Le rooftop, bien qu'ayant une vue extraordinaire sur la rivière, est hyper bruyant : une soufflerie + la musique beaucoup trop forte. Ce n'est pas agréable, nous sommes allés prendre un verre au Myst.

Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good and polite staff. Many thanks to Mr. Jason, sales manager, for the kind hospitality and a wonderful stay.

There is a huge variety at breakfast. We are giving the hotel 5 starts because the staff, in particular concierge Thanh were so helpful and arranged tours for us well in advance of our arrival and we as so accommodating when we asked to change plans.

• minionrepublic (10/5): Wonderful hotel!! - I rarely write review, almost never, so this is an exception, because I was thoroughly impressed. If you’re looking for a seamless blend of comfort and convenience, this is the place to be. Prime location, the hotel is situated within walking distance several iconic landmarks, and central of everything else. The service here is what truly sets the hotel apart. From the moment I checked in, the team was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special shout-out to the concierge, Thanh Nguyen. This hotel offers incredible bang for your buck. I’ll definitely be staying here again. It’s rare to find a place that hits the "Big Four"—location, food, service, and price—so perfectly. Highly recommended!
• Dean66_UK (9/5): Excellent Hotel and Location - The location was excellent in District 1, our room had a lovely view of the river and the staff were very courteous. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The TV only had old fashioned terrestrial channels so the quality of the picture was very poor and the speaker on it was more than annoying as it buzzed a lot on certain frequencies, you would have though that in this day and age they would have digital channels as they do on the rooftop bar.
• sandylindsay (10/5): Despite a couple of minor faults, I'm still giving 5 stars! - 1105 is a room with a very modern design which can sometimes reduce its practicality. The bedside light is an excellent LED light on a very flexible stalk, but it won't always stay in position when set. Excellent idea, maybe mine just needed tightening. There's an in-room safe, tea/coffee making facilities, a small fridge containing the minibar items, but only 5 hangers in the wardrobe. There's not a lot of drawer space available. There are 2 very trendy and effective strip lights, one over the desk and one behind the armchair, but some parts of the room are not well lit especially when the curtains are drawn. There's an excellent walk-in waterfall shower, but with the smooth marble floor and no non-slip bath mat, care is needed when showering. There's a large glass panel between the bedroom and the shower, but there's a roller blind which can be lowered to afford some privacy. Breakfast - there's a wide selection of food available, representing some Oriental cuisines as well as some dishes of Western origin. They also had Bircher muesli and orange juice, on the hotels so far it's usually been pomegranate juice. As usual, the egg station was very good. Dinner - we came here for dinner as we were tired after a long day. We shared a Parma ham and rock melon starter which was good. We both chose "Chicken a la king" which had some chicken, peppers and onions cooked in a creamy white sauce with rice and topped with cheese. It was tasty but served lukewarm, which reduced its appeal. The chardonnay was very good.

All areas of the hotel were very clean and it has everything you would need for a city stay including a very nice rooftop pool and bar area. Breakfast had and excellent selection. We wanted to secure tours before arrival and were struggling to get exactly what we were looking for. I contacted the concierge and I have to say what excellent service we received. Nguyen was able to put some options to us with the full information so we could make an informed choice to meet our requirements. We pre-booked our excursions via email before arrival and paid when we got to the hotel. On arrival at the hotel we had a fantastic experience as we were greeted by name by Nguyen an he personally explained about the hotel and its facilities to us. Great service. We would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and although the technician tried to fix it, it clearly felt like an issue with the old system. Breakfast was another letdown, with very limited options and average quality. The pool was also very small and not impressive. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price and felt like a waste of money. I would not recommend it.

• jenniferbU3224SI (10/5): Liberty Central Saigon Riverside - Whilst we enjoyed our stay we felt one area needed attention. Communication- very difficult to get staff to understand our requests. We got there in the end but an understanding of basic English would be beneficial. HCMC seemed to be the worst out of the 4 places we stayed on our travels in Vietnam in communication. Location was good, breakfast had a good selection and staff were excellent. I’d like to mention 2 members of staff who went above and beyond in helping me with a couple of things during our stay, they were Thanh Nguyen and Phuoc.

• J8721 (10/5): Very good - Stayed 4 nights. Booked 2 rooms. Room only. Welcome drink on arrival. Concierge provided us with a map and advised us where all the local attractions were, which was helpful. Check in was fine but it took 30 minutes to receive the key to one room and an hour to receive the key to the second room. The rooms were modern and provided everything we needed. We used the rooftop pool which had a stunning view over the river, sky tower 81. Pool towels available. We went to the rooftop bar for happy hour cocktails a couple of nights. The staff were all professional and provided a very good service. The hotel is in a great location.

• shobas (6/5): Great hotel but poor service - While the hotel itself is lovely, the service we experienced was incredibly disappointing. During check-in, we were completely ignored by staff behind the desk who weren’t even assisting other guests. There was no eye contact and no attempt to welcome us. This pattern continued at breakfast. The chef at the egg station failed to acknowledge us while we stood directly in front of her, yet she immediately greeted and served a guest who joined the queue after us. This lack of basic courtesy felt pointed and left us feeling unwelcome due to our appearance. A beautiful room doesn't make up for being treated as if you're invisible.
• rudy (8/5): hotel bien placé , prix raisonnable, chambres confortables, roof top sympa - j'avais séjourné quelques jours avant et la chambre était petite et la salle de bain très ancienne avec une vue déprimante, pour cette seconde nuit, je leur ai fait par de mon mécontentement, ils ont été très commerçants, j'ai une cette fois une bonne chambre avec grande salle de bain et vue sur la saigon river et m'ont offert le petit déjeuner. tout était très bien, peut être du jambon blanc au buffet du petit déjeuner, lors mon prochain voyage au Vietnam, je reviendrais dans cette hotel, le personnel est vraiment à l écoute des clients et le spa est au top pour les massages.

• MrGrumpy27 (8/5): Liberty Central Riverside Hotel - Three night stay at the Liberty Central Riverside Hotel. Room was clean and well kept. Amenities were good. Location felt a bit out of the way but perhaps we didn’t get our bearings. Buffet breakfast was ideal and staff were excellent. Stunning rooftop pool and bar.
• AndersG199 (10/5): A pearl in the center of Saigon. - I stayed here for the second time because it was very good the last time. It was even better this time. Location is perfect by the river in the center of the city. Beds are good and the facilities are great. Best of all is that the service is amazing. All the staff are very good. But i must mention one person in particular. Concierge Thanh Nguyen. He is absolutely the most helpful guy. He made our stay special. If you need any help with activities or something else, ask him and you will be happy. We hope to return soon.
• 221johannaj (6/5): A convenient well located hotel overlooking the Saigon River. - The Liberty Central is ideally situated to explore and sight see Ho Chi Minh City. The atmoshere in the Liberty Central is pleasant. The cleanliness is acceptable. The standard rooms are basic and small. The executive rooms are spacious and more comfortable. Despite being located on a busy road the noise is minimal. The service from most of the staff was very good. It is evident that they work hard to provide a good service to guests. We would like to give Phuong Uyen our thanks and appreciation for her professional, person centered, friendly,excellent customer service. She was a delight to interact with. However the attitude of some of the concierges,when we checked in was appalling. The concierge who addessed us at check in was inpolite, unhelpful and abrupt as were the other concierges who were on duty on the same evening. Hien one of the concierge managers was excellent and very helpful. Special thanks to her for her assistance.

• John (9/5): Enjoyable Hotel - The location was great with an easy walk to restaurants and sights. The concierge was able to help us with any places or things we wanted to do. The construction across the street, which is no fault of the hotel, was bothersome if you were looking for some quite time.

• Ian L (6/5): Great if you like shoebox - Location only. Left early so didn’t experience breakfast. That may have been ok. For 3.6 million Dong a deluxe room that we could not open 2 suitcases. We had to jump over one. Smallest room especially 4 star which I think is 3. Air conditioning noisy and shower cold. Will never stay here again as can get 1/2 the price better.

• Marion (10/5): An elegant haven by the Saigon river. - I had booked the wrong night for This hotel and they were so helpful in changing it for me and then upgraded us to an executive room with use of the executive lounge. Our room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the Saigon river. The breakfast was divine and the hotel team were absolutely amazing. The taxi was around 40 minutes from the airport, location was really good. Nothing to dislike.
• Annette (10/5): - Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The shower was good size with great water pressure. Loved the river view at night. The view will be even better when they finish the construction across the street. The room was soundproof which was excellent. The hotel was in a nice walking distance to the Market, approx .8 miles (15 min). There was plenty of high end shopping and food close to the hotel. We preferred to walk to places that were a little more affordable. Luckily it is a very safe area to walk around at night.

• Departure10283634707 (8/5): Best Concierge Thanh Nguyen - My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Staff are very helpful especially Thanh Nguyen the Concierge. Not only did Thanh help us book tours and advise on places close by to visit he also went over and above when I contacted him to advise him that the taxi that he ordered is for the airport ripped us off massively. Thanh chased up the taxi company and actually got us a refund and had it deposited into our bank account! This sort of service deserves to be recognised. Would definitely recommend this hotel and more so approach Thanh for all your questions he is a wealth of information.
