We truly love the atmosphere, the service, and the warm attitude toward guests. A special thank you to Nur and Serpil for the excellent room cleaning. They always kept everything perfectly clean and made lovely surprises for us every day — beautiful towel swans and hearts on the bed. It was such a sweet touch and made our stay even more special. The staff and hotel owners are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You really feel like an appreciated guest here. The sea is very close, only about 300 meters away. The beach belongs to the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy freshly caught fish cooked right there by the sea — absolutely delicious and a wonderful experience. Thank you to the whole hotel team for another amazing vacation! We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
- Gulnar (9/5): - В 1 день на респешн очень неприветливый молодой человек, который вместо приветствия, сказал грубо : заселение в 14-00. О чем и без него было известно и везде написано. Но в часов 11-00 удачно сменился друной менеджер по имени Ахмед, очень внимательный и дружелюбный, быстро решила наши все вопросы и заселились в номер. После тоже всегда с улыбкой встречал и провожал. Очень достойный и профессиональный менеджер. .Пляж в 5 минутах, там же много закусочных и кафе. Магазины и кафе тоже много и относительно недалеко от отеля. Завтраки обильные и разнообразные. Номера чистые, вид на море прекрасный жили на 8 этаже. С коридора отличный вид на водопад.ю. Уже второй раз в этом отеле, при возможности вернусь. Нет зубных щёток. Но в принципе это не проблема.
- Wojdyła (1/5): - NIE POLECAM! I flew all the way from Poland for a long-planned holiday, only to find the hotel completely closed upon arrival. No warning, no email—just a note on the door. The service was a nightmare. When I called the provided number, the staff accused me of ignoring renovation info they never even sent (they didn't even have my email!). The staff refused to speak English and ignored me completely, speaking only Turkish to my friend. They moved us to a substandard apartment that had none of the amenities I paid for (no pool, no sea view, no private beach). Save your money and nerves. This place is unprofessional and treats guests with zero respect. Avoid at all costs!
- Viktoryia (1/5): Ужаснее отеля не было в моей жизни - Вообще я предпочитаю писать позитивные отзывы, чтобы давать подтверждение сильным сторонам. Но в данном отеле я не могу этого сделать. Мы приехали семьёй и были очень разочарованы. В отеле был ремонт полностью на всех этажах. Наш номер был единственный жилой на этаже, остальные ремонтировали, поэтому везде был мусор и грязь. В номере не было света, когда мы заселялись и нам меняли лампочку, когда мы уже заселились. Были оборваны шторы. мы заказали номер люкс с панорамным видом на море, но окна были настолько грязные, что панорамный вид не удался. С самого утра в 7 00 работники начинали работать в соседних номерах и шумели, что мешало отдыху. Мы пошли на завтрак и в этот момент прорвало трубу наверху и на наш столик и на нас хлынула вода сверху. Муж не выдержал и попросил нас переселить. Нам предложили другой отель далеко от моря и цивилизации. Мы туда переехали. Когда нам показывали номер, ноги прилипали к полу и у нас и у сотрудника этого отеля. Мы попросили помыть полы. Их не помыли. Через 2 часа мы опять попросили их помыть и их наконец-то вымыли. Мне муж подарил розы. Я попросила на ресепшене, чтобы у цветов обрезали кончики стебля и поставили в вазу. Мне дали ножницы и вазу и сказали, что я могу сделать всё сама. Я возмутилась, что я гость и хотела бы, чтобы цветы стояли у меня в номере. И только после этого их отнесли мне в номер. На завтрак я попросила, чтобы мне пожарили яичницу и мне персонал кухни сказала, что ей не хочется этого делать. Я была в шоке, после чего она пошла взяла продукты и пожарила мне яичницу. Мы уехали в город и оставили открытым выход на террасу. После нашего приезда в номере был ужасный запах кошачьей мочи. Номер не убирали ни разу и не выносили мусор все 3 дня, что мы там пробыли.

- Tatyana (8/5): Приємне враження - Сподобався вид з вікна( на море), сподобалось розташування ( близько до аеропорта), сподобався привітний персонал, який швидко допомагав при виникненні проблем. Треба мати на увазі, що близькість до аеропорта це і плюс, і мінус. Велика кількість літаків з міста і в місто забезпечує цікаве видовище кожного дня, але і надає великий шум та запах палива.
- Rafika (9/5): Again, thank you for the staff that made our trip. - We had an amazing experience during our 7-day stay in Antalya ( we added an additional three days). The location was perfect—close to everything, so we didn’t need to travel far to see the popular spots. The staff made our trip even more memorable with their warmth and hospitality. A special mention goes to Ederim or was it spelled Ederip (forgive me if I got the name slightly wrong), the front desk representative. He truly made us feel like family. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible in Antalya, and our family will always remember his kindness. We also want to thank Nour, the housekeeper, who was always so friendly and caring. She made sure we were comfortable every day, and her kindness really stood out to us. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! Oh also, the breakfast is amazing. Variety of selections. The staff downstairs were also very kind.
- Abdollah (9/5): Wonderful - I loved my stay , we traveled for destination marriage , the view was panoramic and perfect on the 6th floor, we had the sea view and the fall , very romantic for a couple . The staff were amazing , shoutout to berkon my friend , he is an angel ,gave us the best room , helped me surprise my fiance, got me cake . I was at the front desk everyday and he was just so patient and nice with me , he also gave us a lot of discount for extended stay and laundry .. he is amazing , housekeeping was great as well , nargis checked on us everyday to clean our room she’s awesome she gave us some turkish sweets , noor too she made us romantic swans with towels on bed . The pool was clean and nice , the location is great .close to the airport ,chill and quiet , close to the sea . Also close to many cafes & restaurants . Breakfast was good . I loved it The shower could be better , it was either cold or hot . Everything else was great .

В ванной сильная слышимость, как будто другой номер моется в вашем. Бронировали с видом на море, дали на первом этаже без вида. Ближайшее кафе - 10 мин от отеля. Рядом военная база, в отеле много военных. Отель не для комфортного отдыха точно. С детьми не советую

Уборка каждый день . За завтраком персонал обслуживает хорошо Лифт на нашем этаже не останавливался и не вызывался. Приходилось с другого этажа вызывать, переходить по крутой винтовой лестнице. Завтраки одинаковые , без мяса или сосисок. Не вкусные. Мы ели только яичницу .В душе непонятно что с водой, она то кипяток, то холодная. Не регулируется. Ремонт устарел . Бассейн с грязной водой, купаться нельзя.

Классные виды из окон с верхних этажей За четыре дня убрались только один раз, проложенная меняют только после напоминания. Воду тоже не поставили. Сейф в первый день работал, на второй сломался. На этажах грязный ковролин. Лифт старый и очень медленный, один раз даже застряли. И цена недешевая на отель что самое удивительное.

- Andrei (10/5): Прекрасный отель в дорогом красивом районе - Расположение в интересном районе с шикарными пляжами. Дают браслет с бесплатным доступом в пляжный клуб. Завтрак достаточно хороший за такую стоимость. Есть бассейн и сауна. Есть много интересных мест для релакса. Казалось что близко к аэропорту, но ехать примерно полчаса.

Noise from the planes taking off is really loud and I slept at the hotels located directly at airport before. Weird smell in the room and in the corridor.

The hotel needs much renovation,the bathroom is so old ,like a cave.Not to much space for your luggage.So,l recommend only if you are forced by location like was us. Everything must change if they want to stay in business,without investment you can not offer a pleasant stay at the hotel! The prices at the beach bar are huge even in the extraseason!

- Michelle (10/5): I would go back without my eldery mother. - I liked the food, very tasty and fresh. Servers was good and friendly. The hotel restaurant is off site on the beach. This was a problem because my 85 year mother in a wheelchair get there easily. The hotel did help by driving us to the beach there and back.

Coffee was very bad but I recommend to drink the turkish tee (mix with hot water) Next to the building is a huge military zone, you have to walk a lot to get to the next bus station.

- camilla (5/5): Budget hotel, virker slidt, men morgenmadsbuffeten er god. Roligt område en del udenfor centrum. - God morgenmadsbuffet Til pengene, fornuftig overnatning. Små slidte hotelværelser, der er ringe lydisoleret. Der står tilfældige skrald og ting på gangen. Præsenterer sig ikke så godt. Mindre pool m koldt vand, men fint område. Hotellet var slidt og der stod skrald på gangen. Placeringen er ca 30min m taxa fra Antalyas centrum og virker lidt øde, men dejlig roligt. De løse hunde er en udfordring for personer det er bange for hunde. Men nok uundgåeligt. Hyggeligt med alle kattene, der kommer og vil kæles med, hvis man kan lide dem.

- Patience (5/5): Es passt für eine normale Aufenthalt aber nicht für einen 4-5 Stern Hotel wo der Aufenthalt schön modern und sauber gema - Die Aussicht auf das Meer, und die hilfsbereiteschaft, der Strand Beach Club Restaurants Hammer allgemein der Ort an sich ist toll. Für den Preis ist es zu hoch es entspricht nicht die Bilder wo man Online sieht und die Bewertungen auch nicht. Und das Frühstuck war nicht vielfältig genug und die Getränken auch nicht.

Очень понравилось вафельное покрывало очень качественное. Завтрак разнообразный , большой выбор всего. Но кофемашины отстой Отвратительный кофе в автомате на завтрак. Полагаю надо тщательнее полоскать посуду, мне попалась одинираз чашка я сильным запахом хлора

Sahile maksimum 5 dakika uzaklıkta kendilerine ait olan Yakamoz Beach'te denize giriyorsunuz, marketlere yakın, hastahane, fırın, duraklara yakın bir otel. Ulaşım açısından hiç bir şekilde sorun yaşamadık. Bizim normalde tuttuğumuz oda yandan deniz manzaralı olan odalardan biriymiş ancak oda doluluğundan olsa gerek ful deniz manzaralı odada kaldık. Manzarası inanılmaz güzel. Genel olarak konaklamamız sorunsuz ve güzel geçti. Tek sorun şu ki otel biraz eski. Eskiden ziyade bakımsız. Pencereler oldukça kirli, tuvalet banyoda bulunan duşakabin sorunlu. Ses yalıtımı yok. Herkesin sesini çok net duyabiliyorsunuz. Lavabolar sanırım kireçten zor açılıp kapanıyor ve üzerleri lekeli. Mutfakta kullanılan suyun arıtma olduğu söyleniyor ama bariz bir çeşme suyu tadı mevcut. Asansör çok eski ve çok yavaş. Odalarda dolap yok malesef, portmanto gibi bir şey var, bu açıdan da bence eksi değerlendirmemi sağlayan unsurlardan biri. Otelde kablosuz internet var, çalışanlar yorumların aksine gayet her şeyde yardımcı olmaya özen gösterdiler. Bir haftalık tatil sonunda, arkadaşım otelde kalmaya devam etmeye karar verdi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Mükemmellik beklemeyin. Bizim gibi sadece uyumak için oteli kullanacaksanız, fiyatına göre çok iyi bir otel.

The rooms are poor; there's no dedicated place in the shower stall to put toiletries, the sink still has old stains, no closet with a door, and few hangers. In short, the quality of the materials, goods, and services are poor. The elevator is dirty and very slow, and the glass covering the outside of the elevator is dirty. The receptionist is out of sorts, has no communication skills, and doesn't feel like talking or giving information, in summary impolite and No friendly! The person who insists on offering massages and taking guests to the spa! He insists insists...You have to leave your room keycard in its designated place to get the lights, and when you leave the room, the air conditioning and refrigerator turn off, leaving everything hot when you return!

L’emplacement était top pour se détendre pas trop proche des commerces etc … mais tout se fesait à pied top !!! Personnel au top Franchement propreté pas ouf meme si la dame de ménage passait tous les matins, l’hôtel reste ancien un bon rafraîchissement serait mieux. Choqué pas de jus au p’tit déjeuner !!!! Très déçue

- Dietmar (8/5): - Zimmer war sauber; bekammen 9. Stock (Letzten) mit seitlichen Meerblick. Nachteil der Privatstand ist ca. 300-500m zu Fuß weg; Pool ist Deto Okay; auch Frühstück und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Lage nahe am Flughafen, daher etwas Lärm.

- Donna (2/5): It was not great nothing in the area was very residential and the hotel was very tired looking - Only nice part was the pool area It was tired our room was scruffy the phone was smashed the light fitting hanging off the shower leaked no balcony and the planes were going by out window all night
