- Thomas (8/5): Good overnight stay at a reasonable price. - Nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast offerings could have included sliced fresh fruit. TV had no instructions and found it difficult to operate.
- Breanna (10/5): - Clean easy to book and comfortable bed Staff took forever to come to the counter when we arrived as well as when we came down to ask for extra towels
- Jane (10/5): -
- Jose & Stef (10/5): A very comfortable and hassle-free stay with excellent service. - The suite was impressively spacious and kept very clean, which made the stay feel quite premium. I also really enjoyed the breakfast variety and the friendly attitude of the staff at check-in.
- Price (9/5): Excellent location for my work stay for the week! - Came here for work and had an excellent stay. Staff super friendly, very clean room with fridge and microwave in the room. Excellent location, stores, gas stations, WaWa and lots of places to eat. A target right up the road. 30 minutes from the Philly airport. Hotel has flavored water and a treat at the front each day. They do serve a breakfast every morning, I did not have it, but many people eating and it smelled delicious. There really was not anything I did not like.

- Justin R (7/5): - Nice breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, all the typical amenities. Lobby and dinning area was very hot. Tv was in an odd location between the rooms and unable to pivot to view from living room and bedroom. Needes to be on a pivoting wall mount.

- Compass38565074591 (2/5): Would not recommend unprofessional staff - We recently stayed at this hotel during a youth hockey playoff weekend. We fully expected the property to be busy with teams, and that was not an issue. What was disappointing, however, was the staff at the hotel and the unprofessionalism displayed.
From check-in, the front desk employee on duty was unfriendly and dismissive. Later that evening, the same employee came out yelling to a lobby full of guests regarding what appeared to be an isolated noise complaint of kids. Rather than addressing the matter calmly and professionally, she raised her voice and aggressively reprimanded a group of parents whose children were not involved. The tone was heated and inappropriate for a hotel filled with families. Shortly afterward, an unrelated fight broke out in the lobby in front of numerous parents and young children, and police were called. While hotels cannot control every guest’s behavior, staff are responsible for maintaining order and de-escalating tense situations. Based on what we witnessed, that did not happen here.
The following day, a security guard wearing handcuffs and what appeared to be a bulletproof vest patrolled the hallways to monitor the children. While we understand the importance of supervision during busy tournament weekends, the level of security felt excessive and intimidating for young guests. What should have been a fun weekend ended with our child upset and asking to leave. Overall, we were disappointed by the lack of professionalism and cannot recommend staying at this property.

- GoPlaces44853754378 (2/5): Would Not Recommend. I professional Staff - We just stayed at this hotel during a hockey tournament and wish we booked elsewhere. The woman at the front desk, ‘Sonya’ was rude from the minute we checked in. At around 9:40pm she confronted an entire lobby full of guests threatening everyone by screaming over an isolated noise complaint that easily could have been handled calmly and professionally. Instead she was being extremely hostile with the entire room. At some point a fight broke out. I am not even sure what was going on or how that transpired. However, it was an awful situation for my kids to have to witness and I believe all of this escalation could have been avoided had she properly handled the situation from the start instead of immediately threatening everyone. On top of all of this, the following day, the hotel had a security guard with handcuffs and what looked like a bullet proof vest patrolling the hallways to ensure the kids were quiet. We felt like this was way over the top and was also frightening to the kids who were staying there. I would not recommend this hotel. They really need to train their staff better.
- NJMeeks (2/5): Not a Safe or Professional Environment for Families - The hotel was fully booked with youth hockey teams, which is fine — that’s to be expected during tournament weekends. What was not acceptable was how the staff handled the situation in the lobby. An employee aggressively reprimanded a group of parents for behavior that was unrelated to them or their children. The tone was heated, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a family hotel environment.
Shortly after, an unrelated fight broke out in the lobby in front of numerous families and young children. Police were called. While guest behavior can’t always be controlled, staff are responsible for maintaining order and de-escalating situations. That clearly did not happen here.
Based on what we witnessed, the individuals working that shift did not demonstrate the professionalism, judgment, or temperament required for hospitality roles — especially in a hotel that actively books youth sports teams.
What should have been a fun weekend ended with our child upset and asking to leave. We cannot recommend staying here.
- huntero783 (2/5): This place is worse than hell - This place was horrible we brought a dog and the front desk said it’s ok but the next day getting breakfast they kicked us out for the dog case someone was complaining about allergies even if it was a service dog nothing is different why the hell is this place so bad
- MaryEllen (10/5): We would definitely stay again! - Room was spacious. Shower was perfect with extra jets for the back. Bed and pillows were comfy and a good selection for breakfast. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre.
- Deana (10/5): It was just what we were looking for at a great price. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were quiet. - Clean, quiet, centrally located
- Jill (10/5): - Spacious rooms with good amenities, comfortable beds and pillows, good showers, and nice breakfast! Highly recommend!!

- Melvin (1/5): I house cleaner person was standing in hallway next to the cart and on the phone - Mrs Rose at the front desk Hair was in my washcloth and my towel.
I was eating my dinner. I’ve stepped out to get some ice. I returned back to the room. Aunts was all over my food. I took it down stairs and showered it to the staff. They changed my room, but clothing I had come from the cleaners was left in the closet when I asked front desk about it. They had all balled up in a plastic bag. . This is the second time that I have been there and hair was found in my room. The first time was so bad. I slept in a small chair because a lot of hair in my bed.. They gave me a discount this time was worse than the first time. I paid my the bill in full, which I don’t understand. I normally go there every two weeks. for the last five months for my job, I would not be going back there anymore house cleaning is the worst.

- Roberto (10/5): Very quiet and comfortable - I would book again Clean
- David (8/5): good value for the money - Very good facility with decent fitness facility with an indoor pool. No restaurant but did offer a decent breakfast. No in-room safe which was unfortunate. Also, TV was placed in such a way as to be uncomfortable to watch from with the couch or bed. Also, TV remote control was very basic and hard to use. Shower was weak and toilet was not separate from the shower. No restaurant but did offer a decent breakfast. No in-room safe which was unfortunate. - Sofia (10/5): Enjoyable - Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed, highly recommended!
- SassyParalegal (6/5): Excellent service offset by too much noise - The area is excellent, very safe and lots of useful stores (Acme/Target) within walking distance. Checkin was very easy and everyone was very personable and friendly. The gym is spacious and I used it well. There also appears to be a small pool. Wifi- excellent. My biggest problem was the noise level. Yes, noise comes with every hotel but this one in particular was very noisy to the point it affected my sleep for two nights in a row. I had a literal elephant upstairs and what sounded like very young students next door who seem to think this is a dorm at all hours of the night. Bathroom was beautifully done but had issues. The shower door wouldn't close shut fully so I had water on my floors. Sink would not drain unless I held up the stopper. The toilet continued to run and run after a flush. Luckily, I know basic plumbing so I opened up the tank and realized the flapper was malfunctioning so I took care of it. However, sticking my hand into a toilet tank at a hotel of this level isn't my idea of fun. Ask to be put on the 4th floor and hope you have respectable neighbors.
- Tim C (9/5): Lovely hotel that is comfortable and loved the shower. - The layout of the spacious room. The lobby was nicely decorated and designed. Parking was ample and convenient. We did not like the breakfast. At least the other hotels that we stayed in during this vacation had potatoes without meat. We are vegan and vegetarian in a pinch, and the offerings at this breakfast buffet were inadequate. We did not eat here the second morning. Also; although I loved the layout of our room, I did not like the fact that the toilet was not closed off and too open.
- Jodi (10/5): The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and even able to check us in early. The room was very spacious with a large -
- Shirley (9/5): -
- June (10/5): - Great location
- Adebayo (2/5): - Poor customer service and I could not even connect the TV to access my paid subscriptions except the local channels.
- Tara (7/5): -
- Lauren (10/5): - The hotel was beautiful and seemed brand new. Staff was friendly and available. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds and big closets. I will stay here again.
- Peter (8/5): - The room should have a safe included for valuables, frustrating when you have to take everything with you when you go out for hours at a time
- Arrigo (10/5): -
- Alfred J (10/5): - I was there for a short time. Every staff member I came in contact with from checking in to checking out where very cordial.
- Ylorie (10/5): - Clean, spacious room. Quiet hotel near shopping. Convenient with breakfast included.
- Francis (8/5): Everything looks good! - CLean , space and good location Bathroom needs more hangers for clothes before shower
- Payne (10/5): Great stay - Clean, friendly
- Jennifer (8/5): great hotel to stay for a long week with family - Decent place to stay for the week for day trips in the area. They do have a great free breakfast setup. This hotel is so close to everything-shopping, entertainment, parks. It's only 20-25 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. Would definitely stay there again when visiting the area.
- Franca (4/5): - Why delay all the times
- Elise (10/5): - Clean and spacious hotel. Guest hospitality
- Quineeya (6/5): - Free breakfast was good!

- Zandarina (8/5): - Locaton
- Kayla (9/5): -
- Michael (10/5): - Staff that checked us in was awesome. The whole staff was awesome and treated like family. First time at a hotel that the staff was so welcoming.
- Meghan (8/5): Nice value & safe location. - Good breakfast, mostly clean property, friendly staff. Pool was kinda green looking, ice cold, & there was so much chlorine in it that the kids couldn’t comfortable swim. My 2 year olds lips and hands turned purple very quickly so we just got out. Which made her sad. Found hair on the bathroom floor which was gross.
- Corlis (10/5): -
- Yary30 (10/5): - That pool closed while it was raining outside
- Phillytravelguy929 (2/5): Look elsewhere - Had the very unfortunate experience of staying at Spring Hill Marriott Voorhees. This is not the Marriott you maybe accustomed to. This property is dated and has flaws. Upon checking in I was given room 302 as I approached the elevator bank only one was in service on a busy weekend. After finally getting to my room I discovered there was no electricity in the room. I was then given room. 312 smack dab in front of the elevator bank. You would think after being inconvenienced they would give me a nicer room but I didn't complain. As for the room itself the furniture was scratched and a very strong ammonia smell that brought tears to my eyes. Another issue I encountered was the enclosed shower. The seals around the door needs to be replaced. Upon exiting the shower nothing but puddles of water on the floor. So after showering I'm put to work wiping up water. Another issue is the room refrigerator. The refrigerator makes loud noises seems like every 20 minutes. This made sleeping very difficult if you're a light sleeper combined with the foot traffic outside my door. This place is in desperate need of renovations. I would not recommend staying here.
- Steven (10/5): - Everything is great
- Moore (10/5): - The shower The price 377.00
- habs1609 (8/5): Good hotel, good location - We stayed here one night. Hotel was clean and has a good location. Not to far from I-295 & there are several restaurants nearby ,plus a movie theater. About a 20 or so minute ride (depending on traffic) to the Cherry Hill Mall area. There is a supermarket across the side street and a Target nearby.
Room was clean and the beds comfortable. Ample parking with good lighting. Only room negative was the placement of the TV. It was on the wall, halfway between the beds & sitting area of the room. So watching was so-so.
The lobby bar appears to be open from 5 to 10. There is a free breakfast but we didn't have any.
- Patricia (6/5): - Unfortunately, there was a very large group staying at the same time. Biggest issue was overcrowding of breakfast amenities. Both toasters heat up but don't toast. Second night we had very loud banging above us, but thankfully it stopped by 10 pm. Lastly, the tv and remote are not user friendly and we really could figure out how to go mire than one chanel.
