• Pari10 (7/5): Hotel with good rooms in higher floors! - Location is excellent! Narrow elevator. Both good and bad reviews are exactly correct. It depends on which floor you get the room! Good reviews refer to higher floors if your room does not smell cigarette. Bad reviews refer to lower floor rooms which are completely different story.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Busbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz nah. Draußen war es nicht laut. Es gab einen Aufzug zu den Zimmer. Frühstücksauswahl war mager, für den Preis. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut , Busverbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem war es draußen angenehm ruhig. Ein Aufzug zu den Zimmern ist vorhanden. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war allerdings für den Preis eher begrenzt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sodass man sich zu zweit kaum bewegen konnte. Es gab keinen ausreichenden Platz für Koffer. Shampoo wurde nicht automatisch nachgefüllt. Hinweise an das Reinigungspersonal (z. B. das Zimmer nicht zu reinigen oder an einem bestimmten Tag nicht zu betreten) wurden nicht sofort berücksichtigt. Außerdem war die Beleuchtung im Zimmer sehr schlecht, besonders zum Schminken.

• nouha randa (7/5): Worth the money but the evening staff needs more training - I stayed here few times and the place is nice and close to everything The staff are always the same the morning shift and the Night Shift are super nice however the staff who take the evening shift I believe he’s called Mehmet is very low in performance, on my first night he scared me as I was coming to my room around 6pm where he stopped my at the lift asking for my room number in a loud way next to other man who were in the lobby , i felt very uncomfortable to share my room number as so many people were around and I didn’t even recognize the guy who claimed he is a staff , after that I just took my key and said I stay here but he kept asking and asking I ignored him and I asked him to stop ( I speak Turkish ) Later on he called me room randomly, I went down again and he said next to the guys sitting there your room is **** I felt So annoyed and. Wanted to leave but I had already a reservation for 2 days after I just started ignoring him whenever I see him.

• Lucia (8/5): A Wonderful Stay - I recently stayed at The 22 Hotel in Istanbul for the second time, and once again, it was a really lovely experience. The hotel has such a nice and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are always kind and helpful, which makes you feel comfortable right away. We had an apartment with a beautiful view of Istanbul, and it made the stay even more special, waking up to that view every morning was just amazing. The location of the hotel is also perfect, close to many great spots, restaurants, and public transport, so it’s very easy to get around the city. Everything was clean, cozy, and well taken care of, which is why I came back for a second stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

• Jovana (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - I could have died in this hotel due to FIRE that broke out! - Nothing, I almost died in this hotel. We had a fire on the 7th floor in front of room 701 during our stay. The fire started due to the leak from the cealing that was leaking the whole day and the hotel staff did nothing but put two towels to soak the water. The wall with electric instalations got wet and at 2AM the fire broke out where the leak was. Despite the gravity of the situation, the hotel staff failed to take immediate action. I had to extinguish the fire myself, evacuate seven floors in panic, and only then did they call emergency services. Their negligence put my safety at serious risk. The lack of responsibility extended further, as the hotel did not offer adequate medical support during or after the incident. the trauma and negligence I experienced have left me with no option but to pursue legal action and a lawsuit has already been filed, and the process is in progress. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this hotel, given their failure to ensure safety and provide appropriate assistance during emergencies. This experience not only ruined my trip but has also led to long-term health and legal implications.

It is just a short hill to the hotel so not too bad and taxis can drop you off at the front of the hotel When we asked the staff to show us the room before we made a payment…HE STARTED LASHING OUT ON US! I was in utter shock because they usually allow us to see the room but this front desk staff was not pleased to hear that and started arguing with us very loudly. Not good.

All the staff working there is extremely nice, gentle, kind and supportive! The guys working at the reception Serkan and Aslan are simply amazing, always in a good mood, ready to help! We have prolonged our stay two times and stayed for 2 weeks and a half in total. In this period we had changed our rooms - we stayed at one standard room and in two suites. This was our wish and of course based on the availability. All the changes were smooth and easy with the help of Serkan and Aslan! All rooms were clean, comfortable, cosy, with all supplies needed! The rooms were cleaned and set up every day! The beds and the pillows were comfortable! The housekeepers were always smiling! The breakfast was good - salty and sweet choises, coffee or tea! The wi-fi was working perfectly! The location of the hotel is great. There are supermarkets, shops and places to eat or drink a coffee, actually there is everything! It was easy to reach out the center - Bosphorus - have a nice walk or by bus/ subway! The subway is in 5 min. walk and many buses stop around, it is easy to reach out all parts of Istanbul! We would like to thank all the staff for making our stay that pleasant, taking care if us! We will see you soon! We really enjoyed and loved our stay!
