- Robert (10/5): - The room was very charming, with a private balcony. The second floor lobby was very comfortable for eating and lounging. The hotel supplies hot water for tea or hot chocolate at all times, plus all plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware, and with a fridge and microwave in the room, it was very easy to prepare simple meals there. It's an easy walk to Main Street or to the Peak 8 gondola.

- Kathleen (6/5): - Cute bed and breakfast vibe and good location, but the rooms were literally 80 degrees without a way to control the temp, there wasn’t staff on site after 4 so if you needed something you were SOL. We got zero sleep because the other guests were up hanging out all night and it was very loud because it is an old house so we could hear everything. Overall, disappointing experience and would not stay here again.

- Joseph (10/5): Superb boutique hotel near downtown Breck - Wonderful property. The original Breckenridge boutique hotel. Small number (9-10?) of rooms/suites distributed across upper 2 floors of 3 story building. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable. Great bed, cable TV & streaming, Common area & kitchen with free 24 hr tea, hot chocolate, water, instant oatmeal. Locally-roasted coffee is in each room. Hot tub, workout room, ski/snowboard storage room on site. 20 ft outside the back door is an elevated trail that you can use to ski to town. Free ride shuttle stop that takes you to peaks 7 & 8 is 50 yards away from the front door. No onsite restaurant, but there are many within a 10 min walk. Staff were friendly, unobtrusive, and attentive. Quiet hrs from 10 pm - 6 am were respected. For Breckenridge, peak season, the price was right. Great stay!

- pacolumbroso (10/5): Quiet romantic stay in Breck. - This a beautiful gem in the heart of Breckenridge. The location is perfect for a short stroll to Main Street. Also, the shuttle stop to Peak 8 is some steps away. Everyone at the hotel is super friendly. The room was superb with an unbeatable view from the balcony.

Unfortunately, upon check in it was difficult to park because the parking lot hadn’t been plowed/shoveled. Even my SUV was struggling to get into the driveway. I had to end up shoveling a pathway for me to park. This is absolutely something that maintenance or property owners should be responsible for, and not the guest. It was taken care of the next day, but just not the welcome I was hoping for. I ended up having to Uber/Lyft into town a couple of times because I was concerned my vehicle wouldn’t be able to get in and out of the parking lot and driveway. Everything else was fine.

The sign and lighting is poor. The shower with it's step UP feather should have a grab bar for safety. The stay was enjoyable and very welcome after a long day.

It is beautifully furnished and appointed. However we were unaware the elevator only ran to second floor and we had stairs to our third floor room. My wife is disabled and we were able to make it work without any negative feelings. We probably would not stay here on our next trip to Breckenridge, but will recommend it to family & friends.

- William (10/5): - We stayed here in mid August. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival how since, quaint the building and room was. With such a reasonable price we didn't expect as much. The location is within walking distance of all the restaurants and activities. The hiking trails were literally out the back door. The room, bed, shower were all excellent. There is a small balcony with seating, table. The views are beautiful no matter what window you looked out. There are two hot tubs. With only 8 rooms at the inn these hot tubs always had a vacancy. The customer service was also five stars. We will book here again

There’s common areas where you can find a gym (completely brand new peloton machines available), couches, coffee/water, glasses for the beverages, and the best part….a corkscrew and bottle opener! The room itself was a king room and it had a very comfortable couch also. There was a large “mini” refrigerator that held our champagne easily in the door. This was super nice to have when we brought back leftovers from lunch! There’s also a microwave, smart LG tv mounted on the wall that swivels, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra makeup mirror, and robes! The room was super clean and the carpet was in very good condition. We also had a private balcony where we could see people skiing behind us over a bridge, which was kind of cool. There are curtains on the balcony door so privacy was totally find when we closed them. Overall, I was very happy with the value for the money and we will definitely look into this location for future stays as well! Also, we received a beer each at check-in from a tap in the office. Super cool owners and employees!
- Chris (10/5): Perfect Spot in Breck - Staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful when we got into a pinch, actually a few. Our family of 4 (10 and 9 year olds) slept comfortably and coming off the slopes was hugely convenient with the propert right off the Gondala trial. Both days we enjoyed a dip in the hottub, which was very clean and ready to go. Parking was onsite, and perfect. As a family on a budget we ate in both nights and then played board games in the common room and eating area. Solid family fun without anny devices. We will not hesitate to book again.

- karen (10/5): - This was SUPER convenient for getting to the ski hill by a short bus ride almost outside the door (return by ski)and easily walkable to town for dinner and shopping. The room was toasty warm and comfortable, with big overstuffed furniture, and even a walk in closet, robes for the hot tub, and plenty of plugs for charging devices (my pet peeve in most chain hotels). The building was interesting with multiple cozy common areas for lounging. The breakfast is nil, unless you like instant oatmeal in a microwave, so I would plan on bringing provisions or eating out before hitting the slopes. Given how outrageously expensive most of the lodging is in this area, this was an incredible value, and a truly nice place, so if there is ever a vacancy here I would grab it!

- Dennis (8/5): - Staff is awesome, great location - just don’t book the main floor room. The people above our room were up til midnight banging around and walhat sounded like pounding on the ground while they walked around for some reason. Very noisy room - we got little sleep.
- David (10/5): For checkin we were greeted by a fox on Skihill Rd - The location is really great and staff has excellent communication. Maybe next time we’ll try out the snow shoes but we found the place very nice for lounging after skiing and walking distance to many dining locations even with the frigid wind. Oh check in and check out and parking or public transportation couldn’t be easier and it’s all free!
- Artur (10/5): - This is a hidden gem of Breckenridge! Very convenient you can either walk to Snowflake lift (10 min) or get on the bus right by the lodge. Walking distance to the Main Street. We love homely atmosphere of this place. Very quiet and with all amenities you need for the perfect stay. Owner is a great guy! We will certainly come back.

- jessehall76 (10/5): This Chalet is a Hallmark Movie Winter Wonderland Getaway!!! - My spouse and I stayed her just before Christmas, and it was wonderful. It's a romantic boutique chalet that feels like you're living in a winter holiday wonderland movie! Jake, the owner, was always around and super friendly and helpful if we wanted anything. The place is warm, inviting, cozy, and peaceful. There's on-sight parking for one vehicle per room. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. There's always coffee, teas, and oatmeal waiting for you in the upper lobby area if you're in the mood. And there are two above-ground hot tubs, which were very clean, easy to access from the upper lobby, and fun to soak in after a long, cold day. We were in Suite 2, which is their smallest suite, and it was very nice and clean. In the room was a coffee maker with coffee, a microwave, microwave popcorn, and a large mini-fridge (not the tiny ones that most hotels use but more like you had in your college dorm). It had a super comfortable mattress, a nice size flat screen TV (around 48"), and fun balcony with chairs to relax on. It's a 30-second walk to the free town shuttle stop if you want to ride anywhere on the edges of town. But it's also easy to walk, as it's only two blocks to South Park Ave (the main road entering Breckenridge with some shopping), and just three blocks from Main Street (which is the historic strip with shops, restaurants, and self-care / spa-type services). This is also a ski-in / ski-out chalet. The ski path passes just above it, where there is a stairway to and from the chalet. We couldn't recommend this place more. We'll be back. - Jesse (10/5): - Clean, nice, cozy. New mattresses. Nice, clean community hot tubs (empty and pretty private when we were there) nestled between the hotel and foresty wilderness. Very short walk to Main Street - probably it's best asset. Ski in/ski out. Beautiful views from balcony.

I loved everything about this hotel except for the sheets in the bed. There were stains on the blankets and sheets. If not for that, I’d give 5 stars.

The owner was so welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. I was even surprised to find a full size fan (Which I love for background noise) and a humidifier. I also really enjoyed the text messaging available to contact the hotel before our stay. And, we were so excited about the common area that is so cozy, and the hot tub. Highly recommend!
