- Katja (8/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt bis auf die Küche im Zimmer - Ein Hotel mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Die Fotos auf Booking entsprechen der Wahrheit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden jeden Tag geputzt. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut - jeden Tag gibt es ein wenig anderes, was eine nette Abwechslung ist. Obwohl das Hotelzimmer sauber ist, kann man das von der eingebauten Küche nicht behaupten. So gibt es unter anderem rostiges Besteck und alles wirkt nicht sehr sauber. Es gibt zwar Spülmittel und Schwämme, aber es wirkt dreckig. Wir haben hier gebucht, damit wie hin und wieder kochen können, haben uns dann aber dagegen entschieden und sind essen gegangen. Sollte man nicht kochen wollen, ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen, da es sonst sehr sauber ist.

- Giuliana (8/5): Hotel a 2 stelle che ne merita 4 - Hotel veramente carino e pulito affacciato sul mare. Addomentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare è veramente un plus. Colazione abbondante e ricca, dolce , salato e prodotti tipici. Molto comodo per raggiungere le tre meravigliose spiagge: Balos, Falasarna e Elafonissi. Appena fuori dall'hotel, sul lungomare, tante taverne tipiche. Camera spaziosa con anche angolo cucina e un bel balcone.

The hotel was extremely cold: the water for showers was icy, and we had to turn on the air conditioner just to sleep comfortably. Given that there are plenty of other hotel options nearby, this one is definitely not worth the price.
- Christian (7/5): Trotz leichter Kritik ein schöner Aufenthalt - Sehr Guten Lage als Ausgangspunkt zu sehr schönen Stränden in der Nähe, vorausgesetzt man hat einen Mietwagen. Gute und einfach Parkmöglichkeiten. Kleine Promenade mit einigen guten bis sehr guten Restaurants in Fußnähe. Gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück mit einigen lokalen Spezialitäten..Nettes Personal und ruhige Lage. Ausstattung kann moderner und heller sein. Dusche war an einer Stelle undicht und setzte das Bad tlw. unter Wasser. Hinzu kam, dass ich im Abfluss eingebrochen bin, welcher mittig im Bad war. Strand direkt vor dem Hotel nicht bis wenig gepflegt, Liegen nur gestapelt. Es gab jedoch einen netten Strand nur ca. 200m weiter.

- Tracey (5/5): We had an enjoyable stay as friends were staying at Molos Beach and we spent all of our time there. - Sadly this property was not for us. We had booked a one bedroom apartment. it was spacious but very poorly laid out. We expected a kitchen but a very poor version of a kitchen with a hob and sink and fridge was in a cupboard next to the front door. No oven and not even a kettle - we could not cook anything and ended up having to eat out all of the time. The location of the property was also not great and the surroundings were scruffy. However, the cleaning staff were excellent and the apartment was kept spotless for the whole of our stay.

- Jacek Pawlak (7/5): Gdybym miał jescze raz wybierać zdecydowałbym się na inny obiekt. - Ładny i duży basen. Szybka reakcja personelu na uwagi. Dobre śniadania. Czystość bardzo dobra. Uwaga na zdjęcie. Zanim wybierzesz trzeba dokładnie sprawdzić czy dotyczą twojego konkretnego pokoju. Słabe WiFi, ciągle zrywane. Dopiero po interwencji dostaliśmy router do pokoju. Plaża hotelowa to 5 metrów szerokości kamienia po przejściu prze ulicę. Z naszego pokoju widok na rozpadające się domu i ciągle szlifującego sąsiada.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento con due camere da letto, spaziose con un bel balcone comodo dove mangiare e stendere all’aperto…per finire colazione fantastica e molto varia!

Balcony had great outlook and north facing so not too hot. Powerful shower, kitchenette with kettle, hot plates and fridge. No tea or coffee provided. With sea view room balcony faces north so always shady and wet swim stuff doesn’t dry.

- Roberto e Susy (10/5): Un ottimo Hotel a Kissamos - La Struttura si trova nella parte ovest di Kissamos a pochi metri dal mare da cui è separata da una strada di fatto senza sfondo e quindi praticamente priva di traffico. Ci è piaciuto tutto ben oltre le aspettative. Staff giovane e gentilissimo, pulizia generale, camera grande con terrazzo fronte mare, letti comodi, frigo, piccola cucina attrezzata e spazio pranzo con tavolo e divano. È disponibile inoltre una bella piscina riparata che noi non abbiamo utilizzato ma che può tornare utile in caso di giornate ventose. La colazione è ottima per qualità e quantità dei prodotti. Nella spiaggia sono tenuti a disposizione alcuni lettini (mal ridotti però). Ci hanno dato anche un ombrellone che abbiamo utilizzato nelle spiagge durante il soggiorno. Eventualmente potrebbe essere migliorato lo spazio mare antistante. Comunque la posizione è strategica e permette di raggiungere velocemente alcune tra le più belle spiagge dell'isola.

- Natália (10/5): Seaview room - The hotel is beachfront with amazing views to the sea, I recommend getting the room with sea view, it was totally worth it. Breakfast buffet has lot of variety and is very tasty. The best thing though is the staff, very friendly and always helpful. We also liked the pool for the days when it was too windy at the beach.

- CHARMAINE (9/5): Great family run hotel in good location - Location was good. Close to restaurants and good views from our room over the ocean with nice spacious terrace. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Pool towels are available and the pool area is clean. Loads of outdoor parking. Beds were comfortable. Bath towels need replacing. No coffee pods in the room which would have been nice.

- Kerstin (8/5): Nettes Hotel mit großartiger Aussicht - Die Lage ist großartig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und konnten uns gar nicht sattsehen. Zu den Restaurants ist es auch nicht weit. Das Zimmer war groß, die Miniküche ganz praktisch, wenn auch die Aussattung sehr spärlich war. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen ( bis auf die Säfte),viele griechische Leckereien, süß und salzig. Das Bad könnte überarbeitet werden, etwas mehr Ablagefläche wäre schön. Absolut befremdlich und unangenehm fanden wir, daß die Reinigungsfrauen nachmittags ohne Anzuklopfen plötzlich im Zimmer standen. Das geht gar nicht, wir haben uns stark in unserer Privatsphäre gestört gefühlt. Es gibt keine 'Nicht stören' Schilder oder ähnliches und da Zimmer kann auch nicht von innen verriegelt werden.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore the shopping areas and enjoy a variety of good restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety and was a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the small kitchen in the room, which had all the basic essentials we needed to cook simple meals. The addition of a small refrigerator was very convenient. The balcony was a lovely bonus, offering beautiful views of the sea. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. nothing

Location was amazing with a beach view and a pool in the back of the property. They were so helpful holding our bags after checkout so we could take an excursion. Recommend this hotel to couples and families alike.
- Mafalda (7/5): Good stay and value for money - Location was nice because it was close to restaurants and the center of Kissamos. Good breakfast with different choices. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Our room had some problems in the WC, the shower was not properly isolated so the floor would get all wet and the flushing system was always dripping, which was annoying.

- Gérard (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec une chambre vue sur mer. L'hôtel est situé face à la mer dans un quartier de kissamos très calme et authentique. A.deux pas de nombreux restaurants avec des tables au bord de l'eau. Et pour finir L'hôtel est à 10 minutes en voiture du port pour aller à Balos.
- Michael (6/5): - The building itself is nice. I booked a room with a private jaccuzzi on the patio because my wife has muscle issues and we were walking alot. When we checked in the jacuzzi water temp was about 32c. I turned it up to 38c where ours is at home. We went out for an hour or so and looked forward to a warmer jacuzzi. It was 31c. I went to the desk and she came back with me. She made a call to the mgr. He said it was in eco mode and had her fix it. We had dinner and came back later with hopes of a warmer jacuzzi again. It was 30c. Went back to the desk and she called the mgr ,he said give it till the morning. Morning it was 29c. Went back to the desk. The manager was busy but would look at it. Went out for a little while and coming back the lady at the desk said after looking at it the manager said it was broken and they had to order a part which could take a week. I asked for some kind of a partial refund due to that and she called the mgr again. He was coming back in about 2 hours and would talk to me. Met him back at the room and he said it was working fine , and that 30c was normal . I asked about the part he ordered and he said that was just incase but it was not broken. All in all instead of treating my wife to a nice hotel with a private jaccuzzi it was a big let down for her.
- Alan (7/5): Disappointing versus our expectation. We would not return. - Location and modern building The pool bar did not open at all. It was also dirty toward the end of our stay. The towels were old and frayed. The breakfast was average - we enjoyed far better breakfasts at other hotels and taverns. The staff were often sitting in reception doing very little.

- Marlene (10/5): Un magnifique séjour ! Nous avons adoré. - Notre chambre 127 avait une magnifique vue sur la mer. Les petits déjeuners étaient fabuleux avec fenestration sur la mer. Emplacement très calme et facile de rejoindre la route principale. Manolis, qui est à la réception, nous a donné de bons conseils pour nos activités. L'hôtel est très propre ainsi que la piscine. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir, nous avons adoré notre séjour. La rue devient une rue piétonnière avec pleins de restaurants à 2 à 3 minutes maximum. Tout était parfait !

- Paul (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf buiten normale vakantie drukte. - Kleinschalig met veel aandacht voor details, zowel in kamer als daarbuiten. Zeer goed ontbijt met tijdens nachtrust zee golfslag door open terrasdeur. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Niets!

- ciro (9/5): Comoda opzione per visitare la costa ovest di Creta - Il personale è accogliente e la struttura ben tenuta. La camera con terrazzino vista mare è molto luminosa. Il bagno un po' piccolo ma con tutti i confort. La piscina a disposizione degli ospiti è soggetta a pulizia quotidiana; la spiaggia privata offre giusto dei lettini ma gli alberi alle spalle finiscono sufficiente ombra, è comunque una soluzione ideale per un giorno di mare in relax senza pretese. In camera è presente una piccola cucina a scomparsa, noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata ma è sicuramente comoda per soggiorni più lunghi. L'hotel offre comunque una piccola scelta per l'opzione di mezza pensione. Il paesino è molto piccolo e offre giusto un lungomare con diversi locali tipici raggiungibili a piedi in cinque minuti dalla struttura. A mio parere la struttura è un'ottima soluzione per visitare quella costa dell'isola. La colazione potrebbe forse fornire qualche altra opzione di cibi dolci ma è comunque una buonissima colazione.
