could be compensated by some better internal lighting .. table lamps, dimmers etc to offer a cosier feel. The ambiance is unfortunately somewhat stark. The neighbours upstairs must keep a pet elephant that needs exercising 24/7 judging from the continuous thumping from above. Light sleepers beware! The coded door entry system, although it never failed us, has a slightly ‘big brother’ meets ‘mission impossible’ feel to it. Ring a number and the door magically unlocks! Spooky!

It was clean and felt very safe, good location Shower kept leaking, despite there been other reviews saying so - this needs fixing, not a response on how to make sure the door is closed a certain way. And the master bed was not very comfortable. There was also quite a lot of "stuff" in drawers etc, so felt like it was someone's house

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Paulo facilitated all of our needs. We requested pick up from the airport during arrival and drop off at the train station after checkout, and the transportation service was excellent as well. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe place to stay in a great location.

- Stephen (8/5): Good but minor easily fixed niggles irritate - Spacious and in a good location Not the owners fault but we had the neighbour from hell above us. They are either remodelling or redecorating the place but every night between 21:30 and as late as 23:00 they started randomly hammering heaven only knows what. Definitely the owners issue the shower leaks like sieve and soaks the bathroom floor. I hate having to clean up something that could easily be fixed with a replacement seal. Guests have been mentioning this for some time. The big issue for me is the tile floor becomes incredibly slippery when wet which causes me to slip and graze my leg. It could have been worse. The entry system to the apartment door is electronic - keypad operated. It works every time when entering but on one occasion locked us in the apartment for 20-30 minutes until they sent us a video showing a workaround. The door sometimes also fails to lock when leaving the apartment. This happen three or four times and we had to use the key (shock horror) to lock the door.

This to me was key. I didn’t have to go buy a big bag of something that I would not use. Location was incredible. Just less than 200m was the subway station. 10 min was Duomo Plenty is restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. I’ve been renting apartments for the last 10 years. This is by far the best I’ve stayed in, in terms of location and practicalness. Very clean and well maintained. I wished there was a dryer to compliment the washer but it wasn’t necessary. Clothes were dry within a day when out on the clothing rack that was provided.

- Steven (5/5): Looked great in the photos, but a bit disappointing in real life - Location was excellent. It was right in the centre of Milan. It was a short walk to the Duomo and shopping, and a 20 minute walk in the opposite direction to the Navigli canals It wasn’t very inviting in terms of furnishings, decor, or beds. It wasn’t a place we wanted to hang out in for long. It definitely wasn’t as nice as the photos looked online.

It was nice and clean and clearly was looked after well. This is a traditional property with windows onto a well-kept courtyard but if I had been staying more than a few days I might have found it a little dark inside. That said, I didn't go to Milan to sit inside all the time so it wasn't an issue.

Paulo is an extraordinary host!!! Excellent product! More intimate than a hotel, yet offering the conveniences of daily housekeeping if needed. Your own private condo in the center of Milan!

Host gave excellent directions. Having AC during a hot September was wonderful. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, shops, restaurants, etc. Courtyard is beautiful and the small door was stunning.....Great location!! Everything was wonderful.
