Nerea (9/5): The staff was very accommodating - The staff of the hotel was very helpful when I asked for a change of room due to a neighbour noise during the evening/night. I was travelling for work and needed to rest and someone had the clever idea to play guitar in the evening and watch TV at an incredible load volume. The next morning I ask the reception if it was possible to move rooms to a quieter area and they did!! Forever grateful for that. The restaurant staff was also very helpful with diet restrictions (gluten). Not a problem from the hotel per se, but the people should be more considerate with other people's rest time...

Maria Aurora (9/5): soddisfacente - ho fatto un room service con una cena ottima, pietanze veramente buonissime. bagno comodo letto comodo poichè avevo detto che avrei dovuto lavorare, la receptionist mi ha cambiato stanza per assicurarmi un tavolo per il Pc e mangiare in stanza, è stata la prima volta dopo 30 anni di hotel che mi sia stata fatta un'attenzione del genere Colazione molto basica il caffè del distributore era pessimo, non era chiaro se potessi usare il servizi bar senza un supplemento di prezzo, suggerisco di aggiungere il pane fresco e burro e mettere tazze vere e non bicchieri di carta per le bevande calde.
