- Allan (6/5): Industrial-vibe stay where organization does other commercial things - Professionally-ran place with many talented staffs, its a nice place to relax, walk around safely. You can also hold like events there, weekends is a bit more people for their own event. Chill house vibe, quiet and safe at night. The breakfast is standard italy stuff, but they made the eggs, butter, bread, yogurt excellent. Very commercial vibe since they ran a huge olive and wine plantations. Monday there’s no available activities and although the area has a lunch place and a dinner place, the staffs will tell you they dont know anything else for meals outside their boundaries like even if can walk a little. Better to drive there else you have to spend 40euros to go out nearby, and come back another 40euros, theres no other options, staff are not on a personal level with you, so even if they can drive out after work its not their responsibility to help you. Its very transaction place, not that its bad, but i think since they run so many other business besides the stay, its just another place to stay. A hi and bye stay place. A bit mismatch of what i wanted which is on a personal level. Towels wont be changed, stayed for 3nights. But this is still a good place for a short stay, lay by the pool, relax, do nothing. Their meals are quite expensive, some good food like Risotto, and also depends what ingredients they have for the day. Toliet is a bit small, but im small sized so its still fine.

- Maria (9/5): Truly a Tuscan gem to escape from a noise of the world - Truly a Tuscan gem. Surrounded by olive trees, cypresses, and vineyards, this place is charming with its coziness, style, and the touch of nature in every detail. The owner is a wonderful lady, very open, attentive, and kind, and the staff were just as lovely. The food and wine, the atmosphere, the facilities, the amenities, and of course the nature - everything stole my heart. We’ll definitely be back. It has become our favorite spot in Tuscany.

Ideal para pasar unos días en pareja o relajarse entre viñedos y montañas. El último día el desayuno buffet lo montaron exclisivamente para nosotros! Fue un detalle increíble, eramos los únicos huéspedes ese día. No os marchéis sin probar su vino! Cuesta un poco llegar a la localización pero la paciencia merece la pena. Es un lugar excepcional y distinto.

- Sam (7/5): I really enjoyed my stay but the cost of some elements wasn’t reasonable - The views, setting and quality of food were all excellent. Rooms were clean and staff generally friendly. Some of the pricing left a bit of a sour taste: Room temperature flavoured tap water at the bar with strawberries in the jug being sold for €1 euro a glass was a little off. The breakfast was nice but it was expensive for €20 in terms of what you got for your money. Effectively, it was a mixture of cold meats, fruit, cereal and eggs Rooms and accommodation were spotless, characterful and very clean. The bathrooms could do with a little touching up. Some of the caulking and grout was starting to yellow.

From fruit, cereal, breads, cold meats, sweets, cooked eggs and bacon. Expresso cafes with a range of different cafes and different teas. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely little shop down the road for cold meats and cheeses (the BEST pesto) and wines. Wines available for purchase at Villa. Highlight was horse riding through vineyard it was amazing. Lovely town within driving distance with good supermarket. Not too far to drive to Pisa and Florence which were truly beautiful. We would highly recommend this breathtaking property. It recharged our travel batteries nicely. Only minor issue is room wasn’t soundproof but couldn’t fault our stay here.

- Pâmela (10/5): Perfeita! - A Fattoria Lavachio é incrível, eles tem uma ótima estrutura, o que garante muito conforto. Apesar de ser um pouco distante do centro da cidade (em média 12 minutos), o acesso é muito fácil, já que toda a estrada é asfaltada. O quarto é ótimo, super confortável, o banheiro muito bom também, eles fornecem shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido, que são produzidos com azeite de oliva próprio. A vista do lugar é maravilhosa, tipicamente Toscana. Fomos no outono, por isso não conseguimos usar a piscina, mas a área da piscina é muito legal e tem até um bar que abre no verão. Eles tem um wine bar onde é possível tomar vinho e comer panini e mais algumas delícias. Possuem diversas atividades, como caça a trufas, degustação de vinhos e equitação, mas não deu tempo de fazermos, infelizmente. O restaurante do local é excelente para o jantar. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, tudo muito gostoso. Nós amamos tudo e já estamos com muita vontade de voltar!

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. L'appartement pour 8 personnes ne bénéficie pas d'un accès direct au jardin (en bord de route) La maison se partage en 2 appartements et l'insonorisation est néante. Il y a donc beaucoup de bruit même si les voisins sont calmes. La literie est d'un autre âge.

- Emma (10/5): - This place was paradise. It was quiet, peaceful, and serene. The accommodation is very well-kept, the grounds always manicured, and facilities well maintained. The pool area was so relaxing and the food served at both restaurants absolutely beautiful. Staff were very helpful and kind. We did the horseriding activity and it was stunning and so enjoyable. The wine absolutely divine too. This place was just heaven for us after a busy few days in Rome and Florence, our only gripe is that we didn’t stay for longer!

- Annemieke (8/5): Mooie locatie met prachtig zwembad - De agriturismo ligt prachtig in de natuur en heeft een heel mooi zwembad. Het personeel is oprecht heel erg aardig en doet erg haar best het je naar de zin te maken. Kamer was prima verzorgd en we hebben heel goed geslapen. We hadden meer verwacht van het diner. De locatie met het terras buiten was prachtig en we hadden door alle reviews dan ook hoge verwachtingen van het eten. De voorgerechten waren prima maar daarna was alles in teveel olijfolie bereid. Was bijna onitaliaans. Misschien hebben wij het niet getroffen en had de kok een vrije dag?

The pool was a wonderful surprise after a very hot day on the road. The staff, especially Martina, was very kind and helpful. All was very high standard. However, its important to keep in mind there is no elevator... especially if one is over 70! Our advice is to bring a lightweight suitcase...

- Janine (7/5): Wer das Flair und das Ambiente der Toskana liebt, wird diese Unterkunft lieben - Das Ambiente war traumhaft, die Zimmer wie gewünscht rustikal und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Anfahrt dauert etwas und man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Unterkunft etwas abgelegener ist. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, dies ist allerdings auch dem Alter der Unterkunft geschuldet. Dies muss vorab bewusst sein und ist somit vollkommen vertretbar. Die Olivenölverkostung mit Besichtigung der Mühle ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Spezialitäten des Hauses, der Wein, das hauseigene Olivenöl sowie die Küche sind wirklich erstklassig in Qualität und Service! Die Unterkunft wird anscheinend sehr gerne von Familien mit Kindern besucht. Dies ist meiner Meinung nach vorab gut zu wissen, denn mit Romantik und Ruhe ist dabei leider nicht viel her. Der Lärmpegel beim Pool und abends beim Essen war manchmal grenzwertig. Wenn man großen Wert auf diese Aspekte legt, sollte man sich aufjedenfall für ein Adult-Only-Hotel entscheiden. Der Pool war leider sehr kalt, dies mag aber vielleicht auch an der Lage und den Temperaturunterschieden (Tag-Nacht) liegen. Die Abwechslung im Restaurant ist für längere Aufenthalte leider etwas „mager“, auch sind die Preise aufgrund der Lage des Hotels etwas hoch.
- Marnix (6/5): Inconsistent. Beautiful facilities, poor sleeping. - The main building, pool and restaurant are excellent Our apartment was in a separate building 300m from the pool. It was directly on a road with regular high speed traffic. To enter the apartment, we had to pass four door with steps - really uncomfortable. The matrasses on our beds should have been replaced long ago. They stated there was airconditioning but there wasn’t; they had weird cooling machines that did a poor job.
