Maayan (7/5): היה מדהים הכל חוץ מהסוף. - הארוחת בוקר הייתה מושלמת מלא מגוון ולמרות שהגענו בעשרה ל11 עדיין היה המון אוכל והשירות היה מושלם! ביום השני שלנו היה בלא ידיעתנו איזשהו יריד של חברה, ובעיקרון גירשו אותנו מהבריכה, לא ידענו שיש אירוע ביום השני בכלל ושילמנו המון כסף בשביל לילה במלון, אחרי שקיבלנו את החדר ממש מאוחר בשעה 17:00 יום למחרת אמרו לנו לצאת מהמלון כבר בשעה 15:00 בזמן שנהנינו בבריכה למרות כל הצעקות והבלגן מסביב של חברת ההפקה… ממש מבאס וביאס לנו את סוף החופשה

Shir (7/5): A beautiful hotel with a lovely spa, but overcrowded, with disappointing food, poor dining room service and an overprice - The hotel is beautifully designed and the spa area is pleasant. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is generally calm and relaxing. The food and dining experience throughout our stay was extremely disappointing and did not match the hotel’s positioning or pricing. The hotel felt very crowded, which clearly affected the overall atmosphere and service quality. The dinner experience was especially frustrating. We were not given any information in advance about the dinner format or price, and only discovered the very high cost (560₪ per couple) at the entrance, after being asked to sign. The buffet itself was very basic and of mediocre quality, and surprisingly, no drinks were included not even soft drinks, coffee or tea. At the end of the meal, when we asked for coffee or tea to have with dessert, we were sent to an external bar to purchase it separately and were not allowed to bring it into the dining room. In addition, breakfast was also not tasty, and the dining room staff were not communicative, attentive or service-oriented. Following our complaint, the hotel refunded 50% of the dinner cost, which we appreciated. However, this does not change the fact that the overall dining experience and service were not aligned with the hotel’s pricing and positioning. The lack of transparency, overcrowding and overall service quality made the experience feel unfair and frustrating.

David (1/5): לא ממליצים - לא אהבנו ! התאכזבנו מאוד מהמלון ומההתנהלות של מנהלת הקבלה ומנהל שירות חדרים , העברתי בקשה דרך בוקינג לקבל את החדר טיפה מוקדם, כמה ימים לפני ההגעה ואף אחד לא טרח להתייחס לבקשה לחיוב או שלילה (הייתי חייב את החדר מוקדם - ובמידה והיו חוזרים אלי הייתי נערך בהתאם), וכשפניתי אליהם הם אמרו שהם לא קיבלו בקשה כזאת למרות שאמרתי להם שאני אצלם להם מסך- הם סירבו , היה ניכר שהם בכלל לא ניסו לבוא לקראת ופשוט ניסו "להדוף אותי מעליהם", לבסוף לאחר דין ודברים לא נעים (שהיה מיותר לדעתי - והיה אפשר להימנע ממנו בקלות ) נמסר החדר סמוך לשעה 14:00 המים בבריכה של הספא היו קרים . אנחנו בטוח לא נחזור למלון שוב משום שצוות המלון אינו שירותי כלל ומתחת לכל ביקורת !!!!!

גוטדינר (8/5): נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במלון - המלון מאוד יוקרתי. מעוצב בקפידה. שירות וצוות מאוד מסבירי פנים. שירות מצוין. המלון לא מקבל ילדים מתחת לגיל 10 וזה מאוד משפיע לטובה על האוירה, השקט ועל הניקיון. חדר האוכל והארוחות מגוונות ומושקעות בבישול אותנטי ובחומרי גלם איכותיים. צוות גדול עם שירות מצויין. שירות חדרים אדיב ומהיר מאוד וכך גם שירותי הניקיון של החדר. השטחים הציבוריים ובמיוחד אזור הבריכות ממש יפים. שהינו בחודש דצמבר ולא חווינו את הבריכות החיצוניות, אלא רק את הבריכה הפנימית. אזור הספא והבריכה מאוד נעים ומזמין. שהינו במלון שני לילות בלבד. החדר מאוד מרווח ומעוצב יפה. כך גם חדר האמבטיה. לצערנו, המזרון הסב לשנינו כאבי גב וכדאי להחליף מזרונים בחדשים. זה מאוד מתסכל לצאת ממלון שכזה עם כאבי גב. בנוסף, חסרה מראת איפור בחדר עם תאורה מתאימה. חסרה מנורת קריאה. באופן כללי, התאורה במלון מאוד חלשה. אנחנו פחות אוהבים. השהות במלון מאוד יקרה וכך גם שירותי הספא.

שdana (2/5): לכרמים אנחנו לא נחזור ונשמח שידברו איתי מהרשת - אהבנו את המסאז והטיפול של ליז המנהלת בהגעה לחדר היה ריח של ביוב שהגיע האיש אחזקה אמר שבגלל שהוונטה בחדר לא עבדה דבר שני - הזמנתי לבעלי לכבוד היום הולדת בלונים ביום שלישי לשעה 11:00 בבוקר שהגענו לא היה את הבלונים לפי הרום סרוויס שחכו לרשום את השעה דבר שלישי - הזמנו לחדר אוכל בצהריים פסטה ופיצה שלא היו אכילים ברמת החמוץ יש גם תמונות דבר רביעי - התלכלך ביקשנו לפי שיצאנו למסעדה ביום שליש לבוא לפנות את האוכל מהחדר כמובן שהגענו חזרה והאוכל עדיין היה בחדר ובנוסף ביקשנו להחליף את המצעים לא החליפו והביאו לנו פשוט בצד שמיכת יחיד שאנחנו במיטה זוגית והיינו צריכים לבקש עוד שמיכה . לאחר שיחה מול הרום סרוויס בנוגע לבלונים שהוזמנו ביצעו את ההזמנה אבל קשרו את הבלונים על כוסות מלוכלכות עם שתייה מלא יש גם תמונות לא סידרו את המיטה ועשו לנו את העיצוב של הבלונים על המיטה המלוכלך ולא סדרו כמובן שעד שעזבנו את החדר ביום רביעי האוכל נשאר ולא ניקו את המרפסת כול השלושה ימים למלון כרמים אני לא חוזרת כי זה פשוט בושה וכמובן שיש עוד דברים ואשמח שידברו איתי מהנהלה

Leon (10/5): Superb - Environment silence and high design!!! I would recommend changing the mattress, as it was less comfortable for sleeping, but this is individual, so it’s best to ask guests which mattress they prefer for their vacation. Unfortunately, I left with back pain.

שחר (8/5): בסך הכל, היה מדהים - הכל היה נקי ומצוחצח והחדר היה מהמם. נהננו מאוד. האוכל בסנק בר היה טעים פי 10 מבחדר אוכל. אולי כדאי שתשימו לב לזה המחירים של הספא מוגזמים בקטע לא הגיוני. חייב להיות מחיר זול יותר למי שכבר ישן במלון. האוכל היה סביר אבל לא היה מבחר בגלל בארוחת בוקר למי שרגיש ללקטוז.

Alexandra (10/5): סך הכל היה מדהים וללא ספק נחזור שוב ושוב ושוב, כיף שיש מקום כזה בארץ שמרגיש כמו קפיצה קטנה לאיטליה - הרמת ביטחון עם השומרים כבר מהכניסה שבודקים טוב כל אחד שנכנס הארוחות מדהימות!!! גם הבוקר אבל הערב חובה לקחתתת גם יוצא משתלם ועוד במיוחד עם רמת האוכל שמגישים הרמת ניקיון גבוהה מאוד ומנקים גם בערב ככה שנכנסים באמצע יום אחרי בריכות ומקלחות וחוזרים בערב מאוחר והכל נקי שוב :) הצוות ממש חמוד בסך הכל ממש נהננו

Daniel (8/5): Great stays for locals - Hotel designed for locals to scape to. They are not used to having international guests. There was very limited English spoken or understood by staff, strict Kosher and Shabot practices, several small things missing you’d expect from a high end international hotel like easy access room service, online restaurant menus, online or printed out complete activities schedule, and general service availability hours posted.

Leah (10/5): The best - Me and my girlfriends had the best time. The breakfast was delicious but it was hard to get coffee in the morning. It would be nice if we could help ourselves
