- Rogier Vroegindeweij (6/5): Decent but needs some hands - Decent room for a decent price The door lock jammed, so I had to get out through the window
- Hunter (1/5): - It was run down, dirty, and the room smelled terrible. I would avoid staying here
- Elizabeth (7/5): - I liked the price. Also that the bathroom had a new sink and tub. It's an older motel.
- Katie (7/5): For the price it was exactly what we needed. Nothing crazy; simple, clean, and comfortable beds. - The price and location Nothing
- Shannon (5/5): Functional stay. Would not return. - Location was good, bed was comfortable. It was not well cleaned and appears to have a population of unhoused persons in the parking area.
- Gabriele (8/5): Place is located in downtown Helena. Lot's of nice small businesses. - It was very quiet, had a good night's rest. No complains.
- William (8/5): Very good - Great motel Location, which they can’t change

- Maria (3/5): Used to be great, now avoid. - Location The bed was sunken in the middle. Had to ask for pillows because the beds only had “throw” pillows on them. She’s were a variety of discolored. Shower hag giant gaps from pealing paint. Bugs in floor. Smelled like assisted living.

- alena (4/5): - It was convenient and quiet. The carpet was dirty, the furniture was pretty worn out No table just a chair.

- DENNIS (1/5): This filthy, disgusting place should be sold and torn down. - No Breakfast. Staff was hostile and did not answer the phone. People were smoking right outside my door. Location was noisy. Room was dirty, with used towels still left in bathroom. Furniture was old, banged up, and inadequate for working at a desk. The furniture was arranged so that one needed to move the chair in order to have access to the bathroom. Water did NOT have a modulated tap... it was either extremely hot (I would estimate upwards of 140 degrees) or very cold. With two tap handles (is that even legal anymore?) it took several minutes to adjust the water temperature in order to take a shower or wash hands. Pillows (only two) were each less than 2 inches thick. Mattress was soft, lumpy, and needed to be replaced. The bathtub was so terrible and filthy (photos included) that I couldn't use it!

- Caleb (10/5): - The location was central and close to everything we needed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great price for the room.
- Kim (8/5): Pleasant - The a/c was very loud, outside of that everything was fine. Thanks
- Will (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (8/5): If you want to stay somewhere clean and cheap with great staff, this is your spot! - The staff were wonderful. Very helpful, and the room and facilities were spotless. The price was excellent and the location is fun. There was a drip coming from the tub that didn't stop and the plug didn't work so I wasn't able to take a bath.
- Ray (5/5): - The bed was fine. It smelled like it was still a smoking room and the thermostat on the heater didn’t work. I had to run it until the room got warm then turn it off. Fortunately it wasn’t a cold night.

- Melberta (10/5): - Accommodating and valued price. I like the quiet time. I recommend staying here. I've stayed in other hotels. I chose to come back here. work proposes. Front desk very nice and accommodating. Staff professional. Water fluctuates. Other than that. There are no pests here. Property management watches out for you. I don't know why it's the concern across the street. They don't come and bother. There are cameras. I don't like the other reviews given to give this place a bad review. Across the street has nothing to do with this hotel. Just verifying.
- Laurie (7/5): It was convenient and a good vakue for the dates. -
- Ani (8/5): -
- Kim (7/5): The Budget Inn was nothing fancy but served my needs on a weekend when others in town seemed to be doubling their rates - Close to history conference downtown. Least expensive option. NA
- F X (7/5): Urlaub - Alles einwandfrei, Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Nacht bei der Durchreise absolut top.
Kann mich nicht beklagen. Würde ich wieder Nehmen

- Joseph (7/5): Took me back to a by-gone era. Quaint, quiet and comfortable. -
- Curry (8/5): Good hotel if your on a budget. - I liked that it was close to downtown and cheap. Also it was close to the Myrna Loy will I rode the bert and Ernies pedal bike. The beds were a little hard.
- tycho (7/5): -
- Darcie (8/5): -
- Michael (7/5): Pleasant - TV, microwave, mini fridge
- Jess (10/5): -
- Derek (10/5): Extremely nice Motel for the price in this area. - Very clean nice location, felt safe. Rooms are very comfortable although a lil small. The pet policy was disappointing because I was in town for work and have liked to stay longer but it’s a 3-4 day max stay with a pet.
- Patty (6/5): -
- Michaël (7/5): -
- Jonah (2/5): - When I arrived to check in for my reservation, just after 7 pm, there was a sign on the door saying ‘15 minutes.’ I stood around for a bit and then realized the sign was up before I got there, and it had to be getting on about fifteen minutes, so I rang the bell. Another five minutes or so later, the person working the desk emerged from the bathroom, or whatever, and they were profoundly high.
They started right in bawling me out that the sign said fifteen minutes. I even apologized at first, but they kept on, “*mumbles something* fifteen minutes for a reason *mumble, mumble*,” so I said I’d changed my mind, and I hoped the desk attendant would have a better night.
I hope we all have a better night.
- Scott (7/5): value for money and good location - good location close to town and close parking to rooms, easy check in didnt feel completely safe
- Joyce (8/5): .it was quite and nice - Walking to the waking mall There was no coffee in the room and no continental breakfast
- Jan (8/5): - Really quite safe though it initially doesn’t look so. Very quiet all night! Liked it all & it’s walkable location to busy downtown breweries & restaurants.
- Isabelle (9/5): -
- Brent (10/5): - Clean
- Margarita (8/5): -
- Michael (8/5): - Nice property. Falsely advertised a Queen bed for a full.
- Travis (3/5): - Nothing specific. The property is filthy, had black mold in the bathroom in the room. Carpets stained throughout the entire location. Railing so nasty you didnt want to touch anything.
- Verified traveler (2/5): bad staff - Guy at the front desk was really rude, he tried to be intimidating. It was laughable some fat tatted dude from Helena is the least scary thing I've ever seen
Didn't realize when I booked it but it is right across from the homeless shelter in Helena. Was super noisy all night, and pretty sketchy
- Mayumi (10/5): -
- Tristan (5/5): overall just okay - Really overpriced for what you get Cheaper price considering it was a budget hotel
- Aleksei (1/5): -
- Michael (10/5): -
- Roscoe (2/5): - Old, worn out, poorly furnished, obscene items in office.
- George (7/5): Cute and quiet very affordable. - The property was very clean and quiet, especially for being in downtown. The staff was 100% courteous and friendly, but most of all they were willing to help. The pillows and mattresses need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable.
- Peterson (9/5): - Close to Main Street! We liked that .
It was old, but kept clean.
- Barry (3/5): Would not stay here again. - It was cheap and a very pleasant downtown area is a short walk away. A/C worked poorly, was incredibly loud. People smoking on the balconies stunk up our room. Homeless shelter right across the street and this hotel appeared to be a section 8 facility. Shower temperature was incredibly erratic. The stained carpet grossed us out, not a very clean place.
- Phil (6/5): - Room is dated but clean . The bathroom needs some work . Could use new tile around the shower and caulking needs to be replaced .
- Kelly (10/5): - I always stayed there when I was in the army. Cheap and great location! Rooms are much nicer than they were 20 years ago!
- Jimmy (8/5): - Petit motel très proche du centre piéton de Helena, dans un quartier calme.
Rien à redire, parfait rapport qualité-prix pour l'étape d'une nuit.
- Santhosh (5/5): -
- Jeannie (6/5): - In this case, budget equals sketchy, especially if you are traveling with a child. Property is dated/run down. Bedding & bathroom were basically clean, but mildew in the grout & on the ceiling of the bathroom. Bedroom furniture old & beat up. Big gap at the base of our door, easily a half inch of daylight showing through. People were sitting on the benches & on the stairs smoking cigarettes, weed, and drinking (both at night & in the morning) and barely would shift a little to let us by as they glared at us.
The complimentary coffee offered in the morning at the office was good.
- louise (8/5): Decent place to stay in Helena - Older hotel but not far from the college Kind of old and outdated. Could definitely use a remodel
- alison (8/5): - Very quiet accommodation, felt safe with staff on site 24 hours. Handy for Helena centre. Laundry. Easy to use.Easy check on & out. The room smelled of cigarette smoke on arrival - very strong! It took me a day to get rid of this with air- fresheners , window open etc. It clearly said no smoking on room door!
