Daniel (8/5): - Wir durften mit unserem klein Bus nicht auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels parken obwohl wir in die Makierung des Parkplatzes gepasst haben. Im gegensatz zu den SuV der anderen Gäste. ICh denke sie wollten nur keine Monteur Busse vor dem Hotel stehen haben (Obwohl weiẞ neutral ohne werbung ). Kostenpflichtig Parken mussten wir in Kauf nehmen und kein engegenkommen des Hotels. In der Beschreibung war ausdrücklich Parkplätze vorhanden angegeben.

Jennifer (7/5): Good overnight stay in Zürich. - Staff were very friendly. The location near a bus stop was helpful. Even though we had a car, we took the bus into the city center so we didn’t have to pay for parking. Room was big. We had no issues.

Anna (10/5): Great staff and convenient location. - The staff was very helpful and kind - our room was on the ground floor and they offered to switch us upstairs in case we found it too noisy. There was free water, coffee, tea in the room and also in the reception area. The breakfasts were also great with a lot of options including lactose free milk and yoghurts, local breads, and lots of fresh fruit and vegetable options. The hotel is close to a train station and there is a tram line going into the city center located within 5 minute walk. The bed was on the smaller side, but still perfectly manageable for 2 people.

Yvan (8/5): Je peux sans problème recommander cet établissement - La chambre était spacieuse, un réfrigérateur est nu plus selon moi. Il y a un bureau pour y travailler un peu. La salle de bains/WC est fonctionnelle et suffisamment grande selon moi. Le déjeuner est bien et assez complet. J'ai essayé pour la première fois le coin fitness. Petit mais pour faire un peu de sport est suffisant selon moi. Il est possible de laisser les bagages à l'hôtel pour les récupérer un peu plus tard dans la journée. Merci La literie n'est pas optimale pour moi, j'aime les matelas un peu plus dur, mais c'est individuel. Les coussins ne sont pas top pour moi, mais pour un séjour de quelques jours, c'est bien. Le prix du parking est trop élevé selon moi.

Elke (6/5): - Wir buchten ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen und bekamen ein Minizimmer mit einem sehr schmalen Bett, eine Seite an der Wand , eine Zudecke, eigentlich ein Zimmer für 1 Person , Jugendherbergsniveau. Wir konnten auf Nachfrage gegen einen Aufpreis von 25 Franken pro Nacht in ein größeres Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett umbuchen.

Danielle (10/5): Comfortable hotel for exploring Zurich - The entire hotel was clean. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Staff were nice and welcoming. They had great parking options. I wish it was a little closer to a bus stop but honestly I can’t complain about that cause it was a 5 minute walk.

Ruamay (8/5): Great base in Zurich - We stayed in Zurich for a week. We got trains from Zurich Airport via Hauptbahnhof to Altstetten Station and the Flag was a 10 min walk from the station. We were greeted at reception by Sero, a very friendly & professional young man who made us feel very welcome. Whilst checking us in, he noted it was my birthday during our stay. He directed us towards a seated area where we could have a drink of water or make tea/coffee. He directed us to the local supermarket (Aldi & Coop). When we got to our room there was a b'day card on the table and some sweet edibles. Such a kind gesture. Other lovely staff we dealt with were Felix & Christian. There were complimentary bottles of still & sparkling water in the decent sized fridge and tea bags & coffee pods (Nespresso machine provided). These are just provided on arrival and not replaced during a guest's stay. There is a kitchen sink, cutlery, crockery & glasses provided too. The bed was very comfortable and there is a good sized bathroom. Towels changed daily. Breakfast is available too. For a continental breakfast we thought it was very good and set us up for the day. We'd strongly recommend this place to stay in whilst visiting Zurich.

Christian (6/5): Ok, but... - General comfort Location Staff Underground parking Soundproofing: I could clearly hear my neighbors on both sides (snoring and private activities) throughout the night. To make matters worse, the room felt very stuffy, and I had to keep the windows open just to breathe comfortably. The breakfast was also a letdown and didn't meet expectations.

Antje (8/5): Modern accomodation - great for a short trip - The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I also really appreciated the location which was quiet and well-suited to my needs. However, the sound insulation could be improved. The walls seemed quite thin and noise from the neighboring room (particularly snoring) made it really difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a good stay with friendly service and a great location, though light sleepers like myself may be affected by noise.
