• Theresa (10/5): A little Gem - The Iris is spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal - right next to the town - and the evenings always peaceful. Despina on reception was delightful: always a friendly smile, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning next year. It was perfect for us!

La posizione è perfetta dato che è a due passi dal centro ma comunque in una zona molto tranquilla con parcheggio riservato. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato molti consigli. Nulla, tutto andava benissimo

• Stephen (6/5): Great location but noisy - The location was fantastic, only about 150 metres from the main pedestrian area. The mattress was really comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean and the air con was good The noise from both inside and outside was unpleasant. I was on the ground floor and could hear people's conversations when in the lobby. A lot of traffic outside especially motorbikes which were loud, if you are a light sleeper it's not good. The shower cubicle was small and the shower nozzle was hand hold only and could not be positioned on the wall. Although the mattress was comfortable the base of the bed creaked a lot.

Όντως υπάρχει απέναντι από τα δωμάτιο κάποιος χώρος ελεύθερος για πάρκινγκ όμως συνήθως ήταν κατειλημμένος από αυτοκίνητα που δεν ξέρουμε καν αν ήταν πελάτες στο ξενοδοχείο. Καταλάβαμε ότι ήταν ένας κοινόχρηστος χώρος που μπορεί να παρκάρει ο οποιοσδήποτε οπότε μπορεί να μην βρεθεί ελεύθερη θέση παρκινγ
• Alexandra (7/5): Well located and exceptionally clean with nice staff. Very basic accommodation though. And noise exchos through the ro - The property was well located and exceptionally clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Very fresh bedding. The rooms are quite basic. We had a duplex which we didn’t use the top room as it was very claustrophobic and the staircase up was quite dangerous for older people. Should have a disclaimer in this. Fine for kids/teens. We had a car and parking outside was a nightmare. Only on the last day were we told there was a private parking area.
• Bikem (7/5): - Very clean… great location. We have been visiting Greece (islands and mainland)all over for the past 20 years. Never ever we have stayed at a hotel/apartment where the reception holds the passport until payment is made. When we arrived, the lady at the reception area told us they needed the passports and gave us the keys. She said there will be someone at the reception between 7-9pm and we could get our passports back then. When I could not see anyone at the reception around the time frame, I sent a message through booking app. The lady told me she would come to the reception to give us our passports back and we make the payment for the rooms. We booked two rooms for two nights and at this point we had not even spent the fist night in the suits yet. This is the very first time we encountered such a practice and made us feel very uncomfortable.
• Dóra (10/5): Ide vissza kell jönni! - A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes (központtól 1 percre, mégis csendes kis utcában, repülőtérről gyalog kényelmesen sétálva is 30 perc alatt megközelítő). Reggelizőhely, kisbolt, éttermek pár lépésre. Tiszta, kényelmes, tágas, igényes szobák. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Kellemes, szép kis kert, a szobákhoz tartozó erkélyen kisasztal, székek, teregetési lehetőség. Legközelebb is ide foglalnék szállást, csak ajánlani tudom. A teakonyhából hiányoltuk az éles kést, szivacsot, mosogatószert. Pozitívum, hogy a személyzet minden nap elmosogatott, gyönyörűen rendbe tette a konyharészt is.
• SK (9/5): Ιδανική τοποθεσία - Καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο, καλό μέγεθος κρεβατιού και έχει ιδιωτικό δωρεάν πάρκινγκ που είναι απαραίτητο στο συγκεκριμένο σημείο τουλάχιστον. Είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής απ΄την οδό Παπαδιαμάντη κ πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι με τα πόδια. Η κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν χαμογελαστή, ευγενική κ εξυπηρετική. Οι καθαρίστριες καθαρίζουν καθημερινά τα δωμάτια απλά σε μας ερχόταν μετά τις 2:30 όπου βρισκόμασταν μέσα και τις δεχτήκαμε μόνο 1 φορά..παρόλα αυτά πολύ ευγενικές. Επίσης ένα σφουγγάρι και απορρυπαντικό θα ήταν βοηθητικό στην κουζίνα.

• Sienna (10/5): Fantastic - thank you to all the lovely staff. - Location was off the Main Street but not loud or busy so the perfect place to rest. Short walk to Main Street as well as the old and new port. Plenty of places around to eat and the easy access to bus for the beach. Twin beds area wasn’t super large but perfect for a short stay. We were very happy with the space but might not be for everyone.

• Ana (9/5): - Exellent central location with private parking. The hygiene is on very high level, they were cleaning the rooms everyday and every second day they were changing the sheets and towels. Great yard for hanging out. It would have been nice if there were mosquito nets.

• Poletti Quaglia (9/5): Great experience in Skiathos - Iris is close to the Port and everything in Skiathos town is at a walking distance. We rented quads to be able to go around the island and a parking space was also available, super nice! Very clean and friendly environment! We probably misread the description and thought the 2 rooms of the apartment would be a bit bigger and mostly with more privacy, but in the end we managed and had a great stay.

Väldigt lugnt utanför men nära till vimlet av människor också Det kändes som att vi väldigt sällan hade någon i receptionen vilket man önskar ha när man bokat hotell och inte air b&b. Vi fick även bekräftat att de skulle boka en taxi till oss till flygplatsen men det kom ingen och det var ingen på plats så vi fick boka egen.
• Georgia Gavgidi (9/5): ανετο και καθαρο - Το ξενοδοχειο ηταν σε αποσταση αναπνοης απο το λιμανι και την Παπαδαμιαντη. Υπηρχε και ιδιωτικο παρκινγκ που μας διευκολυνε παρα πολυ διοτι οι γυρω δρομοι ηταν συνηθως γεματοι. Το δωματιο ηταν πολυ καθαρο, η κυρια το καθαριζε και το τακτοποιουσε καθημερινα. Μειναμε απολυτως ευχαριστημενοι το μπανιο ηταν αρκετα μικρο για 4 ατομα οποτε θα το θελαμε λιγο μεγαλυτερο για ευκολια και ανεση. Επισης, ισως μελλοντικα προστεθει και καποιο ασανσερ για να γινει πιο προσβασιμο και για ευκολια στην μεταφορα των αποσκευων

• fabio (10/5): U - A 100 mt dalla zona pedonale, la città ha strade strettissime, ma la struttura ha parcheggio esclusivo recintato. La pulizia è estrema ed ul personale ultracortese. La struttura è di recente ristrutturazione. La cucina è piccola, ma ci si arrangia, si mangia in terrazza, ma il rurro è sopra fli standard medi, a Skiathos quasi tutti pranzano e cenano nei vari locali. Io facevo colazione in casa escursione con pranzo nelle taverne in spiaggia cena a casa e dopocena in centro. p.s. per il pranzo consiglio souvlake vicino a koukonari beach-banana beach qualità/prezzo senza pari

• Szimonetta (10/5): Great location with daily cleaning, air conditioning and modern building. - The hotel is at a fabulous location, about 2 minutes walk from the main street, that is full of shops and restaurants; however it is far enough from the noise. The beaches are about 8-10 minutes walk away. The room was cleaned every day. We received towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and the tiny kitchen is enough to make some sandwiches or easy dishes. I would definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately the walls are quite thin and some guests just don’t care about others so it was a bit hard to sleep. Would be nice to have mosquito net on the windows.
• Chiara (7/5): Appartamento molto carino - L'appartamento era molto pulito, i letti erano davvero comodi e c'era la pulizia giornaliera. Ho apprezzato il balconcino perfetto per prendere un po' d'aria e stendere i costumi e gli asciugamani bagnati. La posizione è davvero ottima, ad un minuto dalla via centrale ma nonostante ciò si trova in una zona tranquilla e seleziosa. È a pochi minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus e dal porto. Purtroppo, nonostante ci fosse l'aria condizionata, l'appartamento era molto caldo. Inoltre la cucina era molto piccola, c'era solo una padella e non c'era nessun prodotto per pulire (né detersivo, né spugna).

Jó nyílászárók kizárják az utca zaját de csak légkondival lehet aludni. A szállás saját parkolója nagy segítség volt! A szoba bejárati ajtó hangszigetelésének hiánya, cseng a szoba a folyosó zajától. Apartmanoknál zavaró az alap konyhai eszközök hiánya (nincs serpenyő ha ennél egy rántottát otthon például.)

• Antonio (7/5): Vacanza luglio 2025. - La posizione molto centrale. Il bagno era un po' scomodo per le dimensioni, con pochi punti di appoggio. Nella camera da letto mancavano superfici di appoggio per le valigie. Possibilità di fare la colazione solo dalle 9,00 alle 10,00 : troppo tardi se si vuole andare in giro per tempo.

• Sanja (8/5): - Veoma čisto, ljubazno osoblje, blizu pesacke zone grada Skijatosa. Apartmam se cisti svakoga dana, peskiri i posteljina se menjaju na svaka 2 dana, najcistiji smestaj u kom smo boravili. Odmah pored je restoran Marmita, tu je blizui i mala prodavnica. Smestaj ima svoj parking sto je na Skijatosu bas bitno. Terasa je jako mala, max 3 ljudi moze da sedne a unutra nema stola za rucavanje tako da porodica od 4 ne moze zajedno da doruckuje. Takodje pogled sa terase je bio ocajan...sporet je star, nema aparata za kafu, samo ketler, frizider je mali, tako da ocigledno nije zamisljeno da se tu sprema...

• Valentina (10/5): Bellissima vacanza! - Pulizia eccellente, in centro ma non proprio sulla strada principale e quindi la notte niente grida o confusione. Siamo stati benissimo. Ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata la pulizia veramente incredibile. Lo staff non è sempre presente ma basta chiamare il numero dedicato e la ragazza arriva in pochi minuti. Super gentile la ragazza alle reception. Lo consiglio. Nulla! Se proprio devo trovare un punto negativo è l’angolo cottura che è veramente piccolo e non utilizzabile ma francamente a noi non interessava abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori.

• Kimon Augoustatos (7/5): Good position, aircon could've been better - Position was great to walk to Papdiamanti street and the port. Quiet neighbourhood and good parking. Lovely reception area with a good aircon. Nice outside courtyard area to relax in. Friendly staff. Apartment cleaned and serviced everyday. We stayed in a split-level room with our daughter and there was only one air-conditioner for a double volume space. The aircon was not strong at all and we really battled with this. The shower is tiny and the bathroom mirror had marks on it and looked unclean. The kitchenette was really small and very little counter space. Poor use of space under the staircase. Had a few issues with hot water too but luckily is was summer.

It was always cleaned everyday to a great standard and all staff were lovely . Nothing that I didn’t like about the property it fit all needs and requirements was a great place to stay.

They have really nice terrace where you can have a coffee or breakfast. The location is right next to the town, with many choices for food and beverages. I did not like the parking space because we couldn’t get to the parking cause of the cars parked on the street. They should provide better parking access.
• chrys17 (10/5): Recommend! - -Decent size room -Bathroom is kinda small, but good overall (the shower cabin is small) -Comfortable, big bed -Location is very good, very close to the city center -Hotel staff was always very attentive and professional (they helped us with booking a taxi to the airport for 15 euro) - we arrived at 9 AM and were lucky enough to receive the room early as it was ready for us -Kitchenette has a stove top, sink, medium size fridge, coffee machine (some coffee pods were also provided), some kitchenware you need (plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons, etc) - there was no frying pan or cleaning detergent unfortunately -There is a hair dryer in one of the closets -Enough closet space, plenty of hangers -Housekeeping was very good, we had our towels changed every other day and cleaning was every day (even in the weekend) -Room had a cute little balcony -The garden is amazing, it was one of the reasons we booked at Iris -Furniture is modern and very nice -Very good AC in the room -Breakfast is also available for extra 8 euro/person/day -Overall good value for money -WiFi has ups and downs -Pillows were a bit soft -No elevator -TV had very few channels (all in greek), however the TV is smart so we used Youtube for some music -There is a noise coming from the fridge, which can keep you up all night -There were many mosquitos (which is normal for june), we brought our own mosquito propellant

• Corinna (10/5): - Iris Skiathos hat eine ideale Lage: alles ( Hafen, Bushaltestelle, Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte) ist schnell erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alles war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und unser Studio wurde täglich gereinigt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die herzliche Beratung an der Rezeption.

• Fernando (8/5): Ottima posizione, stanze pulite e personale cortese - Dopo un inizio non perfetto, a causa di alcuni problemini legati alla stanza (aria condizionata non pienamente funzionante e gocciolamento di un condizionatore sul balcone), la proprietaria ha saputo rimediare benissimo e la nostra vacanza é stata davvero bella e rilassante. La struttura gode di una posizione ottimale che consente di girare la sera in sicurezza e a piedi senza problemi, vicinissima al centro ma allo stesso tempo defilata al punto giusto. Le pulizie si sono dimostrate al top e il personale super gentile. Consigliata al 100% Nulla
• Júlia (10/5): Perfect stay in Skiathos - It was perfect! The hotel is only in a 5 minute walking distance from the port, 15 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main street. The lady at the reception was the kindest, she helped with everything and all the staff was always smiling and welcoming. :) Cleanliness was on top and the room was comfortable. I would definetly recommend this place and if I ever come back to Skiathos, I will stay here!

Servizio di reception molto utile per qualsiasi necessità. Personale cortese e disponibile. Angolo cottura poco sfruttabile per carenza di pentole e detersivi.

• Wilfred (8/5): Enjoyable stay, friendly staff, spotlessly clean and close to the centre. Would stay again. - Cleanliness, rooms cleaned daily. Modern bathroom. Facility for luggage storage and availability of shower room on day of departure. Close to centre of town but in quiet neighbourhood. No drawer storage at all. Shower rose could only be hand held. A simple solution to add a bracket higher up could possibly save water.

• Des (9/5): Lovely comfortable stay near the centre of Skiathos - Nice friendly staff. Rooms clean and functional. Location of the property is ideal for access to all amenities in Skiathos town. Matresses were perhaps a little hard for our liking.
