• Lena (7/5): Вартість відповідає якості. Зручна локація, все в пешій доступності . - Гарна локація, 7 хвилин від автовокзалу та 15 хвилин від центру. Добрий варіант зупинися на одну дві ночі. Сушка для рушників, є перевагою. Чемний персонал. Полотенця та постіль не найкращої якості пора вже обновити.

Арендовали номер с отдельным душем. Wi fi быстрый. Аэропорт в 3 км. Такси стоило 5 евро до него. Всё очень понравилось. Спасибо ❤️.

• Renée281 (10/5): Fantastic hostel and staff, especially Katerina 😍 - Amazing hostel, honestly one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had. What I appreciated the most was how quiet it was at night. I’m always worried about noise in hostels because I’m a very light sleeper, but here I slept incredibly well every single night. It was peaceful, respectful, and I was actually happy to come back every evening, which almost never happens to me in hostels. The staff were absolutely wonderful, probably the kindest hostel staff I’ve ever come across. A very special mention to Katerina, who was incredibly caring and attentive throughout my stay. She really made a difference and honestly made my stay so much better. Huge thanks to her, but truly everyone was lovely. The dorm was very spacious, super clean, with comfortable beds and an ensuite bathroom — everything I needed. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The location is also fantastic, only about 5 minutes walking from the Old Town gate. I would happily stay here again anytime. The only small thing I didn’t like was the bedding. You have to make your own bed when you arrive, which is totally fine, but the sheets, pillowcase, and the blanket cover were too small for the bed size. It was really annoying because the sheet kept coming off, and I was sleeping directly on the mattress for 4 nights. But honestly, that’s literally the only thing I can complain about. Everything else was absolutely fantastic.

• Yoshihiro (1/5): マナー無視の客、私を怒鳴りスーツケースを蹴った - スタッフは問題ありません。 建具が古く鍵が掛からないことがあった。セーフティボックスはありません。 なにより客の質が悪い。夜寝ているのにドアが壊れるほど大きな音を立てバタバタと騒音を立ててベットへ飛び込む様に倒れ、ラジオを大音量で鳴らし叫ぶ様な声で電話していた。私が静かにしてください、電話は部屋の外でしてくださいと言ったところ、私を怒鳴り散らし私のスーツケースを思い切り蹴飛ばしました。スタッフに来てもらい説明しましたが、結局私が部屋の変更を願い出て部屋を変えてもらいましたが、結局彼は部屋を独り占めする事に成功しました。マナーの無いウクライナ人でした。マナーを守れない客はその場で追い出すべきです。良識のあるバックパッカーよりも、仕事のため安い宿だからとマナー無視の客が多いパステルだと思い、私は二度と泊まりたくありません。良識のあるバックパッカーの皆さんは良く考えてホステルを選んでください。

• Martínez (7/5): Buena ubicación pero te recomiendo otra cosa - La ubicación del apartamento era excelente, muy cerca de la estación de tren y del casco antiguo Estaban sucios los cubre colchones, no había suficientes baños para todas las personas que había en la planta y las duchas estaban bastante sucias. Además, había arañas en los baños.

W pokoju po przyjeździe trochę zimno brak grzejnika, ogrzewanie tylko w łazience. Po pierwszej nocy poprosiliśmy o grzejnik do pokoju i bez problemu zostal wstawiony od razu zrobiło sie przyjemnie. Woda gorąca. Nie świeży zapach w pokoju wynikający najprapodobniej z lekkiej wilgoci oraz z tego że goście miło zakazu palą papierosy w pokojach i łazienkach ,zapach przedostaje sie przez wentylację .

• Mina (7/5): - The hostel is close to the old town entrance, you can walk to each point of the city center. Room was small but clean and the good thing was microwave in the room. Also, you can use kitchen in the public area. Staff was helpful. It it ok accommodation for a short stay.

Deux autres chambres de 3 un peu moins confortable avec douche et toilette partager avec l'étage. L'emplacement est impeccable proche du centre et de la gare.

• Amanda (9/5): - Staff were very kind and accommodating, always there to help. Beds were really comfortable and we felt safe the whole time. I had booked a triple room originally planning to travel with two other people, but when another friend joined us I reserved an additional single bed in a mixed dorm. When the receptionist checked us in, she upgraded us to a four-bed room which was great! It would have been nice to have a small mirror in our room but other than that everything was amazing.

• Sona (1/5): Circus - Location is nice, many stores nearby. Has big kitchen and tools to cook. Probably the worst place I have ever stayed in. When we arrived receptionist was creepy and he gave us bedsheets which were so dirty and smelly. The pillows and blankets in the room are 100 years old and so stinky. Room was not clean(had someone’s hair at the floor) and also at night we detected enormous croak head on the floor(window was closed ofc). These stuff is just nothing while I will tell you about circus happening at night. On second night of our staying there was extremely loud beeping of fire alarm. It was impossible to sleep. It was continuing 2 hours. Me and 2 guests went down to tell about problem. Receptionist lady gave 0 f@ck about it and ignored us all the time. She said “i am bot calling manager now, he is sleeping”. Bruh, we also want to sleep. Especially annoying part was that this night wifi was also not working so we couldn’t contact anyone. So receptionist lady was another level of rudeness and no caring at all so I am extremely unpleasant with it. I have never seen such level of unprofessionalism. Not recommending this olace at all. Thank you!

• Ignas (4/5): - Hostelyje gyvena tie patys žmonės, o ne turistai, aišku ir turistų yra. Turėjau nemalonią patirtį bendrame kambaryje. Musulmonas neleido užlipt į lovos antrą aukštą, nes atlikinėjo religines apeigas priešais lovą (norėjau pasiklot lovą). Tada kitas žmogus leido užlipt nuo jo lovos, o trečias (nuolatinis gyventojas) pradėjo rėkt ir grasint nemaloniais dalykais už tai, kad jam per garsiai į lovą lipu, nors viską dariau tyliai kaip pelė. Permiegot grįžau vėlai naktį ir mano pasiklotoje lovoje gulėjo nematytas žmogus ir visos lovos buvo užimtos, teko kviestis personalą, kad iškeldintų pasiklydėlį ir per naujo klotis lovą. Nuolatinis vėl pradėjo siautėt už triukšmavimą. Labai nemalonu.
