- pierre (8/5): Emplacement sympa si on cherche de l'animation - Emplacement dans quartier sympa, bars et restos La chambre est trop petite pour ce lit, on a du mal à en faire le tour. Et accès à la cabine de bain avec une barre à 1,7m de haut. Fenêtres mal isolées, donc bruit des bars.

- Anastasia (5/5): Хотелось бы чтобы кровать была более удобной, так же не хватило туалетной бумаги ( в номере был один не полный рулон на - Очень хорошее расположение. Приятный персонал. Отсутствие окон в мансардном номере. Две раздельные кровати просто придвинутые вместе и не закрепленные к спинке кровати. В итоге каждая из отдельных частей жила своей жизнью (постоянно разьезжались сдвинутые матрасы и спинки кроватей). Очень мягкий матрас ( но это вкусовщина , у меня на таком болит спина ). Так же если вы привыкли спать в тишине, то ее не будет часов до 2-х ночи, так как внизу расположены бары.

- Andrey (10/5): Уютный комфортный отельчик в самом центре - Расположение в самом центре, это просто топ. Персонал очень вежливый, приветливый. Завтрак хороший. Кровать супер комфортная. За эту цену лучший вариант. Внизу бар с красивым оформлением. В соседнем заведении ночью до поздна музыка играла, но с закрытым окном почти не слышно, спать не мешает. Но это не проблема отела. И музыка хорошая.

- Glib (7/5): A good budget option - Super super comfy beds, especially if you're into soft matrasses. The location is very central and within walking distance to anywhere you'd want to go. The rooms that are on the side of the main entrance are facing a bar across the street, so sometimes gets super noisy. The breakfast was really poor by turkish standards. Parking is a bit of a hustle
- Ekaterina (10/5): Нужен ремонт - Удобное месторасположение, оплата бронирования по факту Самое наверно не приятное, что всегда стараемся брать гостиницу с шведским столом, потому что многие продукты не кушаем, в итоге это точно не шведский стол, на тарелке порционно яйцо, вялый лист шпината, масло, сыр, хлеб, а взять ты еще можешь омлет и джем. Слышимость улицы 100% сначала подумали что открыты окна, но так уставали за день, что засыпали все равно) Выезжать нужно было в час ночи, попросили продлить, продлили но по полной стоимости, с учетом что завтрак даже такой пропускаем, но нам главное где скупаться было), может конечно не поняли друг друга. Номера уставшие, прям сильно уставшие, у нас в ванной под раковиной тек сифон. А еще стена в туалет прозрачная и на ней встроенные жалюзи., ну это ….. Хозяин хорош, понимаем что не сезон, но тем более в порядок есть время привести номер, спасибо.

- Kseniia (6/5): Не раджу. - У самому центрі Каша. Машину припаркувати проблема. Сходинки на вході і всередині приміщення. Проблема для дитячих візочків. Запах цигарок у номері. До 12 ночі лунала гучна музика з барів внизу. Пліснява на стінах. Сніданок був дуже скудний.

Suitable for families in winter as it's very quiet, but I think better for the young or young at heart in the warmer months as it's in the pedestrian area with many bars and restaurants near by.

Вікна на вулицю і відсутність звукоізоляції роблять це місце не зоною відпочинку, а напруження. І все би нічого, після тривалої дороги можна заснути і під музику, але не під скрегіт металевих стільчиків об асфальт (працівник готелю так впорядковував їх). Паралельно в сусідній номер хтось вибивав двері, але персонал не звернув на це жодної уваги. Мені було страшно вийти зробити зауваження, але повірте це було чутно на весь готель. Сніданок смішний. Ковдра, судячи з запаху і з того, де вона лежала, була вже у використанні. Сервіс у вигляді застеленого ліжка це простирадло і дві подушки. Вперше з таким стикнулась. Досвід, який я не повторю і вам не раджу.

- Elina (4/5): Enttäuschend - Ich wollte dem Hotel eigentlich eine gute Bewertung geben, da die Lage wirklich top ist – mitten im Zentrum, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Ambiente ansprechend. Uns war bewusst, dass es im Zentrum lauter ist, und der Lärm bis etwa 2–3 Uhr nachts hat uns für die zwei Nächte nicht gestört. Allerdings hat sich unser Eindruck leider komplett geändert, als wir festgestellt haben, dass wir zahlreiche Wanzenbisse bekommen haben. Das Zimmer scheint von Bettwanzen oder Flöhen befallen zu sein. Das ist nicht nur extrem unangenehm, sondern auch ekelhaft – die Bisse jucken stark, und man fühlt sich einfach unwohl. Das Zimmer selbst war zudem sehr klein – mit einem Koffer geht es gerade so, bei zweien wird es schwierig. Wir waren im obersten (3.) Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Ein dringender Rat an das Hotel: Bitte reinigen Sie die Zimmer gründlicher und prüfen Sie die Betten regelmäßig. So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren – es sollte auch im Interesse des Hauses sein, dass sich Gäste wohl und sicher fühlen. Schade, denn mit besserer Sauberkeit hätte der Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm sein können.

V baru přímo pod našimi okny seděla hlučná společnost do 1 v noci (v lednu 🤯), ve 2 hodiny v noci se zde strhla hádka přecházející ve rvačku, takže se nedalo vůbec spát.

Большое спасибо Serkan за внимательный сервис и готовность помочь с любым вопросом! - Отличное расположение: несложно добраться до автобусной остановки, откуда можно уехать на отдаленные пляжи, рядом марина и магазины с кафе на любой вкус. В бары, расположенные прям у входа в отель, я не ходила, но для желающих посидеть вечером за кружкой пива, это будет крайне удобно :) Скорее в сезон здесь довольно шумно из-за баров

You should do something about it.

- Tatiana (8/5): Отличный отель в центре за свои деньги огонь - Номер забронирован был эконом, но при заселении повысили класс, дали новый самый большой и с видом на море и на горы. Далее разрешили его продлевать ещё на несколько дней которые мне были необходимы. Местоположение топ, прям в центре старого города. Но не для тех кто рано ложится, потому что вокруг шум, музыка и вечеринки. Завтраки норм, минималистичные,как и везде. Но есть что покушать. Кофе вкусный кстати . Мне не критично и даже очень норм, но не для всех понравится что нет лифта. И подниматься спускаться нужно пешком. За 4 дня у меня почему то ни разу не убрались. Мне особо не нужно было, я одна жила. Но как факт о сервисе, что нет уборки.

Breakfast was fine. While the location was great, the rooms showed signs of wear and tear, could use refreshing and better upkeep.

- Joseba (8/5): - La atencion del personal, Serkan un 10!! Siempre atento y ayudando a solventar todos los problemas. Gracias a él la estancia fue agradable. Da gusto tener un sevicio asi. Se oía mucho la musica de las discotecas. Tambien es verdad que esta en el mismo centro y se agradece. Problema con el aire acondicionado, Serkan ayudó cambiando la habitacion incluso una superior. Muy agradecido a Serkan.

- Kate (9/5): Stay was great kas is gorgeous and all staff were lovely and helped with anything required. - Location was central and walking distance to everywhere. As it’s in the centre of town it is noisy at night time so sleeping wasn’t so easy but it’s to be expected.

- Madenia (5/5): Great location but accommodation was disappointing. - Location Room was tiny and the bathroom was built inside the room. The bathroom was so small that you could barely turn around in it. Also, the booking I made never indicated a room without a window; we had to upgrade to one with a window at the property. The advert is misleading.

- Susan (8/5): Kas 2026. - The Upper House hotel is a great place to stay while visiting Kas, the staff are excellent and professional the hotel is in a great central location, but it needs to be stated, either by Hotels.com or by Upper House that this hotel has NO elevator and walking up and down 50+ stairs each day, especially when your over 70yrs old as we both are, might be an issue to some travellers.
