Très bonne réactivité de leur part via whatsApp, - literie de qualité, et très propre, - bon emplacement dans Venise. Oui on est à Venise, oui c'est la biennale, mais à plus de 500€ la nuit, nous nous attendions vraiment à quelque chose de mieux, et sutout avec un peu plus de lumière du jour : Nous avons passé une 1ère nuit dans la chambre "Barocca" (1er étage) à 532€ la nuit (ce qui est exorbitant pour une chambre, certes propre et à la décoration un peu vénitienne chargée, mais SOMBRE, avec un tissu mural vieillissant qui accentue le côté sombre. Nous étions aussi gênés par des bruits de voix et de pas au-dessus de la chambre (c'est en fait la réception ouverte de 7h à 19h qui est au dernier étage, juste au-dessus de cette chambre). Ils nous ont gentiment proposé de changer de chambre pour la 2ième nuit en nous surclassant sans frais dans la chambre "Junior" au rez-de-chaussée. Cette 2ième chambre était plus grande et plus neuve, mais encore plus sombre que la précédente : il faut allumer la lumière même en plein jour et on ne voit même pas le ciel en se penchant à la fenêtre ! (c'est sans doute souvent le cas à Venise avec les rues étroites, mais ce devrait être pris largement en compte dans le prix !) L'accès extérieur à l'arrivée n'est pas très engageant non plus, mais ce n'est pas le plus important.

Hotel je ve starém historickém úzkém domě, typickém pro Benátky. Bez výtahu. Nevěděla jsem o tom, že pokoj je patrový a do ložnice vedou příkré schody. Schody vedly i do patra, kde byl vstup do pokoje a do dalšího patra do recepce. Po operaci kolene trochu obtížně. Nelze doporučit pro hůře pohyblivé osoby.

They have a nice boat ride around the entire island of Venice available at an extra cost. We had to take luggage up stairs. It also didn’t have air conditioning.

- Vincenzo (10/5): - Il personale è molto cordiale, ottima l'organizzazione, non hanno avuto nessun problema a darci la stanza anche prima dell'orario di check-in e a tenere i bagagli oltre il check out per ottimizzare il tempo a nostra disposizione prima dell'orario del treno. Anche il giro in barca è assolutamente consigliato. Unico suggerimento che possiamo dare è che durante il giro in barca, davvero affascinante, sarebbe molto apprezzato avere qualche informazione in più sui palazzi/monumenti che si vedono durante il percorso.

Arriving while the front desk is occupied is good, as we met up with a welcoming greeting and a friendly smile, help with the luggage and useful information for first time visitors. WhatsApp updates were also good and made communication very easy off hours. The room was very clean and specious for hotels in Venice and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and would likely choose it again when returning. Nothing. There is no lift and it is clearly stated but people need to be aware if they have any issues going up and down stairs.

- Sarah (9/5): A lovely place to stay - The inside of the building g was beautiful. Beautiful chandeliers,, mirrored armoires and lots of beautiful details. There was lots of hot water for showers. It was sparking clean and communication was super easy and questions were answered quickly and on multiple platforms. Our original flight was cancelled at the last minute and the front desk staff made sure that all was ready for us on our new arrival day. The beds were a little hard. We could have used 2 more pillows but I know this is a personal preference so if you like firm beds, you will be happy!

So konnte man sich nach vielem Laufen durch Venedig im Sessel oder Sofa im Wohnzimmer des Appartments entspannen und musste nicht, wie bei gewöhnlichen Hotelzimmern, auf dem Stuhl oder Bett Platz nehmen.

- Denise (9/5): Great place to stay for a romantic weekend - The accommodation was very central and conveniently located to San Samuele and Sant'Angelo vaporetti stops. We were given a room on the 1st floor, which was great as we are over 60 and 70. The accommodation was very clean and the decor was very Venetian, which gave it character and the room was a decent size. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They organsed a group boat trip which was a joyful, brilliant experience. There was nothing to fault at all. What would have enhanced our stay was a TV channel with English news or a connection to the TV that a tablet could be plugged into (although this last idea has drawbacks in terms of security )

- Bärbel (10/5): Wunderschönes Zimmer, zuvorkommender Service, wenn man ihn brauchte., Bootsanlegesteg nahe dem Hotel - Unterkunft ohne Frühstück, aber das Zimmer war groß ,it 2 Sesseln einem sehr großen Bett. Da es erst fertiggestellt worden ist, war somit alles neu. Da die beiden Fenster zu einer sehr schmalen Gasse führten, gab es zwar kein Tageslicht, aber viele Lichtquellen im Zimmer - vom Kronleuchter bis zum verspegelten, hellen Bad sorgte alles für viel Licht und Frische. Manchmal war es ein bisschen zu kalt im Zimmer, doch es war kein Problem.

- Katrine (9/5): - Sentralt og fint hotell med selvinnsjekk på kveld/natt. Behjelpelige med å finne aktiviteter og tilbud til beboerene, som en fantastisk taxitur i båt rundt hele Venezia. De bistod også med å hjelpe å ringe til flyplassen da bagasjen min var forsinket, veldig hyggelige! Upraktiske rom om man har noen funksjonsnedsettelse, mange trapper både for å komme inn og inne på hvert rom. Ikke et problem for oss. Ingen frokost på hotellet.

- Larisa (10/5): Королевское проживание! - Отличное расположение, как раз между основными достопримечательностями мостом Реальто( минут7 хотьбы), столько же до площади Сан Марко и прямо за углом Академия с картинной галереей и чудесным деревянным мостом! Театр Ла Фениче и зал для камерной музыки тоже рядом. Очень профессиональные парни на рецепции, которые отлично владеют английским и всячески старались помочь, присылая информацию и оставаясь на связи! Жили в двухярусном делюксе под названием казанова! Великолепные роскошные старинные предметы мебели, огромная красная люстра из муранского стекла, шикарный душ, чай, кофе + бутылка вина в качестве приветствия в номере! Благодарю этот об'ект за то, что помогли сохранить атмосферу, красоту и энергетику города в чудесном номере!! Всем рекоммендую!!

- Enrico (10/5): Piacevole soggiorno in centro a Venezia. - Camera accogliente e spaziosa con salottino e ben arredata in stile veneziano, Struttura collocata in zona tranquilla e in posizione strategica per visitare a piede il centro città. A pochi passi si trovano bar, ristoranti e fermata vaporetto. I gestori molto accoglienti e disponibili per ogni necessità. Niente
- Amy (10/5): Delightful elegant room in Venice - Ca’ dell’Arte was a tiny hidden gem in Venice. It had a Baroque decor complete with beautiful Murano glass. The Imperiale room felt very elegant and even had a bathtub (the first on our trip and it was CLEAN). About a 10 min walk from San Marco piazza. The staff was terrific about helping us stow and get our bags downstairs.

- Renate (8/5): Grundsätzlich ein schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel - Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Man sollte beachten, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt, sondern nur steile Treppen. Mein Zimmer lag im EG und es war insofern kein Problem. Was in meinem Zimmer fehlte waren Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten z.B. von Pullovern, Wäsche etc. Auch im Bad gab es extrem wenig Platz für Kosmetik etc. Das Zimmer ist ausserdem sehr dunkel, praktisch kein Tageslicht.
