Its been 3 weeks since my stay and i have forgotten the name of the employee that checked me in but she was thorough on where everything was at and time breakfast was served. Just didnt give mych direction to my room or parking options. Had to ask for that info which honestly is no biggie. The room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels which were good size and higher end quality wise compared to some other places. My room had two king beds, i slept in them both and slept amazingly sound both nights. Both were more on the soft side, cozy. I have med to firm bed at home and still slept well no pain in the back so it was a nice change. They had the tv greeting me by name left on and the hood light in the kitchen was on which i thought was nice not to have to fumble around for light. Everything was pleasant. Sizzler and think it was jack in the box in the same parking lot and many other great places for food and cocktails close by. The gym was very nice and open 24 hrs. There was set of four dinner plates, water glasses, coffee cups etc. Plus basic pot and pan for cooking a few utentiIs. I had two beds and i tried both. Think i covered it all. Nuce clean place wuth good service and awesome breakfast i didnt eat it but it smelled and looked pretty delicious for hotel breakfast a lot of choices and i regretfully had to pass due to other plans with family. I would return again if it fits into my plans next visit

Breakfast was good. Location is very convenient with Santa Clare Square only at 5min walk. Overall very happy with our stay.

Room was clean, comfy and very nice. Walking distance to alot of things. The walk to levi's is a little far. We took a pedicab back and cost us 120.

- Andrea (8/5): - Our stay was excellent. Property and room were clean. Spacious two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Location convenient, we walked to Levi stadium! Only complaint was furniture in living room was uncomfortable. It was modern and looked great, but couch and chairs were very uncomfortable to relax in after a full day at the game and walking. Would definitely stay here again though.

Very convenient. Free parking & continental breakfast was a plus. We took an 11 minute Lyft ride to The SAP Center. Would definitely stay here again.

- 422kimg (4/5): Girls night - Girls night ….We were put in a handicap room so the bathroom was huge! At first glance it looked clean, until I pulled the sheets down on one of two double beds. The sheets looked used, I pulled down the other bed to compare and it definitely was used. I didn’t want to complain because I wasn’t the one who booked the room and paid (using points I believe) I called the desk and 30 minutes later a girl came up with sheets…. Ugh the only good thing was the free breakfast. Don’t recommend at all.

As a family who has vacationed alot and has stayed at many hotels, this one is in our top 3, no lies! The hotel itself is up is up-to-date, fully furnished, staff was very nice and helpful, we got breakfast 2/4 days we were there, good decent hot and cold breakfast. They have snacks and drinks to purchase in the lobby 24/7, we had a kitchenette in our room with all the items we needed for cooking! Amazing! They have complimentary full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room itself was really nice! Ive seen some awful hotels rooms, and this one was not one of them, lol. Super clean, no cracked, chipped or peeling paint, furniture and beds were comfortable! I can go on and on, but over all i give it a 10/10. The only "con" to the hotel was the tv, was a bit small, but we managed :)

- Cristina (2/5): - I am so upset with my treatment from hotel staff, Juan, and the hotel manager. I was accused of smoking in the room and charged for it. I called to tell them I never smoked in the room and I was called a liar. They kept saying we smelled smoke so you must have. They were extremely rude. As I continued defending myself I felt helpless because it seemed like they can say whatever they want and just charge you. I was told someone would call me back as they tried to rush me off the phone, but no one did. I called to speak to the manager in the morning and she was even worse. She said "I've been in the hotel business for a long time and I am good at my job. I will return your money on one condition... If you never come to my hotel again" I was appalled because she is trying to ban me from a hotel for something I did not even do! she said I'm accusing her of lying too because she smelled smoke in the hallway. If you smelled smoke that's fine but you didn't smell it from me. I don't want to make this a race thing, but I can't help but wonder if my brown skin is a factor. Did they feel because I am black they could treat me with such poor customer service. They were mistaken and instead of a genuine apology the manager said "I'm sorry you feel that way" then she tried to ban me from the hotel. I can't imagine why I would want to go back to that hotel after being treated like crap, but I will not have my choice taken away from me.
- Trinity (2/5): - Each employee had different rules and half the time the weren’t wearing mask. They have nothing better to do but watch your every move. See if you stay be ready for them to invade you privacy and also they do not do daily housekeeping. The employees were also VERY RUDE and had NO RESPECT. So if I where you I would look into another suite.

All else’s was good, however, the staff seemed very insistent on changing the room early in the morning. - 294kelvinp (2/5): Rude, unauthorized charges - Stayed here in November, they double charged me and maxed out my card. When I went to the front desk, the manager was less than helpful and was rude. "Well I guess you will have to wait until the charges get released back to you". Plenty of other hotels in the area avoid this one at all costs.

- KShack52 (10/5): Needed 2 bedroom hotel for 49ers game. - I went to the 49ers game on September 22nd with my nephew and we needed a 2 bedroom suite near the stadium. Marriott TownePlace Santa Clara was perfect. 10 minutes from the airport. 2 miles from the stadium and places to eat nearby. Free breakfast each morning was a bonus. The indoor parking was also convenient. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had no problems. If we go for another game, I'll definitely be looking for this hotel again.
- MLife31 (2/5): Rude Staff, Dirty Rooms - Extremely dusty, musty, and dirty rooms. The curtain was disgusting. The staff are rude and condescending. They look at everyone like someone's going to steal something. It speaks volumes what they think of their clientele. Never again. Plenty of far better quality hotels nearby for this overpriced cost. Stayed at a nearby holiday inn express before and by far was leagues better and cheaper -- shocker. I would definitely suggest booking anywhere but here.
- CW (8/5): - The staff at the hotel was very friendly and extremely helpful, recommending great places to spend time and the easiest route to the stadium for the Niners game (an easy 2mi walk). The rooms were clean and well stocked. My only issue is that the person above me would not stop stomping and slamming doors at ALL HOURS - day and night. I've never called to complain, but I did twice on this stay and it seemed to just get worse. I wasn't offered another room or anything. All things considered, I'd stay again. Also, thank you to the wonderful lady on the cleaning staff for catching me on my way out because I'd forgotten my ear buds!
- 562emme32 (2/5): Never again - I've stayed here a few times with fine results. This last time the staff was really rude. I put in for a late check out like always when I checked in as I had a 90 minute business call later that day. No one said anything about that not being allowed that day. Next day at 1230 someone starts banging on my door, says it's the front desk. They aren't honoring late check outs since they have a concert that night, says I need to leave now. I'm still eating brunch, haven't showered, have a business call at 2pm. I told her when I checked in no one said anything, she said too bad I need to leave now. No apologies, nothing. I did my business call sitting in the parking lot in the heat. If this is the way they treat people I'll stay somewhere else for my business trips for the next two months. What's the point is being loyal and staying 124 nights a year so far if they're going to yell at you when they messed up?

- rwheeler1977 (8/5): Great pick! - We rolled into town about 8:30pm on Thursday and were taking care of by Ben who kindly upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. Maybe it had something to do with me looking like a frazzled Mom with 3 kids in tow or because my husband is a Platinum member. Either way it was well appreciated and a great start to our stay. The place looks brand new but when I asked I was told it was 5 years old. Our first night we noticed one of the showers in our room was not getting warm so the next day I informed the gal at the front desk and sure enough by the time we returned that evening from California Great America it was fixed. Great hotel to choose if you are looking for good service, conveniently located to restaurants, clean modern rooms, kitchens and a free breakfast. The only down side is it does not have a pool.
- 435reneen (10/5): LOVED this hotel - We were recently on a family trip where we stayed at 4 different hotels. I just saw the rating for this one and was baffled at how the hotel we hated most from our recent trip (big gaps around the door, light and noise from the hallway, unsafe area, bad smell, uneasy about the cleanliness, etc) was rated higher and considered in the same hotel class as this one, when this FAR exceeded the other hotel and our expectations, so I had to write a review. We had had a bad trip leading up to this, so we desperately needed our luck to turn around. We were in a gap where we had nowhere to go and I was travelling with 3 kids (two teens and a 5 year old). The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating and allowed us to check in 2 hours early, which I SO appreciated. The lobby is very nice and welcoming. They do a cute little theme with the candy on the reception desk every day which the kids loved. And they put out fresh baked cookies in the evening. I desperately needed to do laundry and their laundry facilities were very nice and clean, and of course locked, which made me feel safe leaving my belongings to wash. There was a filtered water machine in the lobby as well to refill water bottles, which I thought was a nice touch. When we arrived in our room I was so happy to see how lovely it was. We got a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite which had a living area, sofa bed, dining table, and a full kitchen with all the amenities. This was super helpful when travelling with a family, to be able to do some shopping and stock the refrigerator and cook if needed. It was incredibly helpful to be able to spread out and not all be sleeping in the same space or taking turns with the bathroom. I appreciated finding this option more than I can say. The internet, TVs and cable worked really well (which, trust me, was not the case at the other 3 hotels we stayed at). You wouldn't think I'd have to give kudos for clear television and channel guides lol! but like I said, it was a bad trip. The room was super clean and very well appointed. There was a laundry basket in the closet to my surprise. Little things like that make all the difference. The bed was comfy, there were plenty of pillows (4 on each bed) and lots of drawers, even in the bathroom, which I loved. We didn't have any issues with noise at all and I felt like the area was really safe. There are restaurants nearby - literally a very short walk - as well as a Whole Foods and some other shops across the street. It's close to the freeway and Great America, which is nice and convenient. I liked that there was a recycling bin in the room as well. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. I really appreciated that they had almond milk and even chocolate almond milk as options. Both of my girls have lactose issues so they were excited about that. All in all, this is one of my favorite hotels so far. It's not the Five Seasons, but it's really nice and comfortable. They don't charge for parking, unlike the Embassy Suites next door. There really is no reason to gouge your customers like that when they're already paying hundreds of dollars a night. The one thing I wish they had was a pool, but regardless, I'd definitely stay here again.
- KenVicLee (10/5): Took The Test and......Passed! - A group of people were in town to attend a memorial service. I was using my Marriott points but when others asked for a recommendation, I hesitated to recommend this hotel. It seemed there were other hotels in the area at this price point that they might enjoy more. As it turned out everyone wanted to be at the same hotel. There were seven couples that booked here. It ended up being a great decision because after quizzing reception I was informed we could use the breakfast area on a first come basis to host an informal gathering of our friends. We used it the night most folks arrived and the following night after the reception. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Our friends all raved about the suite set up, one not familiar to most of them who had never stayed at a TownePlace before. We were happy TownePlace passed the test.

(See picture) - bathroom door swings into the bed (See picture) — this is super annoying especially in the middle of the night - bed is extremely soft and offers no back support - Limited bathroom counter space (same problem with all TownPlace rooms. I may stay here again based on the location and price, but I would do so reluctantly because of the CONs.

- Timk004 (8/5): An easy, comfortable and welcoming stay - This is a nice hotel. Spacious, well-designed rooms with easy access to Silicon Valley. Very welcoming (nothing is too much trouble) staff, a very, very comfy bed and a good breakfast bar. This is an easy place to stay.
- Bosfurus (8/5): Nice surprise in Santa Clara, good for a home type of stay!! - This place surprised me, I selected it because it was close to the main addresses I had to visit, so could move very good with little traffic in San Jose area. Room was a bit small but very well organized, had a nice kitchen and good TV service and internet worked great. Lobby had a convenient store with good food options to prepare in your room. Staff was always very friendly. It has undercover parking, which was great to avoid having a hot car when leaving during the day. Hotel is close to several restaurants and supermarkets. Only item I would improve is the breakfast: not may food options, quality was good though. sitting area was small, so at peak time in the morning there was no place to sit. I definitely recommend it for business stay in the area!
